Rain Rain Rain. Great site drainage. Sites are not level: finally leved manually the best I could, never level. Never saw or received phone call reply from caretaker. Unable to go anywhere due to not having gate code. Gate was open when I arrived.

Just drive to the back and select a site. No bug or ant problem. Only one other motorhome. Dog loved all the room to run.

More people should take advantage of this location just north of I-475 split on I-75. That's Rocky Creek and watch for Coke Plant and entry to RV Park on Mecca. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park while visiting family in the area. The lots are grass. We had full hook ups. There is a section that is only water and power that they are upgrading with sewer now. This is a nice quiet park. The lots are spaced out very nicely. We will definitely use this park while visiting family or passing through. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.

Quiet park, friendly staff. Very casual about registering, "just find a site". A sparse park; all sites are grass and uneven, but utilities worked well. No sewer in the pull throughs (at the back of the field, behind the pavilion). We had ants come into the unit, but an application of ant spray on the outside point of entry took care of it. Not much can be done about nature, so I don't hold the park accountable for that when the park sites are not developed except for utilities. No resort facilities, but if you are looking for an overnight, or a base to visit Macon, this is worth it. Would stay again. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This a last-minute overnight stop for us and it worked well for that. This RV park is behind a Shriner hall but the signage from the road is very good regarding the park. There is an on-site caretaker of the park and there is an access gate on the property. In all, this is a HUGE campground. Rallies here could hold hundreds. There are a number of pavilions and there is also a lakeside banquet hall (indoors) that could easily accommodate a hundred or so people. The main part of the campground has full hookups and is undergoing additional improvements. Site are not really delineated, so you pretty much park on grass however you like which also gets you within reach of the hookups. This is a no frills place, but for overnight or visiting Macon it is a gem. They give you a 50% discount to $16 is you have ANY RV membership (not just passport america). I'll take that price for full hookups anytime. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The campground is parallel to I-75, but not a driect route to get from the interstate to the park. Follow your GPS until you see the signs for the park. About 10 minutes from exiting I-75 to the park due to traffic lights and intersections.

Ignore everything you've read about ants there is actually no problem maybe it's the time of year. It is one large field very uneven campsites are along the perimeter. I'm only looking for a place to sleep that is reasonable and safe and I'm not going to disagree with $16 for a full hookup and be safe. This is not a Taj Mahal nor is it a resort it is a safe reasonable overnight spot do not overlook this place. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sites on the east side are very un-level but they do have sewers. Water is in a box in the ground but pretty easy to hook up. We avoided the trees along the back of the sites to keep from getting ants. Manager was not available but we were told he would stop by. He never did. We handed him a check as we left in the morning. Passport rate. Very quiet, but services, shopping, restaurants, etc. are only 3-4 miles away. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.

Al Sihah Shrine 's RV Park is run by the Shrines fraternity in a secluded location at Macon, Georgia. The campsites are located circling a large field as described, and more along a small pond. There were just a handful of campers there when we came in around 2 p.m. with a wedding about to begin in a large hall on the property, next to the pond. As the park manager was busy with the wedding, he asked us to come pay for our site in the morning . He said he is up by 5:30, so not to worry. The festivities were rather quiet; we heard a little bit of music and it was all over by 8 p.m. so we were able to sleep. The wedding really didn't affect us, thankfully. As for the camping site, our site and others there were nicely leveled; they must have been improved since others posted their reviews. Power, water was good, we choose not to use the sewer that was available. Pets are welcome. No ants, but we did get buzzed by a couple of horseflies but not bit, thankfully. I would recommend applying the bug spray if planning on being out in the afternoon early evenings. My husband said restrooms were okay. A cement floor and spider webs, dust but it didn't bother him. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

It's a beautiful setting. Very quiet and peaceful. It's a ranch style campground, with a pond. The yard is quite nicely kept. Would liked to have stayed longer. The host was extremely friendly. The roads and sites are not paved. Would recommend! We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Filthy showers and restroom. Rang to ask them to clean it. Watched them go over there for ten minutes. Shower stalls still covered in dead bugs. Ants up the water hose. Roach on the bed. Spider on the steering wheel. Bugs exist everywhere but in 4 months full time we've never seen anything like this. Wouldn't stay here again. Not even worth $10 for the power and water. We stayed here overnight and were one of 3 in the park. It is a big field with hook ups along the edge. We were told to pick a spot and didn't pay too much attention to the woods behind our spot which caused a problem. We were infested with ants by morning. The park is gated and the gentleman who takes care of it is super nice. Great overnight stop, just check your site before you park! We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Big, open park. Info online says no sewer, but they do have sites with. All grass, more like a festival field. Fine for overnite or a couple of days. Very laid back, very quiet. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is essentially a field on a gently sloping hill with RV hookups on the perimeter. The water and the electric hookups work fine, There is no sewer hookup. It is extremely difficult to level; leveling boards were required. All the sites are back-in, but since there were few customers, we were told to just park sideways next to several sites --- thus we had a drive-through site! The area is rural and pleasant, but it is really just a not-very-level field with hook-ups. The park is a little difficult to find. If you go pass Jennifer Road (missing the turn), you can turn around at a church on the right, about a quarter of a mile up the road. The $16 was the PP rate. We will not stay here again. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.

I could just cut and paste everything written by the previous reviewer. Just a big grassy field, off level. It is secured by a gate and caretaker, and is quiet, and you have some hookups, so in that respect it's better than parking at a truck stop or something. But we would not return. If we are going to spend money, we might as well spend enough to get a decent rv park. We paid the PA rate. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is very clearly a field that they put RV hookups in because the church hosts a festival once a year. The grounds are full of ants. The showers house is full of spiders. The host only wants to talk to you when you are ready to check out. That being said, it was $16 for full hook ups (Passport America) and $5 a day for dry storage. We have family in Macon. We spend the day with them and just sleep here at night. It works fine for that. There is a gate that requires a code. It is usually open on Saturdays for weddings. There is a buzzer on it if you need in later. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The post on getting there is correct and GPS has a little difficulty routing you into this short stretch of road. The park is more a place to stay over a night or so. One gravel road serves several sites that are un-level front to back while other sites are accessible only by driving across a large grass field (300 + feet from the road). As such, consider the recent rain or prediction of rain during your stay. Someone has noted there are many sites but there are only about 20 with power and water and these are on a first come basis. There were several RVs that appeared to have been there for an extended time on the power sites. Most of the sites offered would be boondocking. Things like kid-friendly do not apply as it is more for large gatherings with adults the primary group and kids are there to attend something like a party or wedding. When the main facility is not in use such as at nights, there is a gate that closes the complex off so late arrival and entrance might not be possible. We recommend calling ahead to get the gate code if you are coming in late or on Sunday. We would use this park again if in the area without any reservation other than the note regarding the rain warning. The rate reflected is a Passport rate. The person who takes care of the RV park is located at the end of the road and he is quite pleasant and helpful. We camped at Al Sihah Shriners' RV Park in a Motorhome.
