We arrived and checked in and then found our space that was occupied by another rig. We called the office 3 times and it always went to voicemail. We drove back down which is about a mile and they assigned us another space. We had excellent Dish satellite and Verizon internet. Very clean park and not crowded but imagine it is different in the summer. We would stay here again. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A little out of the way for a one or two night stay, but well laid out. Newer, nice amenities. Good site spacing, concrete pads, double sewer connections and pretty views of the rolling country side next door. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for one night. It was easy to get to. The CG has very nice, super level sites. We were on a concrete pad that was a pull through. It was large enough to accommodate our 40' rig. We didn't have a toad but there was more than enough length for truck. We saw many larger MHs with toads on similar sites. It was super quite. They have 2x daily trash pick up. Very nice staff. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather; it looked very nice. There is so much to see and do in the area. We will be back. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Pine Mountain RV Resort is approximately 15 miles south of Lagrange, GA. If coming from the West your GPS will tell you to exit prior to reaching Lagrange and you will have to take back roads. Continue on to Lagrange and take the exit for HWY 27. The park is on HWY 27. The perimeter road is asphalt, inside roads are crushed stone and the site has a long concrete pad. Most sites are pull through and full hook up. This is a very nice park and clean. Each site has a table and a fire ring. The store has limited items, but Walmart is only 15 miles away. The cable TV is excellent, but the Wi-Fi is almost non existent. The pool and hot tub are clean and very neat. There is a nice dog walking park. The summer home of Franklin Roosevelt, where he died, is about 10 miles away. A very nice animal safari park is 3 miles away and Callaway Gardens is 5 miles away. We were quite satisfied with the park and would stay there again. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Th newer area has large spacious sites, mostly open with no shade. The sites are level concrete/ rock pads and stone patio with good hookups. Our motorhome with tow easily fit in our site.

The WiFi did not work. I note that it was not working in Jan 2018 posting and is still not working.

This is a small town which is home to Callaway Gardens and near to the F D Roosevelt state park and little White House in Warm Springs GA.

Our reason for being here for a few days is to visit these local attractions. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This RV park is a long way from any Interstate exit so is a little inconvenient for a one night traveler. However, it is in the middle of several great attractions such as Callaway Gardens and FDR's Little White House. The park is lovely with plenty of room between the sites. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This was a full service RV park. We pulled up 1 minute before the office closed and the attendant served us with a smile so we never felt she was trying to rush us through.

Paved interior roads are laid out well. Most sites are gravel driveway with cement pads that are just wide and long enough for our 45 foot motor home. Curb on the pedestal side makes it a little difficult to enter. Large rocks cover second sewer connection (I don't know why). Good amount of space between sites in the newer section. There are few trees. Verizon cell had maximum bars and satellite TV was no problem. Park WiFi didn't work and office staff admitted after questioning. Overall Rating:

We stayed in the newer section of the park, minimal shade the pads were spacious and in vary good condition. No issues wit any of the services, we thought the Cable TV did not work. Within 15 minute of calling the front desk they had a technician who took a look and determined the issues was with our trailer ( and it was.) Clean and quiet. The only negative comment I would have is the bathrooms needed to be pressured washed or something t get rid of some of the high hanging cobwebs. Easy in and easy out. Nice campground, we plan on going back. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed for 1 night in the newer, more open section of the park while visiting FDR's Little White House in nearby Warm Springs. Site was level and not too close to my neighbors. As I was staying on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, I was initially told that there was a 3-night minimum, but they made a much-appreciated exception for me. Would like to come back to this park to spend more time exploring this beautiful part of Georgia. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed at Pine Mountain with a golf package for Callaway Gardens. Upon arrival, we found that our confirmation receipt we received when making the reservation showing the balance due was incorrect. The actual balance due was almost three times the amount shown on our receipt. The manager offered to "eat" the fee for the error after my husband expressed his displeasure and said she wanted us to be happy with our stay. Hubby offered to pay half the fee, which we did and were OK with that agreement. When we were escorted to our site, the turn between trees was very tight (it was in the older section mentioned by other reviewers). We requested an open site as there were plenty of spaces available. We were immediately accommodated. The space we occupied was long and pull-thru. The picnic table was damaged on one seat and covered with white "splats" which looked like white paint, but we determined it was from messy birds. Not very appetizing for use. Not much shade in the open campground area, and overall the sites are somewhat close together but not as close as some commercial parks. We did not use the bath houses, but did take a peek in the ones located near the laundry and they were clean. Laundry room provides three washers and three dryers at $1.50 each. Both worked very well. If it wasn't for the proximity of Callaway Gardens, there is not much else in the area. The RV park does provide a nice pool area. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a tale of two cities. There is an older, probably original, section and a newer area. The older section is well shaded but the sites were old looking and not as well cared for. Many sites looked fairly unlevel. The "new"area was large and in a more open space. Sites were modern, mostly level, with excellent utilities and long , paved pull thrus. There was plenty of room between site which all had picnic tables and fire rings. The park had a nice looking pool and playground and two well kept bark parks. Interior roads were gravel, in excellent shape, with no obstacles. Bathrooms and laundry were satisfactory. I would not hesitate to stay here again but would need a site in the new area. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed in the older "shaded" section of this park. Sites were very un-level causing us to have major plumbing problems. The office staff was not helpful at all when approached about the issue. The least they could've done was to offer to move us or a phone number for an on-site rv repair. Instead, when told about the issue the lady just turned around and continued looking at her computer. Never said a word. We lost a day and a half trying to problem solve the plumbing. So it certainly put a damper on our visit to the area. I found them to be dismissive. When asking for a discount you better be specific. In other words, if you ask about PA or senior discount, they will say no and they will not volunteer that they are a "good sam" park or offer AAA discount.

The people in the area seem to really stick it to the tourists. Over-priced and under-value.

The park is decent at best. There is no shade at all in the new section. The old "shaded" section is dirt and un-level with a small fire ring and a shoddy, miniature picnic table. Wi-fi was aggravating as you have to sign in with password each and every time you open your device. Hook-ups seemed to work properly - except plumbing, it went up hill. Due to our plumbing issues we were forced to use the bath house and during our 4 days there they NEVER cleaned the bathrooms once. We would not return to this area or campground. We stayed here in a fifth wheel. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
