The RV sites are nice, level & well cared for. That being said, there is NO sign for the entrance other than a Good Sam sign hanging on a fence. We made the mistake of thinking the entrance was past the building. We had to disconnect our toad & jockey our 35 ft motor home to get it turned around. During which the owner came out & yelled that we were going to break the already broken concrete by driving on it. We did get turned around, & pulled into the park. It went down from there. The wife who checked us in was very nasty, she was very angry that we had made a mistake & turned into the wrong spot. We spent 3 days there & had no further contact with these unpleasant people. There is no laundry, showers, pool, dog park, nothing to offer. In hindsite we should have moved on. This park definitely goes on the NEVER AGAIN list! We are full time RVers with over 80,000 miles on the motor home & are experienced drivers. Mistakes happen to even the most experienced when a park does not properly mark their entrance/exit. Note, we looked later to see if we missed a sign, there is nothing there. This experience was not a very good one for someone who has never been to Savannah!! We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is not a KOA. With that said it is a beautiful clean park with the basic amenities. Water, sewer and electric. I loved the shade from the overhanging trees. If you want a campground to visit Savannah you will not be disappointed. Although there are no bathrooms or laundry it is a lovely campground. Very quiet and great location to down town. If you're counting on the trolley be sure to call to see the weeks it runs. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is not a nice place to stay. We made reservations over the phone, but when we arrived we found it to be in a very bad part of town. The owner was very rude. They took me to my site in dirty golf cart. The site was outside of the fence next to the road with busy traffic. The sewer hook up was way in the back and there is no way we could connect unless we bought a 3rd line. We were not going to stay there.... The owner refused to refund our money. Fortunately out bank took care of that.... What ever you do... Don't make reservations without seeing this place. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We had a reservation at this park but when we arrived and saw the place we decided NOT to spend the night there. It is disgusting and appears unsafe. Noisy people were hanging around outside the gate. It is not a nice park and staff doesn't really care. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice quiet place to stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Site was level of sand and grass. Site was long and has new services. They are upgrading some sites since the last hurricane. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We requested a pull through site and when we got there they said "you only have to back up a little bit". They stated cable but when we arrived we were told we had to connect their cable box to the back of our TVs. Our TVs our built in so we have no way to connect a cable box. When I complained they said "you didn't come here to watch TV, did ya". Finally when I asked about the WiFi I was told I had to come to the office to use it. By this time I had had it and told them free WiFi means you get it in your location! What a terrible campground. I would never stay there again! We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Worst RV park we have ever stayed in. It is located in a very bad part of town, and is surrounded by a barbed wire fence. The front gate is open all night, and shady looking people come in at night and walk around, no security. The pictures on their website are of the sites in the back, mostly full time lowlifes. All others are put in the lot in front, which is right next to a four lane busy highway, with sirens and trucks all night long. We did not sleep well. It rained, and we stepped out of our RV into mud. The sites are the same as any RV park, not as website states. Sad situation for the owners I guess, trying to run a junk business and old RV park on the same property. There are a lot of better choices close to Savannah, wish we had not been deceived. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed there for 4 nights so that we were close to the historic district of Savannah. The lady who booked us in was very pleasant and helpful and completely the opposite of what some other people have said on here. The site we were in was spacious and shaded, although only gravel and grass. There were no facilities at all, which is basically why it is called Biltmore RV Park. Close to Savannah for sightseeing, which is the reason why we went. The hook-up was the opposite from what we are used to so bring an extra section of sewer hose. I would recommend this site for visiting Savannah. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This place has very little to offer. Probably stays in business just because of its close proximity to Savannah. Nothing but a place to park for an expensive rate. No bathrooms or showers (they didn't tell us this when we called and we arrived after hours to find this out). Right next to a very busy street in a seedy urban area. And the thing that really aggravated me to the point of writing this negative review was that we realized the next morning just as we were leaving that they offered Good Sam discount. We called to ask if it could be applied couldn't get through several times (very hard to reach) finally got through and were told "it already went through". No other option. So, I really do not recommend this place, the experience was bad. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Beautiful setting in trees and flowering shrubs, separated from other RVs. We did not need bath house since we are self contained in a motor home. Wi-Fi free, fair; very good over-the-air TV. Very close to downtown and a shuttle is available. Liked it very much although the price was high for no services. Owners very nice. Would stay here again...very nice. We stayed here for 2 plus wks while my husband worked in the area. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Maybe those who found them to be rude got what they gave. As for not having a restroom, we used to have an older camper where we needed a park shower but we always asked when calling rv parks as this is not uncommon. Lots of shade and park cable works fine. We travel all over the country and this is a great park. We found them to be friendly and more accommodating than others in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Park was average. Staff was friendly. There is a bus stop outside to get into the city but the problem is you must return by 8:30 pm. Nothing else around the park for food or entertainment. It is about a 10-15 minute drive into the riverfront district of Savannah, which by the way, you can find parking on the city streets for your RV. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Motorhome.

First, the women at the front office have been rude every time we have been in the office or called on the phone. When we told them we would be pulling out, they started telling us we owed a $50 lot clean up fee. I was never told of this fee, and never signed anything agreeing to such a charge. There is no showers, bathrooms, laundry facilities, propane or maintenance at this park. The pictures on their web site are misleading; those pictures were not taken here. We are in the middle of a run down very unsafe part of town. The lady in the office even told us not to go to the laundromat down the street as it is too dangerous. Trailer park behind with barking dogs, and burning of trash or whatever. We had to keep windows closed. It was horrible. Not a safe neighborhood. I have never left a feedback on any campground before, but had to since this was my worse to date. I will NEVER visit this place again. We camped at Biltmore RV Park in a Motorhome.
