This is a very convenient and well developed campground at the GA/ FL border on I-75. We've stayed here before and will do so again. Other than no cable it meets all our needs . At $21 you can't beat the price for a campground of this quality.

The sites nearest to the CW store are pull through but a bit too short. Use the rear area south of the pond for longer rigs. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

This campground is starting to show its age and some blind neglect. The rest rooms were clean, however there were broken and empty soap, toil paper and towel despensers. Staff rarely came through the campground other than sales or service people dealing with customers from the adjacent Camping World RV Sales. 38 of the sites are designed as pullins which puts the electric. water, and sewer on the wrong side if used as a backin. all but 4 of those sites are pretty short. If the rule to keep equipment on the paved areas was enforced, there would be relatively few sites for longer rigs. A number of sites were being used to park toads and tow vehicles. The sites near the pool and office are in the open. The sites in the larger area near the pond are surounded by large trees with trees scattered between the sites making satelite reception difficult or impossible from most but the sites in the middle of the loops. The cable TV has been disconnected. Picnic tables were missing from some sites. Two of the four washing machines and three of the four driers in the laundry were out of order. All that said, still a decent value for the price for an overnite stop. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Travel Trailer.

You check in with. Cashier in the store. She is also the receptionist and customer service person. So busy on calls, was a very slow check in.

The park is close to I-75, but not too noisy. First area north of pond had sights too short for truck and trailer. We chose not to disconnect. Area south of pond had longer sites and we got a great one. Large and level. Only used electric. No cable but able to get lots of channels with antenna. Had good wifi.

Would stay here again on a overnight. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A wonderful stopping place for RVers along I-75. Very clean campground. Sites are paved and some may need a bit of leveling. No cable but good wifi. CW is next door and that's where you check in (no reservations but lots of pull through sites) We will definitely visit here again. Camping World Campground (formerly a KOA) in Lake Park, GA is just off I-75. Highway noise is not a problem and it is potentially a very popular stop off. You must go into the Camping World store to register and then proceed on to the campground. The campground offers pull-through and back-in sites to be a max site length of 42 feet (we had to disconnect our towed to not block the campground roads). Many sites lack a picnic table but the campground offers free ice, a free laundry, and a catch and release fish pond. On the negative side, the Wi-Fi didn't work (our Verizon cell phone had a strong 4G signal and hotspot to give us an internet connection), our first electric pedestal was defective (we had to move to another site), and at least two nearby water spigots wouldn't shut off . Clearly the park has some work to get a better rating. Our price reflects a Good Sam discount. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

This park has recently been absorbed into the Camping World network and the Camping World store is just up the street. This park has no manager and therefore, nothing is taken care of. This is a large park that could be very viable but with no bathroom cleaning, no manager on site, no services at all plus the sewer connection smelled as though the sewage was right there with you. Even though it is not a pricey park, as they say, you get what you pay for. We will not stay here again. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a campground in transition located at exit 5 off I75 and right on the other side of the Camping World Store. One can tell there are improvements going on. Some sites have been resurfaced so that they are more level which makes it better for large rvs and the numbering system has changed. This will be an even better park when improvements are completed. There appears to be 2 sections; one is more wooded and on the other side of the lake for longer term rvs and is where the cabins are located. Behind the office is an area where the overnighters probably in most cases go. We got in late but before dark so we went into the wooded area. We are about 5 hours from our residence in S. Florida so this is a good final night or first night out stopping off place so don't pass this one by for price and amenities. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

We used this campground for a quick one night stop. Near I-75 but not too much road noise. The wifi signal was good in the motor home. There are two different areas in this campground. We stayed in the section closest to the office. The sites were small in that section but sufficient. We parked our tow vehicle in another empty site. This cg is especially good if one wants to get off the interstate & back on quickly. This is connected to Camping World so you check in at the store. For us, it was pick your own site. We were given a map & shown which spots would work for our size rig. We did a couple of drives around before we settled on a site. There's some long term people here but all sites are kept neat. There is a newer section that is open away from the trees for those with satellite. We had to go to the CW store anyway so this was an easy choice. We usually stay at the local military campgrounds but this worked for us. We would stay here again. Lots of places to eat nearby. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Cracker Barrel, and other chain places to eat. Local place, Farm House, is across the interstate. Good food! Plenty of places to get gas. We go to Shell as it's easy to maneuver the gas mh around to get to the outer gas pump.

We stayed at the Good Sam Campground for three days while our motorhome was getting repairs at Camping World. Easy access on and off Interstate 75. You pay at Camping World and then go pick your own site. All roads and sites are paved and mostly level, built around a small lake as a central feature with an additional smaller section. Our pull through was adequate for our 44 ft motorhome without the car attached. There is grass between sites which are nicely spaced. The park was very quiet while we were there with few campers. No dog park per se but plenty of grass and room to walk the dog. The park is situation next to interstate 75 so there is a bit of road noise. This is a good stop for overnight or even a few days. We would stay here again. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

NOT closed - it has been sold and reopened as the Camping World RV Park (named for the superstore next door). We spent two nights here, and it's wonderful! You check in at the Camping World store; then they let you drive over and pick a site. There are hilltop sites with no trees for those with satellite dishes; we chose the shaded lots. All spaces are paved, with a small patio and picnic table. There's a playground, but not many amenities. The restrooms are clean, bright, and the showers are large with ample hot water. The WIFI is strong. It appears this is mainly an "overnighting" park - there's a bit of noise from I-75; but it's easy to access. For the price, this is the nicest RV park we've ever seen! The park starts filling fast around suppertime; but it's a large park with ample pull-throughs and full hookups. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Saw their billboard and decided to take a chance. Glad we did!!! Only reason I rated them lower was because of the WIFI and no sewer hookup on our site. Other then that great stopover point. Sites are a little short for big rigs. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was an acceptable overnight stop on I-75 southbound to the Jacksonville FL area. It was decent in all respects - efficient reception, escorted to our site, clean bathrooms - the typical KOA deal we are used to. Being so close to the interstate, you make the devil's bargain: peace and quiet off in the boondocks, or convenient on and off the interstate with the accompanying highway noise: you make the call. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

This park suffered for a few years from ho hum management but we are very impressed with the latest staff. We were checked in quickly and escorted to our site. I asked about places to have our motorhome washed, and the gal in the office called a local company for us and got all the particulars. We were made to feel very welcome. Other than the staff, the best thing about this park is its proximity to I-75. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Motorhome.

Rate is with KOA card and points. Stayed one night, convenient to I75. Paved roads and sites; water, electric, sewer, wifi (worked well) and cable all included. They are turning the back two rows into one row to accommodate big rigs - yes, big rig compatible. Called to reserve a site, knowing we would be arriving at closing time or shortly there after. The manager said not to worry, she would wait! Not only did she wait, but so did her assistant who escorted us to our site and offered to help us set up! Sprint cell and DirecTv rooftop satellite worked well. Would stay here again. We camped at Camping World of Valdosta's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
