Lakeside COE park. Turn around for some sites (site 7 is one of them) was too tight for my 5th wheel, so I had to back it up and go to a different site. Plenty of open sites available. 50 amp power and good water. No sewer. OTA tv reception was spotty. It was pretty cold some nights, but that is Georgia in the winter. Staff was very friendly. When departing with a long coach, ask if you can exit thru the entrance gate. It is easier on tires than the exit driveway. Maybe someday the COE will reduce the bend in the exit road from the gatehouse to the main drive. We camped at Bolding Mill COE in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We just spent the weekend here. We thought it was a really nice park with large sites and beautiful lake views. The camp hosts were wonderful. We enjoyed floating in the lake right at our campsite. The park is beautiful with a lot of green grass. We rode our bikes around the whole campground a lot because it's not too hilly. We are hoping they start keeping the park open longer. They could cut back some of the small trees at some of the camp sites so that you can see the lake better. I strongly recommend this park. We camped at Bolding Mill COE in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park was very decent - clean, level sites, fairly easy to get into. Our site #3 had a steep grade to the muddy lake and the boat traffic was busy. Thought it was strange to sign a waiver regarding -NO- alcohol beverages. We camped at Bolding Mill COE in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This park is clean and under utilized. I wish the COE parks were open year around. The fall is the best time of year. We camped at Bolding Mill COE in a Motorhome.Undo

This park is OK... nothing spectacular. A lot of after hours traffic. Folks driving around at night and walking at night. I wasn't crazy about that. Also a little on the loud side. The water was really muddy and gross. Had the kids been with us, they would not have gotten in! We might stay here again, without the kids though. This COE campground just re-opened after being closed for a couple of years. It is right on Lake Sidney Lanier. A lot of the sites are on the water, but access is limited due to an abrupt drop off. The sites are large and pretty level, with a large, level area for the picnic table and fire pit. There is a boat ramp and a swimming area as well. There is also a washer and dryer in the bath house. We were in site 27, and it would combine well with site 28 if there were several people traveling together. The camp host was great- he suggested sites, then let us go pick our own. Everything was clean and neat, well laid out and exceeded my expectations. We camped at Bolding Mill COE in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
