We found this to be an ideal site. The owner is friendly and laid back. He doesn't ask for a deposit and allows pets. My wife had back surgery and we had to cancel last-minute and manager was very nice about it. The location is close to a lake and marina. We went over the 4th of July and enjoyed the best fireworks we've ever seen at the marina. The campsite is quiet at night. We made a campfire and sat around with friends and had a great time. The pool is a bonus. It's a great pool and we enjoyed a swim in the afternoons. The site is close to downtown Blue Ridge, Merciers Orchard, hiking, etc. We found the campsite easy to get in and out of, and close to a lot of fun activities. We're from Atlanta so it's a great getaway any time of the year. We camped at Blue Ridge Mineral Springs RV Park and Tent Camping in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

All I can say about this park is that it could be great with some work. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It looks like there are several permanent residents, but overall the campground is quiet and clean. Super great location for visiting the town of Blue Ridge to Ride Train to Copperhill, TN and Macaysville, GA. Actually, there is a lot to see and do in town of Blue Ridge. We would stay here again, just for that reason. Yes, there was mud & rocks, but hey we're camping here-not a luxury resort. Steep down grade from two lane highway into entry. Steep gravel road around owner's house down to large pull through sites along the creek. Very steep gravel road exit. Some sites are dug out of the slope so walk them if interested as their exit is difficult. We arrived with reservations to find the sites muddy and inaccessible, greeted by a child who said the owner would return in an hour. Made the mistake of driving down without walking and looking and got stuck in mud climbing out. I was able to get onto enough gravel and get up enough speed to get back to the entrance. The place was a nightmare. Maybe it is better during dry season. We camped at Blue Ridge Mineral Springs RV Park and Tent Camping in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
