This is a very unique RV park. Family owned and operated by a young couple who work hard tending to everything required to run the park. Setup is unusual in that the majority of the sites are nestled up into a tree line through the center of the park. Our satellite didn't work because the trees to the south were very dense. No problem as we didn't come to this beautiful area to just watch TV. A beautiful view of the Tetons from several of the spots. A large field for dogs to run and play (or kids!) away from the road. You do step out of your rig almost onto the roadway BUT, it is a loop that is only frequented by the rigs parking and the occupants' tow vehicles. So, it worked because people were careful and considerate. There IS WiFi even though some reviewers said there isn't. We were given a password and sent to a picnic area where reception was good. This park has a great little play area for children with swings and a trampoline as they have 2 little girls. Although the space around the rigs is limited, there is a very large grassy area with lots of shade that our group enjoyed in the afternoons. There are several cute little cottages available that must be pretty nice as they were fully occupied during our stay. This is just south of Island Park and a great alternative to the high priced parks closer to Yellowstone. Many day trips would be possible from this locale. We camped at Jolley Camper and Cottage Rental (formerly Jessen's RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We took a day trip to Jackson and visited Teton National Park. Don't miss the Mesa Falls that are nearby. They were surprisingly awesome. We also enjoyed a nice evening out at Mack's Inn Playhouse in Island Park for dinner and a comedy show. Best meal of our stay was at the TroutHunter in Island Park. Beautiful evening meal on the patio overlooking the river.

The park is now called Jolley Camper. Nothing fancy, but peaceful and close to some great things to see in the area. The young man who owns it is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that your door is very near the campground road. Wi-Fi is available, didn`t use it. We would stay there again. We camped at Jolley Camper and Cottage Rental (formerly Jessen's RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Just passing through on our way to Yellowstone, but wasn't supposed to arrive in Yellowstone until the next day. So we spotted this small RV Park / Bed and Breakfast on the side of the road on our way. No Wi-Fi or cable TV, but that was not a big deal. It took three sites to find one that was level, but there were only about 6 other rigs there for this one night. Lots of shade. Good dog walk area. So a few points off for no Wi-Fi and cable TV, and the unlevel sites here and there. A friendly host. We camped at Jolley Camper and Cottage Rental (formerly Jessen's RV Park) in a Tent Trailer.

Stopped here based on the review, and because Island Park was full. Big mistake. Photos on website very misleading. Dumpy, sideways "sites" arranged in a line mostly under shade trees, next to fields which yield a bumper crop of mosquitoes big enough to carry off your rig. Bathroom with shower was clean but only one for each gender. Owner never showed up and after struggling to level the coach with the bugs biting, we left. Never to return. This is a "no frills" family operated park adjacent the family farm. The shade trees have been growing since the family purchased the farm about 60 years ago (very mature shade trees). The management is "hands on", friendly and very attentive. We did not utilize the laundry/shower facilities, but at a quick glance they seemed immaculate and well maintained as the park was generally. The "Teton Peaks" are located about 70 miles to the East and could be seen from the park. We enjoyed an extremely quiet and peaceful stay, and will definitely stay here again.
