Our rating for this park is based on an overnight stay while traveling through. We likely would not come here for an extended stay, but had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight. Park is very quiet. Sites are level and have concrete pads. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find coming from the south and easy to navigate. It appears some may be long term residents but all units were neat. No complaints. We stopped early in afternoon and just enjoyed the shade trees and relaxing. Cooked on site, no eating places nearby and we don't tow. We would stop again. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Great RV supply store next door. We found parts we couldn't find at major RV camping stores. Prices were good. Mike's Country Store located about 4 miles south has an amazing variety of quality food at reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and helped us find all the supplies that we desired and more.

Beautiful park! Nice long level site on concrete pad under a canopy of very tall trees. Great utilities. Made reservations a few days ago. Our site was roped off with instructions taped to front door of office which is closed on Sunday. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Really nice park for an overnight stay. I arrived late on Sunday and the concrete parking pad was nice and clean. Lots of long term campers but all the sites were very well kept. This was our second stay at this park and will return. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The place is basically fine, although it's hard to get very excited about it. The sites are concrete pads, mostly pull-throughs, they're level, and the hookups all worked. But there's nothing much to do on the property, and the park is located a good ways south of Albany. There are a fair number of long-term residents, but their rigs are all high quality and well-kept, so no complaints. There's essentially no security, but I didn't feel like security was called for. You get the idea; there's nothing wrong with this place, just nothing wowie-zowie either. Still, all things considered, if I had to stay in Albany, either en route to someplace else, or to do something in Albany, I'd be happy staying here. Coming from the north requires a U-turn across US Hwy-19. If that's a concern, come in from the south. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park is immaculate and owners are welcoming and concerned that you have a good experience. Concrete pull through pads for just about all spots with full hookups. Bathroom/showers are spotless. Most spaces are taken by full time residents working nearby so there are few amenities or recreational opportunities. Horseshoes and a laundry and some exercise equipment is about it. Location is isolated from walkable amenities but everything you need is 10 minutes by car. No cable TV and only 2 channels OTA...so bring a dish or some books! BIG plus is a huge RV repair service center right next door..they will come fix things or you can pull right through from the park. Propane is also available there. Weekly rate is $189. Would stay here again when passing through. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Entry to this park must be made from the South. Coming from the North, you will need to make a u-turn. Registration was easy, staff were friendly and eager to answer our questions. The park accepts Good Sam, FMCA memberships for discounts. Interior park roads are gravel but the pull-thru parking pads were concrete and close to level. Wireless Internet was fast and reliable. We found only two restrooms/showers. They were clean and smelled fresh. We ran a fan at night to mask the traffic noise. We would stay here again. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Well laid out, level sites with concrete pads. Easy in and out from Rt.19. Nice path for walking dogs around the park perimeter. I would have given it a 10 if the cable had been working. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good park on a two night for our travels south. Very large concrete pad on our pull through is combination patio and pad. Rate is Good Sam discount, though many long term rates are available at less cost. Park was not busy this time of year, so our wish to be granted a site further away from the very busy highway was awarded. Bathroom/shower combos are unisex, but very clean with soap and paper towels available. Interior sites are all pull through and very large with shade trees. Some 30 amp back ins are available along the sides. Very nice RV service and repair is located right next door (same owners). Only bad thing, besides the highway noise, was the crummy cable TV. Scratchy with "snow" on all channels. We ended up disconnecting and received very good reception with all four major networks on our roof top antenna. Interior roads mix of gravel and lime stone dirt can be dusty when the worker bee campers drive through too fast. Most are long term residents, but all seem to keep their sites clean. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy access for big rigs. Heavily wooded and level sites so don't expect your satellite to work, but cable is available. Office closes at 5pm on Sat. nights and doesn't open until Monday, so if you arrive late you're on your own to find a site. List of available sites are posted on the front door of the office. No big deal. We liked this park - very quiet. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very well laid out park. They save the front spaces for short term guests as most of the area is taken by long term RV's. The concrete pads are very long and wide and level. This CG would have had a higher rating except for the fact there are only two facilities (combination toilet and shower rooms) which seemed to be constantly occupied. Showers were moldy, shower curtain was moldy, overall the washroom could have been cleaner. Lovely large shade trees over the pad which were greatly appreciated as it was HOT when we arrived. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice CG for an overnight stop. The sites are extremely long with level concrete pads. The park is very clean and well maintained and the host was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the trees prevented satellite reception but the cable hookup was good. Definitely would return. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park was very convenient on my way back to FL. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The sites were very easy to get into and flat. The dog walking area was not easy to find as it was along the outer perimeter and right behind RV's. We camped at Albany RV Resort in a Motorhome.
