32 RV Parks near Spring Hill, Florida
Mar 2017 - $35.00
This is a really nice park. The roads are paved but the sites are grass, all level. The outside rows are shady and the inside rows are sunny. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a pool, laundry and a dog park. We have already planned our next stay. - esta34950
Oct 2016 - $18.00
Many seasonal park models, well kept up, with nice, pull thru grass sites. No problem for my 40' motorhome. Paved roads. Very friendly and helpful owners and manager. Dated, small restrooms but clean, nice laundry facility and pool. Very affordable. Cute signs welcoming you "home." - eventanman
Mar 2017 - $24.00
Stayed at Holiday Springs for a month. Rate of $24 per day was our monthly rate including metered electric (and we used a lot of electricity running the AC 24/7). The pull-thrus are convenient and were far enough away from Hwy 19 that noise wasn't a problem. Pull-thru site 123 was too narrow to use our awning because of the neighboring park model's orange trees but it was shady most of the day so wasn't a problem.
The park has a lovely small lake with a trail around it and through the woods to the swimming area as well as a small dock with a swing. (No fishing or swimming allowed.) This creates a much nicer atmosphere than the usual park model/RV mix. There are lots of activities for residents which RVers are welcome to attend. When the wifi was working it was very good, but there were a lot or problems with it during half our stay which the very nice manager was working to resolve. We would love to return for the whole winter. - all4pets
Jan 2015 - $23.00
Clean, cozy, friendly Park. Beautiful landscaping in a natural setting. Paved roads and RV pads. No gravel crunching here. Managers know exactly what's going on without being intrusive. Close to shopping, dining, and affordable golf. Stayed for 3 days last year, one month this year, and hope to be back for 3 months next year. - BostonLake
Sep 2014 - $38.00
The park seemed to be an ideal location being located on the nature coast and away from the crazy world just south. First night the traffic noise from hwy 19 was terrible, constant motorcycles. Second day a typical florida downpour and the pull-thrus were flooded. Second night, more motorcycles (bar closing time). WiFi was slow, when it was working and I was told it was a new system. Management, to say the least, did not like complaints. Third day unhooked(getting wet from the flooding). Never again will I be back!! - Harry oxenrider
Mar 2017 - $35.00
Friendly, efficient check-in. Owners extremely accommodating. Site was clean, quiet and dark. Many services available. Park is a little remote but well worth the drive. Campground was full with many, happy campers. - 450 LXi
Mar 2017 - $14.00
beautiful place!!! Very unique! Owners very friendly and helpful. Excellent wi-fi, I only spent three nights here and wish I could stay longer. I definitely will stay here next winter for a few months if possible. - kccwoodworks
May 2016 - $28.00
Would have to say quite unique, very friendly and interesting.
Some tight areas but, the spaces are large and nice, with good hookups.
No cable but some local ant. channels.
A very fun place.
Would be great for kids too! - tONY1952
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Gated park, quiet, staff really nice, full timers very nice, Wi-Fi good, but never got a TV channel to pick up. Power good but really far away. We had to use our power extension and even then we had to back our rig almost to the end of the pad. Not all sites were this way but a number of them were. They need to extend the pads to correct this. Over all enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Weeki Wachee and Tarpon Springs are close and a must see. - Kenny Walker
Apr 2016 - $22.00
Nice well maintained park. Paved roads and concrete pads wide enough that you have a nice size patio to sit on. Water pressure was good. Did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Staff was very friendly. Big rig accessible but roads are narrow making parking a large rig challenging depending on what site you get. Passport America discount good for 6 nights. No cable but you can get about a dozen OTA channels. Wi-Fi worked great for us. - jprisbe
Mar 2016 - $51.00
Clean but older park, well maintained, nicely landscaped. The sites are roomy with concrete pads and patios, but no tables and the interior roads are narrow. We didn't have a problem parking our fiver, but if space by us had been in use it could had been a problem. The services are placed at the rear so you will need your long cord. Free Wifi service poor, water was 42 PSI Nicely heated pool but it was small and shallow (4.5 ft at deepest). Friendly people and staff. We only stayed over night, no cable and no discounts. - Traveler II
Jan 2014 - $14.00
Older park but well kept. We are staying for 4 months. Heated swimming pool. We're in a 36' motorhome some areas would be too tight for 40' or larger. About 2/3 sites are park models. Staff and everyone we've meet friendly. Entryway a little steep and scraped our tow dolly pulling in. - Hob
Jan 2014 - $30.00
No help to maintain park. Pool, laundry room, and restrooms not being cleaned. Garbage can near pet walk rusted out for last four months. Requested replacement but never replaced. No signs of owners doing anything to maintain or improve the park. Appears they are only concerned about bottom line and not their customers. - DanC
Nov 2013 - $18.00
Very friendly lady at the front desk, couldn't have been more helpful. Back in site, bare ground, could do with some greenscaping. Very poor antenna TV, you have to buy cable for a month lease at the least. Wi-Fi fee, not bad signal. A good stay over for a day or two. - John WD Smith
Feb 2013 - $35.00
This was not my first visit to this resort but was the most pleasant. I had not planned to come back here, but I am so happy I did and I will again. Lots of things to do & very friendly people! The staff was the best. They go out of their way to make you happy. The bath house had just been renovated & was beautiful. The park is so clean now. I can't wait to go back. The new management has made a big change for the better. - dmmiller
Feb 2011 - $28.00
The sites are quite tight and are a bit hard to back into, and there are a lot of long termer's here, so some of the trailers are a bit run down. The park has great atmosphere, and is very welcoming. We would stay here again. - Dundee
Mar 2010 - $10.00
This is a southern refuge for many. Easily over half of the sites are full timers who have added on to their campers to the extent it is hard to recognize them as campers. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My site was indeed a pull through with a nice sized concrete patio. Full hook up: I had to arrange w/ the local CATV for service (was there for 3+ months, note daily rate is based on 1st month at winter rate and 2 months at summer rate averaged). This was a very quiet place and they had several community events: holiday dinners and parade(s). Even working nights I was able to rest during the day w/o any problems. (I might have been the noisy neighbor, with my odd hours.) I chose this place as it was very close to where I worked but would keep it in mind for a much shorter stay: though I doubt I'd be placed in the same site (be given one of the dedicated overnight sites). I can only imagine it is busier during the heart of the winter when all the residents return. All in all a very nice place which made for a nice stay. - D Ward
Apr 2007 - $29.00
This is primarily a "live-in" park for the 55 and over crowd. We stayed one night because we were visiting somebody in the area. The park was very clean and the camp store was well equipped. There was a nice pool and other facilities. Most of the sites are occupied by older trailers that are permanently with added roofs and sun rooms. There are a few sites for overnighters. It looks like a real nice place to spend the winter. - bgb1066
Jan 2016 - $10.00
Managers are great! Many permanent residents - very friendly, but with a wide variety of site neatness. Lots of social activities where even us non-permanents were welcome. WiFi was so bad we had Brighthouse service for the month we were there. Some road noise from SR52, and a machine shop to the east was noisy. Sites are a bit small - our 30' trailer barely fit, and our pickup had to be parked in an odd position to avoid blocking the road. - Neil_and_Sandy
Sep 2016 - $60.00
Nice park at the end of the long term park model and RV area. Some new sites with most having concrete pads. This Christian campground is open to all and follows a conservative list of activities. We enjoyed the fact we were able to take advantage of 'first time visitors stay free' policy. That was very nice. Call in reservations were good. The pool is a good distance away from the campground. Laundry facilities were adequate though dated. Campers were very friendly and we enjoyed a free Friday night concert. Facilities were good but we would not pay the rate of $60 per night. We camped in a 40' motorhome. - rwarner22
Jan 2016 - $22.00
We "wintered" here the past two years. Very reasonably priced for this part of Florida. The cost represent the monthly winter rate. The Pro's.... Lots of shopping in the area, any major store you can think of is nearby. Several nearby golf courses with great rates. The park is old and dominated by older Park Models that are very well maintained. About 600 spaces and about 3/4ths are Park Models. 3 or 4 catch & release fishing lakes inside the park. Very friendly people both staff & residence. Volunteers run most,if not all, the activities in the park and do a very good job of it.Washer & Dryer $1.50 per cycle
The Con's....On a very busy US 19 Highway, very fast traffic most of the day.
Lots of "homeless" people at most intersections, but not a problem in the park. Although they claim to be close to the beach, you have to travel quite a distance to find a "quality beach" Not much access to the fishing lake as Park Models surround them. No clothes line policy but apparently Park Model residence are on different set rules. Water was shut off 2-3 times during our stay and I "suspect" because of old "infrastructure"issues.
We will not return next year as the park seems "tired"as is the Flea Market next door, which is owned by the Park. - cecerecreek
Jan 2016 - $33.00
First of all the residents are amazing. Without the volunteers this park would have virtually nothing to offer. There are 2 shower builders, 1 only has 2 shower heads out of 4 showers. The Wilder company doesn't spend any money on upkeep but rely on volunteers to make money through 50/50 draws and fundraising to upkeep the park such as the pool hall renovation. There is no landscaping other than what the residents do themselves. The activities are great but again they are all paid for and run by the residents. It's sad to see greedy Wilder take advantage of such nice people. - love to travel64
Jan 2015 - $31.00
Clean bathrooms & fair shower facilities; good pool. The WiFi is only available in the Rec Hall. Poor antenna TV reception. This park is mostly for full-time residents, with the largest majority Canadians (only met 1 person who was not from Canada). - luminary110
