Nice park with lots of space between sites. Sites are crushed gravel and level. There is a combination of back in and pull through sites dependent upon your need. We drove the park and there really isn't a bad spot for camping. Nice bath houses in the center of the RV loops so that makes it a quick easy walk to them. There are a few short walking trails which gives you the opportunity to see wildlife. There is a 375 acre lake for fishing, kayaking or canoeing. You will be pleasantly surprised at how nice the park is compared to what you see online. We will definitely stay here again! We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a terrific park. The spots are large and private. There's a lovely lake and lots of grass and beautiful shade trees. The area around our campsite though was sandy and made for very messy dogs, and the trails were all closed for maintenance because we were there less than 2 weeks after hurricane Irma. We will definitely return to try again. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Motorhome.

Clean, well maintained. We only stayed one night but it looked like a great place for fishing and boating on the lake. Spacious lots offering some shade. Site surface was gravel and grass, featuring a fire ring and picnic table. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Clean, well spaced out sites. Would love to come back when it is cooler. Great place for a weekend. We stopped here on our way back from red top mountain state park to home in Orlando since it is almost exactly half way. Easy access to park from i75. And easy access into sites and campground. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Park is very nice, very clean. Gnats are horrible but we used spray and had good time. Bad part was they have flying roaches everywhere. Had to bomb rv when we returned home, still dealing with them. We will not go back even though the park is a nice one. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Arriving on a Sunday gave us plenty of wonderful sites to choose from. The layout of the campground was very RV friendly and we had no problems getting in and pulling out. They do have a section of the campground with full hooks and sites that can be reserved. There really isn't any difference in the two sections except the fullhook up side has a newer bathhouse. We enjoyed all their trails and discovered a few of the geocaches hidden in the woods. The staff were very friendly. We love how most Georgia State parks offer cable to their guests as well as provide unique things like a put-put golf course. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our 2nd time camping here, this time we took our 2 grandchildren, 6 & 3 and they loved it. The playground and putt putt golf is in walking distance from campground, the roads are paved so they could ride the bikes, the fishing docks are a 5 minute walk from campsite. Our site was level, we did not have FHU this trip but we were only there for the weekend so not a big deal. The park is really nicely maintain and staff and camp ground host are friendly and helpful. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful lakeside park with friendly staff, spacious level sites with full hookup and many recreational amenities. This is in the top 5 of all the state parks we've stayed in. Located 6 miles west of I-75 (exit 39) and with after hours check-in available, it is very accessible even for one night stays. I strongly suggest reservations as many of the sites had tags that stated "Reservations Only". We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Motorhome.

Quiet campground a few miles off of Interstate 75 in south central Georgia. Just stayed one night. Level roomy sites with many large trees. Well reviewed catfish restaurant as you enter property but only open Thurs to Sun. We were there on a Monday and unable to try it. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Take a ranger guided pontoon trip. View of wildlife including birds and alligators. There is a swimming area across the lake. Trails are easy walk, best time to view Gopher Turtles is early morning. Also large growth of Lone Leaf Pine, which is getting rare due to overharvesting. About 40 miles, visit Georgia Museum of Agriculture in Tifton.

This state park is a very short drive off of I - 75. The time we went it was quiet and peaceful. We had a pull thru site that made it easy to pull in and out. We were originally only going to stay 1 night, but it was so peaceful and quiet that we decided to stay a 2nd night. There 2 bath houses, 1 for each loop. There was also washer and dryer at each bathhouse. The washing machine at our bathhouse was broken so we had to go to the other laundry room to do our laundry. There is also a nice restaurant at the entrance of the park. It is open Thursday thru Sunday only. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were charged $5 for our tow vehicle which covered the entire stay. We found Reed Bingham to be a fabulous state park. The online reservation system was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The park was about 50% occupied during our visit in early December. The sites are very large so, even if the CG was full, I imagine you'd still have lots of peace and privacy. We enjoyed the beautiful lake and hiking/biking trails. This park is simple to get to from I-75 making it a perfect stop when traveling to/from Florida especially when you factor in pull-through sites plus full hook-ups. Verizon cell worked well for both voice and hot spot. Sprint Mifi did not work at all. We were able to receive DirecTV sat signal at our site. The park offers free wifi at the office (we didn't use it) but no wifi at the sites. We highly recommend this park and would definitely enjoy staying here again one day. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

If you're looking for a satellite signal in Loop 2, generally speaking your best bet is an interior site (i.e. 23, 25, 28, 32, 34, 38, 42, 45, 46). I believe 40,41 & 43 are open as well. The exterior sites are tucked into the trees.

Beautiful campground with some trees and some open spaces. There was a lot of room between campsites. We were in a full hook-up pull through that was much longer than our fifth wheel and truck. Very helpful attendants. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a really nice park. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the trails were all multi use so you could mountain bike on them. There are a lot of trails here and it's very scenic. The only negatives are the location and cost. The location was really out in the middle of nowhere. There's not much to do nearby at all. I drove into both Moultrie and Valdosta. Out of the 2, Valdosta was much better. Don't even waste your time with Moultrie. Valdosta has some shops, restaurants etc. The cost at $38 is a little high for a state park but that was full hookup 50amp. Good cell reception. 3 bars on both ATT and Verizon with no booster. Site accessibility (extremely easy to navigate and park) - 5 Campground location (Really nothing to do here outside of the park. There's a Walmart) - 2 Nearby amenities (Walmart, Piggy Wiggly but not much else) - 3 Site Privacy (this was a pretty wide open campground but there were some edge spots with decent privacy. Also the spacing was good) - 3 Campground amenities (Cleanest bathroom/showers I have seen in a campground so far. Miniature golf, Bike rentals, kayak/canoe rentals, laundry, easy to access trash receptacles, cable hookup at site) - 5 Dog friendly (Dogs allowed on all trails) - 5 Activities (good hiking, mountain biking, boating) - 4 Cost ($38/night for being out in the middle of nowhere is a bit high - 2 Staff friendliness (lady at the gift shop completely ignored me and was pretty rude. The rest of the staff was very friendly) - 3.5 Connectivity (Strong AT&T and Verizon signal) - 5 Total rating = 4.05. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Motorhome.

Great campground with many activities; biking, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, swimming, a playground and mini golf. We had ample space to walk our large dogs. Sites are spacious and every other one seems to be angled for some privacy. We came in on Wednesday with few other campers but by Friday evening the campground started filling up. The restrooms/showers seemed to have been renovated and were clean as well as the laundry. This is one of the few campgrounds in Georgia that has full hookups. We camped at Reed Bingham State Park in a Travel Trailer.
