Passport America park. We're not members, but they asked if we were. This is our 2nd time stopping here for an overnight stay as we are headed to other locations. It is very convenient to the FL Turnpike. As others have mentioned, if you come off the turnpike, you have to do a u-turn around the median to come back to the entrance. Not an issue for us with a 30' TT, but those with very long rigs should note this. Call ahead if you think you will arrive after 4PM as this is when the office closes. The staff is very helpful and friendly when I have called them, even when I interrupted their dinner. Lots are grass/sand and fairly level. Pull thru and back-in spots. 50 amp service is not available in all spots, so call if you need this. The only downside to this park is the same as the benefit, it's close to the turnpike. If you can't deal with vehicle traffic noise, this is not the park for you. We use fans for white noise and this takes care of most of the vehicle noise, but not all of it. We were aware of this before we arrived, so we were ok with it. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Most important note as previously mentioned, unless you have a fifthwheel it is very hard to access the park coming from the interstate/turnpike as you have to make a U turn to get to the entrance. Best to get off at Hwy 44 and come back to Hwy 301. Office staff was very friendly, laundry was clean and ample machines. Sites were mainly long term and snowbirds. Grounds were well kept. Did not use restrooms. Park had no other amenities which was fine as we were here visiting friends and not at the park during the day. After reading the previous posts I requested a site out in the open to get satellite reception. Wi-Fi was good. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

Super friendly staff and residents!\We were given on of the three pull-thru sites for our travel trailer while visiting relatives in The Villages. Nestled under the trees, it was a fairly level site. Good over the air television reception and decent Wi-Fi connectivity. Good 30-amp power. Water and sewer hook-ups located conveniently. A bit difficult to see the entrance from the road. The best approach is from the north on US-Hwy 301 aka S. Main. A little bit noisy as the turnpike is adjacent to the campground. We will definitely stay here again. Many old moldy units, substandard electric, no amenities, parts of the park flood, and there were many potholes throughout the park. The good news is that it's right off the turnpike and it's cheap, the bad news is that the local riffraff knows it's cheap and many of them live there. Not a good idea to leave your things on the porch if you want them there in the morning. Also another thing that turned me off was .. well, apparently there's a lot of internal drama and disturbances there (many police appearances) We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

The lady I made the reservation with was super helpful and nice! They have only 3 pull-thrus so she voluntarily put us in a space where no one was behind us so we didn't have to unhook! This is an older park with lots of long term and permanent residents. They were quiet and helpful. Our utilities were good, except our sewer connection had been run over and was in bad shape. One piece of advice - this park is right off the turnpike. Our gps took us past the park (we didn't see the small brown sign) and wound us through a neighborhood. We stopped to call them for directions. When we found it we realized you can't turn left into the park, which explains the detour. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice place to stay when in the area. The daily rate was for a week's stay. We were in the area to visit friends at The Villages and the location worked great. There were several extended stay residents in the park but were not a problem. Lots of trees but we were able to get satellite reception. Internet was very good. Not wanting to be picky but if I have any complaint, it would be the sap on my tow vehicle and motorhome.

Sites are near to each other, surfaced with grass and mostly shady. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice quiet place. We stayed for a week and extended for a couple more days. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Television was very good and they have excellent Wi-Fi. Did laundry and their prices were very reasonable, $1.25 for a large load and .50 to dry. Large sites with nice roads. Reason why they didn't get a ten was because they have no pool. Very nice campground and would stay here again. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was definitely a no frills park. There were no knobs to turn the water on. The water had to be turned on with a pair of pliers. My brother and I both stayed here. His site was supposed to have 50 amp service, but the 50 amp did not work so he had to use the 30 amp plug in. The office was closed most of the time, so it was hard to get to talk to anyone about problems. We stayed here for a month. I had paid a deposit for the electric service for both sites. We had not used enough electricity to use up the deposits. The girl in the office when we checked out did not have the authority to issue a refund for the difference. She told me I would be sent a check for the refund due me. I have not received it as of yet. I have sent an email requesting this refund, but have not had any response again. I will not stay at this park again. We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ok so here's the way I see this. To be a five star in my book you have to meet certain requirements to a certain degree. 1. Kid friendly. 2. Good Wi-Fi. 3. Clean bathhouses. 4. On site laundry. 5. Near stores, but still quiet. 6. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. 7. Pet friendly. Granted there is no pool or park which, even though I don't travel with kids, I like to see. However there are a ton of planned activities for the grown folks every week. These folks have a rec hall and they USE it. They have a Gazebo and they USE it. They foster a sense of community like no place we've stayed before. So I give them extra points for that. We came in here accidentally in emergency circumstances, and were welcomed with open arms. We have been made to feel like a part of this community and it IS a community. We hope to return here at least every couple of years for the snowbird season to visit with these amazing folks. We stayed there about three months, we found it to be very loud during so called quite time(11pm-8am). Most people living here are regulars, our next door neighbors came and went all hours of the night. Managers did not allow loud parties, but said nothing about loud exhaust on vechicles and motorcycles all hours of the night. Not gated and not patroled. Laundry was not good and dryers did not work well, (only one worked good), semi-trucks were allowed come and go, since two of the tennants lived here full time and parked their trucks here also. Basicly I am saying that this is not a good RV park if you are on a vacation, passing through and need a place to park overnight and noise is'nt a problem, then it fine for that. It has mainly turned into a trailer park, bad management!!!! We camped at Villager RV Park in a Motorhome.
