Overall Rating:

Overnight stay in 37' motorhome towing a Jeep. All pull through paved lots. Park is hilly and they have done a decent job of leveling lots - ours was adequate for auto leveler. Noise didn't bother us sleeping, might have noticed it if we had sat outside late. Friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants - if you don't want to unhook your car you can walk (1/4-1/2 mile each way), we rode our bikes - wouldn't do that again as the main road is a 4 lane and busy during the day. Very shady park but trees have been trimmed up well. Great cable, didn't visit bathhouse. Easy access off I-75. Will stay again! We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very adequate overnight spot going north or south on Interstate 75. Previous reviews seemed mixed but actually correct. Interstate is 100 ft. away. Noisy at times and could feel vibrations of some passing trucks. Partially blocked by motel. Quieter as evening went on. No spot in park is really immune from the noise. Lots were large but with slopes. Level, side-to-side, but leveling required front to back. Cable worked very well; wifi, slow, as in most campgrounds. Shopping and restaurants in close proximity. Very few transient rv'rs, most folks appeared to be long term. Front desk was friendly. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very handy to I-75. A little too handy I'm afraid. Truck noise is very bad. We are as close as you can get to the hwy. on site C15 and we can feel the vibrations of the trucks as they go by. All of the sites for overnighters are in this row and are very unlevelled. With a 45' coach, towing I found the interior roads a little tight but not to bad. Some sites would be a problem with all the trees. I had to drive on the grass to get on my site. Wifi was sketchy at times but we were able to get on line. Typical of a lot of campgrounds. Cable was very good with over 80 stations. Next time I would look for another camp not as close to the hwy. with more level sites. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

We just stayed here for one night while attending a conference in Valdosta. We chose this site because it was the closest to the city. But we were pleasantly surprised. The sites are easy to get in/out of, somewhat close but not bad, level and paved. More shaded than I expected. And because there is a 3 story motel building between the park and the expressway you don't hear the traffic. Of course we did hear the trash truck pickup the motel dumpster at about 6am :-(. But that wasn't the campground's fault.

For an overnight stop on the way to/from Florida this would be perfect.

We found the owner to be very friendly once we got there. She can be a little "blunt" and direct on the phone but don't be put off by that. I think she's just one of those folks who deal with the public so long that they get where they don't take * off anyone. If you're nice to her - she's nice to you. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park was a life saver. We made reservations (for 2 motorhomes) at a park in Hahira at 9 in the morning and when we arrived at 5 pm, they said "someone" had called and cancelled so they gave our sites to others. Fortunately, I called River Park, less than 15 miles away, and she said she could accommodate us. She said she had sites for 2 for us but the sites weren't quite as level as she would normally give us. We were very pleased with the nicely shaded sites. Yes, they were not as level as we needed but for one night, we were okay. Sites were paved and long enough not to unhitch the toad. It was very quiet: we never heard interstate noise. We would definitely choose this park over the one in Hahira again. It was a pleasant respite from the interstate, just far enough away not to bother you but very convenient also. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park became our refuge (along with several others) from Hurricane Matthew. It has paved pull-thru sites and numerous amenities for travelers and their canine companions. The owner is the third generation of family operating this park and they take great pride in providing great customer service.

Site was paved, but had a bit of a slope. Nothing we could not handle.

Location is off I-75 at exit 18. We will definitely stay there in the future. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park looked really nice. Grounds are clean and well laid out. However, the staff told us on the phone and in person that no one ever complains about the traffic noise from I 75, and that they are well away from the hiway, nothing could be further from the truth. The entrance is away from the interstate, but our site was within easy sight of it, and the truck traffic all night kept us awake despite the A/C running. We could actually FEEL the vibrations of the trucks! The staff was very friendly, but their information was not the truth. No returns for us! We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the second time we've stayed here for an overnight stop. The park hasn't changed much. Sites are concrete. Our site didn't have a picnic table but some did. It was just long enough for the coach and toad. Some sites seemed longer. We noticed that the trees and some bushes needed trimming on the way out. A few hit the top of the rig. Interior roads are a bit narrow but manageable. We would stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

The camp hostess was very crabby and did not make us feel welcome at all. She acted like she was very inconvenienced. The pictures on their website show their sites are paved and pull-through. We were expecting to stay for at least a month, but the long-term campers are put in the back of the campground on uneven sand sites that are infested with ants. The next morning, we went to the office and told her we were moving elsewhere, and paid for just the one night, then left. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

We found the young staff very friendly and accommodating. Most sites are shaded or partial shade. Most sites with concrete pads, but not all. Be sure to ask. Road noise minimal given the proximity to I-75. Great overnight park. Interior roads are paved. No activities that we saw. Does have a nicely sized, fenced in "pooch park" We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a well-kept park. Great for a one- night stay if passing through. All pull thru sites with grass and picnic table. We had an end space so no one was next to us when sitting outside. Very convenient to 1-75, so there is a lot of traffic noise. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is pretty with lots of nice trees. I would have given it a higher rating except for 2 things. The lady at the front desk was LESS than hospitable! She did NOT seem to like her job (or people). Honestly, if you are going to be in this business, you should at least look at your customers when they walk in the door and not make them feel like they are wasting your valuable time! We did talk to a guy on a golf cart (who we learned was the owner) about her curt behavior and he dealt with it immediately. He seemed to be a really nice guy. The only other issue was the palm trees sticking out in the road. There was no way to avoid them hitting our rig. The sites were long enough for our 45'rig and tow car, but the asphalt pad was very narrow. But, at least it was an asphalt pad instead of gravel or grass. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park just off I-75 at a very busy intersection, but no road noise problem. Shopping and restaurants very close. Some sites have newer concrete, some are older macadam. Older sites not real level, but motorhome levelers had no trouble. Nice concrete patio with picnic table. Interior roads are OK. Bathroom very good and clean. Did not use laundry. Does not take reservations until 2 weeks ahead. Woman not real pleasant when called first time about 2 months ahead, but everything was OK when we got here.
