Quiet and peaceful. Practically had the place to ourselves. Campsites are spaced out. Very shady, dense trees through the whole camp. Nice trail around the pond with lots of wild blackberries in June. Bathhouse was a bit crude but was functional. A little pricey compared to similar campgrounds but considerably less and much more peaceful than a nearby State Park. I could not get a good Verizon signal on my phone from my campsite and the WiFi was only usable in the immediate vicinity of the camp office and bathhouse. - RLZerr

Serinity lives up to its name. It is a quiet park in a very wooded area around a man made lake. The park provides overflow for nearby Desoto Falls State park but is worthy in its own right. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and well maintained. On the down side, the restrooms and shower rooms are crude and sort of "home made" with plywood floors, one without bare studs showing. There is LOTS to do in the area. - Buddy Ray

The park was very nice and the people were very nice. We didn't receive our Good Sam discount because we were told that we were given the weekly rate which was better. I am not sure if we were supposed to receive both or not. We were escorted to our site and they stayed to make sure we were positioned so our slide outs would have enough room. It was very nice place to stay. - JLHickerson

Excellent customer service - she rode me around in a golf cart so that I could pick out a site that I liked. Unfortunately, the one that I picked was not level (pretty bad), but we made due for the two nights. Very nice views. Nice dog park. The pool looked very nice. Seemed like a very quiet and safe campground. My husband complained that the bathroom was not adequate seeing as how there were so many nearby tent campers. Also, we had to pull up pretty far in order to open the slide (tree in the way) and then were too far from the sewer (so just skipped using sewer). Still overall, a nice place to stay at for a couple of days - we would return. - Deb and Chris

We like the country atmosphere here. There are trees everywhere, but not that got in the way of my slides. The current owners are doing a lot to make this campground a destination rather than just a place to stay. The down side is that the sites are not very Level - many motorhomes had wheels off the grounds. By careful parking I was able to keep all wheels on the ground, so it is possible, just not easy. On the positive side, all the utilities worked fine. The WiFi was, unfortunately, typical RV Park WiFi - just so so. Overall, though, this is a nice place and I will definitely be back. - MFTDoc
