First time at this park, easy to access off of I-84 and far enough away not to hear highway noise. The park is very, very well maintained by staff and very friendly as well. Wide and log sites with a strip of green grass between sites, also well manicured. You park on clean gravel rock and pretty level. Restrooms, pool, laundry are very clean. We just wished the WiFi was stronger. Very weak in the early morning and late afternoon (guess the 190 sites put a strain on the towers). But we will definitely stay here again. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We love this park. Our rate was based on a monthly rate....we were there for 4 months. That price does not include electric. We've stayed here during the summer for 3 years and have enjoyed all of our time there. The staff is personable, helpful and very kind. The only glitch was the wifi. When the park was full, which was most nights, there was basically no access. We're looking forward to getting back in March. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful newer park off Exit 29. Big, wide spaces with growing trees. Laundry was immaculate, but a bit small for the size of the park. Definitely would stay here again if coming thru this area. We were here a week. Nice grass strips at each site and a patio. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Wasn't thrilled with Boise. Too much traffic and people. Don't think we would come back here, but if passing thru would definitely stay here.

No real nearby grocery store but Fred Meyers down the road in Meridian.

We have been here numerous times including last summer. See that review for a more comprehensive discussion of the design flaws and problems with this park. Basically, although the sites are extremely long and wide, the utilities are poorly placed ( W&E near the rear and S near the middle) and the over-sized large stone gravel pad is a walking hazard and helps make lining up your RV with both the utilities and the cement patio almost impossible for most rigs. As usual, we had a FHU pull through site in the middle of the park. All of the 60+ perimeter back in sites appear to be long term customers (lots of wooden stairs, propane tanks, decks, and sheds). The 8 rows containing the other 135+ sites are pull through. There are individual bathrooms with showers on the north side main building. This building also has the office, a large laundry, an exercise room, and a rec room. They now have a second large bathhouse (again individual bathrooms) and laundry on the north edge of the park. The pool is still way too small for a park with almost 200 sites that is 90% full most of the summer. There is also a small kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. There is a small playground next to the pool. The new cable TV system has 35+ channels and worked better than last year's system. The WIFI worked OK with a couple glitches after dark. I saw recycling bins for cardboard and paper and a small garbage can for cans, but nothing for plastic. The poor design continues to keep this park from rating higher. The staff appears to be work campers who a pleasant but not in a position to be helpful with problems or complaints. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What a delight. Quiet, wide, wide spaces. Level gravel with a patio. Paved wide streets. Wifi was iffy (not unusual). Not much shade in our area so warmish. We would definitely stay here again though. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is the first CG we have stayed in that actually have gravel sites (instead of dirt mixed with a few pebbles.) Our site was level and spacious. The interior roads are really paved avenues. This CG must have been designed by RV'ers for RV'ers. Each site has a long concrete patio with table. Cable was very good but the wi-fi needs work. Boise is only 20 minutes away. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Excellent park, and our second in the G7 group. This was a quick stop over on our way home. Off freeway, Flying J, no freeway noise. Long terms on out ring of park, but clean sites. Our site level, good wifi, good cell. adult hours at pool, and spa, escort service to site. Staff is really nice, and I would stay here again. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Level, narrow lots with hookups at the rear. The rig sat on gravel, and there was a long cement patio with a narrow area of grass. We had enough room with our four slides to put out our awnings. Nice dog ice dog park. Pool was pretty small but seemed adequate. Guests were mostly one night travelers in well maintained rigs. Maintenance men stayed busy all day keeping the park nice, and they picked up trash any time of day. We stayed for the Caldwell Night Rodeo, and that was a blast. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We visited Silver City ghost town. It looks like it did when people walked away 100 years ago. The hotel was open, and we had some delicious desert. Suggest you go on a week day as they said weekends are packed with no place to park. We attended the Caldwell Night Rodeo, our first rodeo ever, and we had a great time. That was a big highlight of our trip.

One of our favorite parks! Close to Boise and lots of restaurants. Laundry was very nice. Pool area was very nice and they were good about getting kiddies out by 8:30. Our lot had ample room for our 42 ft rv plus our hauler. It was nice to have some green grass between lots. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean park, staff was friendly but didn't seem to know much about the area around the park. (Things to do and services.) Wifi was poor at best. Spent two weeks, and would come back now that I know the area. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

As other reviewers said this is a very nice, well maintained park. The roads are paved, the sites are level gravel, and each has a plot of grass. Spacing is very good. The park is well located for excursions. The pool area and common facilities are quite nice although the pool is small for a park this size and usually has some group of adults standing at the center. They re entry changed their wifi provider so it is improving...there are multiple towers. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rates quoted above were for weekly stays. This park has wide, paved interior roads with excellent pull-through sites. Our site was crushed stone with a large cement patio and a beautiful grass strip between sites. The location was optimum for the sun rise and set and close to the pool, recreation center. Park offers free coffee/tea each morning and the people were very friendly and accommodating. They guide everyone to their sites which is nice. Water and sewer hook-ups were excellent, however cable tv required a long co-axial cable (>25 feet). Only minor negative was the large number of full-timers living in the park. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Caldwell is a nice area to stay for ease of I-84 and getting to Eagle, ID (15 miles) or Boise, ID (25 miles). Caldwell has excellent winery tasting opportunities only 10 miles from the park with over 50 wineries in the area. Boise offers a great botanical garden, Boise State Univ., the Boise greenbelt (25 mile bike path), the Raptor Center and the State House Capitol. Eagle is a beautiful suburb with great shops and restaurants.

We stayed here several years ago. We had just started RVing and at the time, it was one of the best RV parks we had been to. I recall wanting to pick it up and take it with us to all our stops! We have been fortunate to stay at many nice ones since but this remains a favorite. It has such a good feel to it. It's located about a mile from the interstate down a quiet dead end road with an agriculture field as a neighbor. The check in area is spacious and well marked. The streets are wide, the sites are long and spacious, the restrooms are spotless and plentiful, each with their own toilet, sink and shower. The grounds are immaculate. Staff is super friendly. Utilities worked fine. Great cable. Great satellite reception. The one thing that really disappointed us this time was the WiFi. We could get on o.k. but it bumped us off continuously, like every few minutes. Nice pool, activity room and small gym. You can even wash your rig and tow. For the price, you can't beat it. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We'd come from Arkansas and this was the first RV park that truly lived up to its rating. It is so well maintained, immaculate! Bathroom/shower combos were private, immaculate and even included a clean bath mat! Sites had ample space and tables were really neat. Staff couldn't have been nicer.

Only thing lacking was poor wifi, but I believe they are working on it. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.
