3 Parks near White Springs, Florida
Sep 2015 - $24.00
Beautiful park. Actually a section of a mobile home park. Lots of amenities. Surrounded by protected land with trails, very close to Stephen Foster State Park and the Suwanee River. Somewhat narrow roads, but not a problem. TV is no good with antenna. Longer stays get a box from the office or use satellite. - Spike in FL
Jul 2014 - $24.00
The rate reflects the Escapees club rate (50%), and was just a stopover on our trip north. This site is geared much more to permanents or long term campers. It is fairly tight for a 35 foot MH with toad, would not like to try it with anything larger. The people are really friendly, we met a few while walking the mutt. - CousinsRV
Jul 2014 - $16.00
Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Lots of people live permanently here. Rate was PA. Water pressure was low, electric seemed good, loose socket. Was good for a night stay but nothing in town or area for late arrivals looking to not cook. Would not stay here again. - crosspointepaul
Apr 2015 - $25.00
We stayed at this location several years ago when the main campground was open adjacent to the current sites. Due to the owners health, the main campground is closed and has been sold. Owner established about 7 full hook up sites on their property. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on how to place our RV so we could use our rooftop satellite successfully through the surrounding trees. No facilities so must be self contained. Easy on/off the interstate. Great for a couple nights stop We would stop here again. - roadking
Dec 2014 - $22.00
Loved staying here. The owner was amazing. She came out to us in the rain to guide us to our spot and to register us. I would have given it a 10 but could not get tv reception. Great value. Quiet. Not far off I-75. Park grounds well kept. Great overnight spot. Call ahead the day before. Owner is wonderful! - BTCruiser2004
Dec 2013 - $32.00
The park looks well kept and neat, but I have no idea how nice it is since the woman who runs the place is so incredibly rude that we haven't stayed there despite trying twice. I'm surprised the place is still in business because I don't see how anyone could put up with this lady's extremely rude attitude. - Jim C.
Dec 2015 - $10.00
This is one of Florida's parks that thy decorate with lights at Christmas. The sites are cleaned after the campers leave. There are both shaded and open sites. They have back in sites and pull through. They also have cabins that are fully furnished with linen and dishes. We have stayed here several times over the Christmas holidays. Great place for kids to ride bikes. - A hitch and a hop
Nov 2015 - $20.00
This is the nicest state park we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Not one bad site here. We are in a 100' very level pull through site surrounded by palm trees. It is a beautiful park and very well maintained. Access was easy off the interstate and the interior roads are easy to maneuver for our 40' fifth wheel. They have 50 amp available, but we stayed in a 30 amp due to late arrival. - fun2travel
Oct 2015 - $32.00
Wow, what a great State Park. We spent only one night on our way across Florida but it would be worth making a special trip to stay at this park.
Whoever is in charge here is a stickler for details. Everything from the welcome, to the grounds, to the sites to the bathhouses was fantastic.
This is the prototype for how to make a great State Park. Well, worth the 9+ rating. If you are nearby Lake City, Florida make it a point to stop and stay here. - Creativepart
