Older Florida park that is about 90% park models and mobile homes. Very few sites for short term or seasonal RV. Sites are very close together. Roads are very narrow, tight turns, very low wires. Not much room to walk pets. Had problems with management in regards to site assignment and price quoted. Would not stay here again. We camped at Hammondell Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Staying for 3 months at the monthly rate of $475. Management is the best, folks are very friendly and welcoming, activities are great and something going on several times a week. There are a few overnight sites in the front that are pull through but to me they are very close together and parking is difficult at best. Overall most of the winter sites are small. Yes there are some exceptions but for the most part your on top of your neighbor. Would I come back...yes...but I would be very careful about the site I was going to be on. We camped at Hammondell Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.
Plenty of things to do in the area. Most every restaurant imaginable is within a short drive. About 50 miles to the Orlando airport and probably a little less to Disney. Legoland is a couple of miles away.

Nicely maintained older park. Mainly winter residents. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool very nice. WiFi reception good. They have about a dozen or so transient sites near the front on the park. Good location, but close to local attractions. We would stay again. We camped at Hammondell Campsites in a Motorhome.Undo

Stayed here for a few days to break up the trip to Miami. The park is easy to find and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. It's tight-not impossible, but tight, to get into the pull throughs that are conveniently located in the front of the park. The majority of the park are permanent residents/snowbirds who are all welcoming and friendly towards us short stay folk, and the park is a typical setup for those residents with activities and "community" functions-all of which we were invited to. Hookups all in good repair, great free Wi-Fi and basic cable included. While it was marked not family friendly, I would dispute that-so many of the parks in Florida are 55+, and would not want this one characterized as that, the kids were welcome in the pool and biked around the park. Would stay here again. We camped at Hammondell Campsites in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park is very clean and neat in appearance. If you appreciate fine landscaping and nice shady nooks, this is an excellent park to stay in. There is a well maintained pool, and there are nice paved places to ride bikes or walk. The folks who run it are kind and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here and will come again. Campground is small. More permanent trailers. Not good for just over night pull thru. Camp host or managers not very nice. Bathrooms where not cleaned at all. Showers were disgusting. We camped at Hammondell Campsites in a Motorhome.Undo
