My wife and I loved this clean 30 site campground in the woods. The park is located a mile or so off I-95, next to the Pellicer Creek, in St Augustine. Pellicer Creek offers fishing and kayaking. Clean new washer/drying machines is a great feature. Key code entry on gate for added security. Plenty of room between the sites with full hookup and 30/50 amp electric service. Verizon cell phone and data card works here. The park also has a dedicated T1 wireless internet connection. We camped at Pellicer Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This is an excellent RV park to use as a base for visiting St. Augustine. To explain my "no" about clean restrooms and showers. It is not a criticism. They do not have a shower house. So the park does not take tenters. It is a gated park but did not cause any problem going in and out. There are beautiful photo opportunities along the Pellicer Creek which is adjacent to the park. Lots of trees provide shade and beauty. Jerry-the owner, could not have been nicer or more helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations of places to visit in St Augustine. Would definitely recommend this park and will be returning. Agree that the roads are a little tight for bigger rigs like ours but if you are careful and take it slow, you will not have a problem. Nice park. Roads are a bit tight for a big rig, vehicles parked partially on roads. Hookups worked well, Direct satellite cable which required a rental box hooked up to your TV. Owner hands on and very accommodating. We camped at Pellicer Creek Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This is an outstanding park, they only have 30 sites which is very nice the wifi is very strong and the owner is very nice. Please be careful when entering in the address to your GPS navigation unit, you may want to double check with the owner by phone to make sure you're going to the right location as there are several places that it may send you by mistake up to 10 miles away. This was our issue but in talking to the owner on the phone he was very nice and accommodating, he waited up late for us which was really great. Owner said that they had only been in business for 17 months, but I have a feeling that with their great customer service they will be in business for many years to come. I know that we will come back to this part definitely when we visit St Augustine. Water and electric hook-ups and sewer were all in good shape and the sites were very level compared to other parks we have stayed.. We camped at Pellicer Creek Campground in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a relatively new park; the owner is very helpful and friendly. Wifi worked well; they are currently working on installing cable tv to all of the sites. Laundry room is very clean and reasonably priced. The creek runs right next to the campground, they have canoes and kayaks available, and it is the most beautiful creek and swamp to go through! The downside: some of the sites and roads are a little tight. We have a long bed truck and a 35' trailer and we had to be very careful. We would go back again. I stayed here for two months with the monthly rate of $325 plus tax and electric which you pay a $75 deposit for. This is a newer park with only 30 sites. The owner is very nice and is willing to help with anything to make his guests more comfortable. The park is well kept and in my opinion a great value for the price. There is a beautiful common area on Pellicer Creek and all of the sites have fire rings which is a bonus. It is located right off Hwy.1 and there was some road noise during bike week, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. The park does not have a bath house which can be an issue if you are in a smaller unit. There is cable in the clubhouse but not at the sites and there is no internet however the area gets 4G coverage if you have a phone to tether or a hotspot. There are a mix of long term residents and vacationers here. Everyone was very friendly. We camped at Pellicer Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.Undo
