3 Parks near Tifton, Georgia

After you turn left from the exit 61 ramp, make sure you don't accidentally go onto the entrance ramp. The campground sign is right in front of the entrance ramp. The campground road is actually west of it. There's a tight, but doable turn into the campground and some of the turns in the park are also tight. Park roads are gravel but smooth. The sites are also gravel and don't look level at all, but ours actually was. Decent spacing. The polite manager/owner walked us to our site. He was very pleasant, eager to please, and appreciative of our business. I noticed some noise from a distant train. Although the park is close to I-75, the noise wasn't too bad. Quiet overall. I didn't use their restrooms, but they seemed to be in a small building. The analog cable was a little dull. The wifi was good when it worked but it wasn't very consistent.
This is a convenient overnight spot, but not a destination. It's certainly much better than the others in the area. It was tidy and seemed safe. No frills but perfect after a long day of driving. It's fairly small, so reservations would be a good idea. Definite pride of ownership at this park. - User3617

Very nice RV park easy on and off I75. Excellent cable TV with lots of channels, good water pressure and 50 amp service, we had a pull-thru site that was packed gravel and fairly level. The friendly manager will meet you at the entrance and direct you to the site. This is a fairly new small RV park and once the word gets out it likely will fill quickly during peak travel periods. We will stop here again when traveling on I75. - Oliver-Max

On our way home from Florida we stayed at I-75 RV Park. Check in was quick and easy. Host met us as we were entering the park and advised us to pick one of the sites and then return to settle up. We did but found that staying hooked up we were not quite level, as everything in the park sloped slightly toward the road. Sites were large and long enough, hookups were nicely placed and cable and internet were good. Power and water was good as well. Surprisingly the noise wasn't to bad even though we were right by the interstate. We would defiantely stay here again although just for an overnight not a destination park. Nicely landscaped. - Tundra2084

Cash or check only. Nice little park with gravel roads and sites. Older, but clean. Easy in and out but with some I75 road noise. Very nice staff. Would stay again . - DBKings

This park is near the highway but surprisingly quiet. It has mostly wooded level sites. Cable TV was very good but WiFi, for which they give you a password, was mostly non- existent. - exceltraveler

This is our 2nd stay here for an overnight on our way to the N. Ga. mtns. This review is pretty much the same as my review a year ago. This is a good place for an overnight stay or for a few days. It's easy off and on I-75, and the road noise is buffered somewhat by the RV park across the street. No road noise inside the RV. The host was very friendly and made check in easy. She meets you and takes you to your site. Check in is done at the site - cash or check only. Rate reflects a GS discount. She takes pride in the CG which is evidenced by the areas with tables, chairs, and a fire pit. The CG, bathrooms/showers, and laundry were clean. Cable TV with plenty of channels, but the WiFi was slow or non-existent a good part of the time. Our site was a FHU, pull-thru and was level. I think it was a very good value for the money. We will definitely stay here again when traveling. - Gayle E.

Guy in the office with a weapon stuck into his jeans almost made me leave. Roads and campsites were muddy and covered with mulched leaves which of course my dogs brought into the coach. Badly in need of gravel on roads and campsites. Park was 3/4 filled with permanent residents and very dark at night but was far enough away from interstate that noise level was good.
Only stayed one night and wished I had pulled off at exit 61 for the other 2 RV parks in Tifton that are much cheaper . - Curmudgeon John

I stayed here for a month. Very pleasant owners. Enjoyed the pool which was very clean It was really hot most of the time there so I was in the pool a LOT. Nice size lot. great wifi, but could not get satellite as there are a lot of trees. Trees were great, though, because as I said we were there during a very hot time. Would go back anytime sooner than later. - Daryl Oldenkamp

Common. Close sites, but adequate. Didn't seem to be well kept. Not many pads and we had none. Gravel site slightly slanting. Not bad for one nighters, but wouldn't want to stay for over 2-3 days. - Upnorth guy
