When you arrive at this park, you must go past sign to turn at entrance for registration. Most sites are supposedly pull thrus but utilities (which are good with cable) are located to rear of site so can't leave your toad attached for easy hookup! You must also cross a cement ditch at an uncomfortable angle to access your level, mostly grass and mud, spacious site that are all badly in need of more gravel. Highway noise is very evident but not uncomfortable. WiFi was iffy but Verizon 4g was strong! Overall, clean, expensive, and easy access for an overnight. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Camping World and St Augustine Outlets close.

Nice staff; all lots pull through; most lots have shade; bathrooms dated, but clean; close to town and sites; easy to get to from I95.
Road by campground has almost constant traffic-much more than the last time we stayed here two years ago. Interstate noise is 24/7 but not too loud. Trash truck comes every other day, at 3:30 in the morning. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Try Schooners Seafood nearby, very good and reasonable prices. Also, ride the Red Train while in town-a great way to see the sites.

Nice family owned campground with easy access on/off I95. Sites were a little uneven with a concrete "U" shaped drainage channel on both the entrance and exit of the site. Need to go very slowly going over the channel. The site was hard packed sand and gravel with grass around it. Most of the sites have some shade. The park entrance is the furthest one when coming in from I95 and you will need to make a sharp right turn after passing the office, then stop at the stop sign. Just enough room with our 40' coach to straighten the tow vehicle for the disconnect. Would stay here again although the price is a little steep considering the amenities. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Very convenient for downtown historic St. Augustine area. Would recommend using the Red Train sightseeing tour. You can park at their Main Office or Sugar Mill stop and ride the tour cars all over town with unlimited on/off access. If you have a National Park Senior Pass, you can use it at Castillo de San Marcos for free entry. Lots to do and see downtown and well worth just strolling around the area.

We arrived after hours and found our way to our site without problems. The park and the lots are spacious and easy to maneuver. This is a quiet, clean park. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Walking distance to the outlet stores but would recommend a bicycle.

This could be a really nice place if they would clean it up a bit, even up the gravel on the sites and the like. Your neighbors were quite close to you. There were a few trees on the sites, site surfaces are gravel which could be refreshed. There may have been a picnic table which was in ok condition. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

I think the only thing around here is the outlet mall, which I assume is why the price is so high.

Found this camp ground to be passable for an overnight. Use a site up front as it looks like drainage could be a problem in the back. But you still must circle all the way around the back to leave. The $45. price reflects being very close to St. Augustine, not any extra's. Did have a table and ok cable.

But also had no pool, tall grass and pretty rough roads. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

A number of restaurants at the Rt 95 intersection, but a map is in order to figure out how to get to them.

I really enjoyed this campground. The lots were very spacious and the park is clean and quiet. There are a lot of older people here. It doesn't feel as touristy as I thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rate reflects staying there a week, which negates Good Sam discount. Not a bad place, but nothing all that special. Gravel / dirt pads throughout, decent selection of cable TV channels, can't remember WiFi or water quality. Fairly quiet, except the noise from chainsaws as they were upgrading the sites on the west end of the park. If returning, I'd avoid spots 38 thru 55, as the trees had pretty sparse foliage compared with other sites. Very close to a Camping World store, and lots of other stores and restaurants are nearby. Also close to I-95, and to St. Augustine. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

St. Augustine is a fascinating city, plus it is an easy drive south to Daytona if you're so inclined. We stayed here a week, but could've easily have stayed for two weeks or more as there is so much to see and do.

Nice campground. We stayed three nights while visiting St Augustine. They have trimmed some of the trees back. I had satellite service. If you have a 45ft MH I would go to sites 38,39, 42 or 43. You will fit in others also but the four listed are the best ones. Nothing fancy but a great place to spend a few days. Outlets near by. If it rains it could be a problem for some sites. It's easier to hook up when you are leaving by the exit. I would return if in the area. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take the trolley when in St Augistine. Saltwater cowboys, is a great place to eat.

Nice park - level sites but all grassy and dirt so it can be messy if there is a lot of rain. Laundry was very nice with 5 washers and dryers - all new! Park Mgmt is very nice and our only complaint was garbage men come nearly every day at 3:45 - AM! No kidding! We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Very close to 2 Outlet malls - gas stations and restaurants. Publix is 4 miles. Within 10 miles to Historic district

Main claim to fame for park is Location which is great for access to 95, Outlet Malls (2 within a mile), Camping World and St. Augustine. Park is older but quiet and well maintained with lots of pull thoughs and full hookups. WiFi is strong signal but Limited throughput...not acceptable. Bathrooms are clean but showers have mildewed moldy curtains and floor was not clean. Sites are level crushed gravel. Some roads paved, others gravel in good shape.

Campground has no pool or other amenities to speak of. It is largely for visitors to St Augustine and overnighters from Route 95. Not a place for real camping. Would definitely come again though when visiting St.Aug. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Sonny's BarBQue and Premium Outlets Mall is less than a 1/2 mile away. Another Outlet mall and Camping World is less than a mile. Lots of other places to eat and a Publix Supermarket about 3 miles down the road to St. Augustine.

Stayed for two days while we visited St. Augustine. There were a fair number of seasonals in the section we stayed in. Sites are a little tight for our 45' motorhome - but managed. No frills campground. Staff were very nice and overall the campground was is good shape. As mentioned in other reviews, satellite access is limited due to the trees. However, I see that they have been thinning them out. If satellite is important, be sure to tell them at time of reservation so they can accommodate. May return. However, would like to check out other campgrounds in the area also. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Clean and neat. Sites well spaced. Excellent Wi-Fi. Didn't use restrooms or laundry but walked by and they were clean; would not hesitate to use them if needed. Close to outlet mall and other activities we were involved in. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a pleasant park, with a rural atmosphere; it is within a convenient distance from I-95, but has a minimal amount of highway noise. This is a very good place to stay if you wish to commute for appointment to Mayo Clinic -about 50 min by auto. The sites are level, easily accessible and well-spaced between sites. Satellite TV may not be available in all sites, but cable TV is provided. We will stay here again. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Motorhome.
