We also stayed on site 50, as assigned. And it was pretty short, with a deep ditch on both sides of the entrance to the site, but it was adequate for our 35' motorhome and small toad. On the driver's side, though, the ditch smoothed out and was actually a small patch of grass between the site and the interior road. This park is mainly populated by long-term occupants anymore, and they don't really take much pride in the outward appearances of their campers, vehicles or the park itself. There was trash spread all around the edges of the park, and in several places, there was a lot of broken glass shards. This was pretty important, as there was really nowhere else to walk my dog except around the edges of the park. The sites were extremely close together and several of the occupants seemed to have their belongings encroach on the next site over. We called 4 times to confirm our reservation, and we were so glad to have done so - we had friends who had only called one time, and found upon arrival that their site had been rented to another individual. Scary thought after a long day's ride. A computerized system may have prevented this, but nothing appears automated here. The interior roads were dry dirt and dusty, as well as uneven and full of holes. I would imagine they could easily become quagmires in heavy rains. This park is fine for overnighting, if this is the area you need to be in. It is definitely not a destination park, and there are no amenities to speak of. TV was poor and there was no WiFi. There is a pool, but we didn't swim in it. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Tanger Outlet Mall isn't far and was well populated. There were several nearby restaurants, but we didn't eat at any of them. RV's should use the upper entrance to Walmart, as the lower entrance was up a steep hill, with a height barrier at the top of the hill.

Site 50 is too short for 40 ft rv and truck. Ditches all around. Site only close to level. One leg of electric supply was only 106 volts with no load. Frequently (every 5 to 10 minutes) dropped to 105 volts under load which caused my surge protector to shut down to protect rv. This prevented us from using the air conditioning. Not good when the temperature outside is in the high 80s or low 90s. Park maintenance man blames local power company. Most residents seem to be long term. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed when it was under old ownership. Tall grass/weeds. Full size refrigerators outside RV's. Pretty much says it all. Wouldn't go back. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Predominately a seasonal/residential campground. Unkempt. Manager didn't go out of her way to be friendly. Our site was unlevel. Reception for over the stations was not good. No cable or wifi service. We stayed here for one night. Would not stay here again. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Camp sites are fairly level and park is less than a mile from major highway. If you're on the road and looking for a stop over this park is OK. We were there for 3 days attending a high school ball tournament. The park restroom is not ADA compliant I could not transfer from my power chair to the shower. The park offers cable TV but ours did not work. The park also offers WiFi but there passcode would not access it. The office employee offered no help to resolve any of these issues. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This RV park was very nice and I would recommend this park to other campers. The only thing I would recommend is a bit longer parking sites. The staff were very friendly and kept a very clean house. Great job to all staff members !!!!!! We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy to reach. No problem for a 40ft M/H with toad. Many longterm trailers but neat. Overnight stop only. Access roads are gravel and dirt. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Just a one night stop over. Easy to find. Roads could do with a little work. Several puddled areas and some muddy sites. Not really any ideal area to walk a dog due to mud and puddles. But in fairness it has been a wet time for at least 2 weeks, so everything is saturated. Minimal lighting at night which meant a great nights sleep. Friendly staff. We were told one site when booking then redirected when we arrived. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We stopped here for one night and have no complaints. The site was packed dirt but level. It would be messy if wet. We tested with a power management system and our utilities worked well. The office person was friendly and check in was quick. This was a good park for us as a stopover on I 85. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

This park appears to be a former KOA that is poorly maintained, especially the electrical system. I tried a tester at 6 of the power pedestals before finding site 50 which was at the low end of the acceptable power range. Our site was muddy around the utilities, which was a bit disconcerning since the power elsewhere was unacceptable. The water was fine, the sewer is well located. Rough roads are the norm once in the park you are directed to the over night parking area by the check-in sheets at the unattended office. Tanger outlets are at the exit as are many other restaurants and shopping.

One of the few places to stop between Atlanta & the North Carolina state line.

Female manager is older and does not like children. Witnessed her scream at a little girl for singing while she was walking. Very mean to children that rode their bikes. Not at all family friendly. Im a grandparent and would not tolerate my grandchildren being treated as if they should not be seen or heard. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

If you just need an overnight stop with electricity, water and sewer then this park will do. They advertise Wi-Fi and cable, but AFTER we checked in we were told that Wi-Fi and cable don't always work at all sites. The following day, we listened to another camper complain that they had no cable or Wi-Fi and the excuses were entertaining, but not believable. It is a very old park in declining condition and the owners are not doing maintenance. The bathrooms are usable. Not terrible, but our elbows touched both sides of the shower walls. Very small and cramped and we had to search stalls for one that had a functioning shower head. Would only stay here again in a pinch. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Truck Camper.

Lots of trouble contacting the office. Office staff didn't know much, such as "I don't know nothing about Wi-Fi or any of that stuff." The interior roads are in horrible shape. That being said, we were in a long pull-thru with clear view for satellite, and all utilities worked well. Sites are VERY close together. Would stay again if necessary, but would not go out of our way. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Used this campground for an over nighter and it was good for this. Sites where not level, but not to bad, they are close together. Grounds are clean and kept up. Bathroom was clean, but dated. Did not use pool, but it looked crystal clear. Would say again if it was for an over night stay. We camped at Georgia RV Park (formerly Country Boys RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.
