We only stayed overnight on our way back home to Florida. The lady at the desk (owner, manager) is a bit on the curt side, but not outright rude.

The roads are somewhat narrow, and so are the sites, but we had no problem navigating our 31 foot Class A plus Jeep Liberty tow in and out without unhooking.

There are a lot of long-term campers here who apparently have rightly figured out that $450 a month is way cheaper than renting an apartment or house. Everyone was reasonably quiet, and that's all we ask.

There is supposedly a dog run and a bathhouse, but we never found either.

Full hook-ups at a reasonable price. I would stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was an overnight stop for us and this RV park worked out very well. It is well maintained and a very pretty RV Park. The paved area on the site for the RV is somewhat narrow, but there was no trouble getting in or out of the pull through site and same with the campground roads. Staff was friendly and efficient. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice road side stop. Treed RV park with cement pads. The pads are narrow but work. Our site was not sloped, had a picnic table no fire ring. Verizon LTE was very good. Many cable tv stations. For a overnight stop to or from Florida it works for the price. We did not notice but a little I-75 noise. Park presents well, nice trees and seems well kept. Check in was efficient and short although the park was only partly full, we were not given a choice of sites, just had us one. It would be nice to have had more of a choice before the final paper work was done. I think you should ask right up front as to the spaces. Park map was just taped to check in desk, so there was not a lot of interchange about what we may have liked. Just a very average park, but not bad for an overnight. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

On the back of the checkin paper the local amenities are listed along with the cable stations. Trash is picked up at the site.

Narrow road to site with trees and bushes touching RV. 50 amp plug-in upside down. Water hook-up too close to the ground - could not put on regulator. Could not level even with 3 boards, front too low - all sites on side of hill! Wi-Fi intermittent. Would not stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for 2 nights, beautiful entrance. Sites were extremely narrow. No on site store, no park for kids, only thing the park has is a washroom location. Lady in the office did not appear to be very friendly, definitely lacks people skills. Site are so narrow you barely have room to park your RV even though the site are long. Nice from the Interstate was awful, even worse was the rv park is across the street from a major all night gas station, sound of dumpsters being emptied at 5am were not pleasant. Awful, Will NEVER stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

-Check in process -The process was easy and there is plenty of space to pull your rig in while you check in. The roads are well maintained and relatively roomy.

-After hours check in - Available at the main office.

-RV spots - There are some spacious lots available and you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbor during your stay. The sites all have an average levelness.

-Hookups - Full hook ups at all sites including cable for all.

-Wi-Fi - There is available Wi-Fi throughout the park for free and it is fairly reliable.

-Bathhouse/Laundry - The bathhouse and laundry are well maintained and clean. The laundry was cheaper than most parks at only $1.00 per load when we were there. The machines were older and only three for washing and three for drying but they did what there were supposed to do.

-Amenities - There are none really available. Biggest downside to staying in this park is that there is nothing to do on site.

-Kids - There were not many families that stopped in during our stay. Kids are welcome, but the park seems to cater to older and retirees. No playground available or community buildings to use.

-Pets - Pets are welcome and there is a small dog park available.

-Local area - Lots of stuff to do and places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes including a mall, shopping, and restaurants.

-Staff - There is one lady who runs the park and literally does everything. There is also one guy who maintains the entire grounds. The owner likes to drive around on a golf cart and be seen. He can get pretty annoying.

-Overall rating and misc comments - Not a bad place to stay, especially if you don't have kids. The park is pretty quiet and very well maintained. It is small, well shaded, with lots of flowers that bloom in the spring. The park does have a few long term members. We had a bad encounter with one cranky lady who didn't like kids, but most were very friendly and helpful if you need something. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful looking park, very attractive when we first saw it, lots of trees, grass and nice shade. Pads are a little narrow and our site had lots of sand (but this is south Georgia, after all) when you get off the asphalt. Also the pad was sloped some, I had to crank the front of our trailer up quite a was to get it level. We noticed some other pads that were also sloped, not level front to back. TV and WiFi were very good. We got about 150 channels on the TV, though some of them duplicates. But an excellent selection of channels, you shouldn't have any problem finding something to watch. WiFi signal strength and speed were both good. There was a little noise from the interstate but it wasn't enough to be a problem. We only stayed here one night while traveling back from Florida but would definitely stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Close to interstate for easy on & off.

Stayed here twice (once on the way down to FL and once on the way back home), and the first time the showers were clean, but the second time they were not. They have low water pressure in the showers and only 1 hook with no inner bench for dressing after a shower. The bath floors are mopped with bleach, but the stalls are just not clean. Good heat in the bath-house, but it is up about 6 steps. There is good cable TV & strong wi fi signal. Campground is convenient to the interstate. Some areas are newly paved. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Just off of I-75 with some road noise but that's to be expected. We had no problem sleeping. Roads are narrower than the newer big parks but very manageable. Sites are concrete pads with picnic tables. The park is very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends. There's a very good BBQ restaurant (The Smokin' Pig) at the next exit and several restaurants just down the road. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a lovely campground - lots of trees and azaleas which I'm sure are gorgeous in the Spring. We did have a little trouble leveling, and fitting onto the pad, but it wasn't a big deal. I understand from talking to other campers that this place is under new management and that they are working on improving things. There are new concrete pads and the asphalt pads seem to be in good condition. The water was good. We could hear the traffic from 75 just like every other campground, but we run a small fan for white noise so we are not bothered by exterior noise. The bathrooms and laundry areas were older but very clean. It is $1.00 to wash a load and the machines are a good size. And it is also just $1.00 to dry for 60 minutes. As for the people in the office, the lady did seem like she was always in a bad mood, but biting her tongue to control it. The other staff member was very nice. The campers that we met said that they love it and have been coming there for many years and that said a lot to us. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice overnight stop along I-75. Sites are paved and mostly level although our rig just fit on the width of the pad. Staff was very friendly. Did not need a reservation. We just called ahead and there was plenty of room. We would use this park again as an overnight stop. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

The only reason I give this campground a 5 is because my husband and I left a day earlier than expected and the owner would not give us a refund for the one day so we are out $30. In these economic times $30 can be a lot to some people. The road noise here from highway 75 and from the hotel next door can be loud at times but didn't bother us much when we were inside. Other than the noise and the no refund thing it was a pretty decent place to stay. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The first site we were put in had trees and bushes that rubbed up against the motor home without the slides extended and we would not have been able to use our awning. We asked for a second site. Both sites were VERY uneven and we were not able to level. The cable connections were shared requiring us to use 40 feet of cable. The internet quit working on the second day. The showers and restrooms were clean but old. The managers were not quick in responding to emails in setting up our reservation (they responded to our friends questions 1 day after our friends left). There is quite a bit of noise from the freeway. Finally, we stepped in dog poop just as we were leaving our site. We will NOT stay here again. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Motorhome.

Yes, it is clean, yes there are trees, yes they have WiFi. It is NOT QUIET! It is right next I-75 and there are lots of big noisy trucks passing. Also, there are lots of lights on in the park. It is very hard to make the camper dark for sleeping. The pad we had, was cracked and uneven with a deep dip at the end, making it easy to scrape your trailer. Their ad in Woodalls says it is quiet, well it is not! They should not misrepresent their park in ads. We camped at River Park RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
