We've stayed here before. Didn't like it then. I wouldn't ever stay more than one night. It's extremely crowded and cramped. Pull-throughs are easy. Since it's on a hill, each site is higher that the next. Therefore they have a concrete retaining wall of about 1' between. Be careful, as you can easily fall. Utilities are good and easy. - User2989

This is a large park with easy access off of I-75 so there is some road noise. The roads into the park as well as inside the park are easy to navigate. They have around 150 sites as well as cabins. There is a pool and a fishing pond. Check in was fast and friendly. We were in Site A3, a gravel pull through that was plenty long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. It was very narrow and no picnic table. WiFi was spotty and our Verizon signal was strong. We stayed January 10, 2017 and paid $36.00 a night with our Good Sam discount. - BarrettsHappyTrails

We didn't like this park at all. It is so incredibly tight and uncomfortable. The topography of the park is a gradual uphill and therefore each site is a step up from each other and they chose to make that step up using concrete curbs. So, each site is about 10 to 12 feet wide and on each side of it is a concrete curb with a drop off as much at 2 feet. The grass yard beyond the curb is at a downhill slant not suitable for picnic table or chairs and even if the decline wasn't severe, the width is only about 3 feet. The sites are so short that our 40' 5th wheel filled it up and we had to park perpendicular to the RV with part of our dually fender in the road - as did everyone else. The roads are already very skinny, but with the trucks parked as they had to be it was very uncomfortable. We were really worried about getting out because of the curbs, trucks and the RV across from us. We made it okay only because when we were leaving 2 trucks were gone which left just enough room for my husband to go back and forth with the RV so he could swing wide....We will not be back. - jomark

A Diamond in the Rough -- VERY rough ! ! Great location with easy access to highway 85, 30 min. to downtown (no traffic) Peachtree City just 15 min. east with grocery, fuel etc. But care for the park has been lacking for Many years and there is Nothing else in the area. $35 night is Too much - $200 week is better - $500 month (includ. elec.) is best. Worked out fine for us for the month with the easy access location for south ATL - just realize it's Not a 'pretty' place ... but Could be with a major makeover and then people would be waiting in line I think !
The turn toward the campground is just next the the service station which is confusing with the access road. - SailorGolf

We called ahead and were told that no one would be in the office when we arrived so just take a site by the office. Park is poorly marked so we had trouble finding it. When we got there, there were no sites by the office that we could see. One of the residents directed us to a site which was a back in. Once we got on the site we found there was no water. The grass was long and hadn't been cut for weeks by the look of it. In the morning we went to the office to pay . It was a filthy mess with papers and stuff all over. The office person did not seem to care that we had no water and didn't offer to refund any money because of it. We would have been better off to just stay at a WalMart !! - Jan Griff

They claim in the Good Sam RV Travel Guide, to have 140 available spaces. That might be so if you have a 20' travel trailer with 30 amp power. They have no spaces with 50 amp power that are easily accessible. We have stayed here three times. During the first two times we could not get level, needed three sewer hoses to reach the connection and ruined our rock guard trying to get in the space. All spaces are small. Many have water, but no sewer or sewer but no water. There are power boxes and/or water pipes, not no guts to the power or faucets for the water. During our last visit we opted to try a 30 amp spot...couldn't get level, had to run both power and water hoses back under the coach to plugins, and had to run the generator to keep warm. This park could be a gold mine if fixed up and maintained. However, nothing changes, we've had it,and will not stay here again. $35 with no discount is about twice what this park should charge. We felt sorry for the lady in the office, she knew nothing about the RV side of the business. Thus, she was no help as we tried to find a space with both power, water and sewer. - Old GI

Separate section for permanent RVs. They all seemed to be well kept. Our spot was level and a paved spot. No picnic table. There is a pool and bath house. There is a club house too. Many of the spots are not level. This is a nice place to stay for a night or 2. - esta34950

No level sites. Old park not kept up. Sewer hookup was uphill. Sites were gravel and lots of tree roots. Office was closed and you left your payment in mailbox. Grass not cut nor was the park taken care of. Looked like someone just stuck it in the side of a hill. Would not recommend. - Retired1022

Very few sites are anywhere near level. Some sites do not have water or sewer. We couldn't find anywhere to put our trash. There is no wifi, altho' the office said there was. Satellite TV is a challenge because of all the very tall pines. Highway noise was a steady hum, not too bad as it didn't change. We would not stay here again. - SusanRon
