2 Parks near Forsyth, Georgia
May 2016 - $32.00
I'm not sure how this park received any high reviews. It is seriously dilapidated. The "paved" roads are torn apart. We had a pull-through site that was extremely unlevel and we feared falling into a hurricane ditch (this park is not meant for Class As with the tow vehicle). The "escort" pointed to the site - didn't help us know if we pulled forward enough or not enough and didn't give us anything. They gave us cookies after check-in but the cookies are also available at Walmart not 5 minutes from the campground. I would've much more appreciated level sites not at the bottom of a steep hill. The "fire pit" was full of cigarette butts and the picnic table was basically on the pad. We have a newer Class A RV and our neighbors approached us as if we had a second head. They placed us in the middle which were raised and had a ditch on either side of the pad. We will never stay here again. - Kamnel

We stayed one night in a 39' RV. Site was level, water and electricity no problem. Site was a bit small, and park was packed with snow birds returning north. No problems. Park looked a little run down for a KOA, but clean and staff were helpful. - Sheryl E

We arrived late and were welcomed with cookies fresh out of the oven. We were escorted to our site. Very nice park and very nice hosts. We would definitely stay here again.
We arrived 10:45 pm after a 9 hour drive and stormy weather and it was very dark. We were personally escorted to our site and our escort helped us locate and connect the electric, water, sewer and cable.
The ladies in the front office were very kind and courteous. - RVParkReviewsfromCL

The sites are grass and very narrow. With our slides out it was 33" to the slide of the next lot occupant. No picnic tables or fire rings. One of the best signed entrances that I have seen. The site was level. didn't need to put the jacks down to level the coach. We had an electrical problem but it was fixed the next day and we were able to plug into an adjacent empty site for our first night. We will return. - jmlsrpc

We have a 42ft fifth wheel and had no issues on the road from I-75 to the RV park, and turning into the park was easy. The drive into the park is a single lane black top smooth road. We were assigned to the first pull thru site. The site was long and level. There was good water pressure and no issues with the 50 amp hook up. Leaving the park will not be difficult. There are no sharp turns or other obstructions in the way. The park is located about 2 miles from I-75 out in the country. There are a number of permanent trailers but it is quiet and relaxing. This is a nice one night park. - truckerturtle

We were in a pull thru site with full hookups that was gravel and grass located directly behind the swimming pool. As mentioned by previous reviewers it is peaceful with animals close by; away from the highway by just over 2 miles. The problem we had was that the main road from I-75 has some low hanging branches on trees and will be worse when leaving. The road into the rv park is a one lane road and will be interesting if more than one unit coming or going together. The next problem is the exit leaving the pull thru sites like ours run right next to the fence where the horses are. There are very low hanging tree branches there and a motor home that left the day before us was in the trees as they pulled out. The sites are not real level but are workable. The best part here was the quiet and the dark. Just a little harder to get in and out than we realized it would be or we would probably have stayed elsewhere with our 38ft fifth wheel. - SubSailor
