Great RV Pk for an overnight. It was close to the interstate, level, gravel, pull thru, FHUs, cable and wifi. 23 mph winds but trees and rv nearby gave us some blockage. It was easy in and out but must take a different road when exiting to get to the hwy again, not a problem for us in our 40' mh w/ toad. We would stay here again if passing this way. 2 draw backs: a large dead tree next to our site should be cut down, (my wife was afraid the wind might take it down). The people in the fifth wheel next to us had guests over and sat outside talking until after 2 AM while we were trying to sleep. We did not report them but should have . We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

Big things come in small packages. The campground I remember the most on our Ohio to Pacific Northwest and back. Small but big on Hospitality and charm. Historic farm machinery thru out the camp and western theme made for a very quaint stop. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice place with nice owners! We wanted to attend the Historic Opera house dinner show, and they booked our reservation for us... very helpful. The owners have recently taken it over during the past year and seem to be getting things in shape. The sites were clean and nicely shaded. The facility is in a good location close to the cute little town of Glenns Ferry. Be sure and visit the state park and visitor center, museum, and the fun Historic Opera House. Several fun businesses in town too. Be sure as everyone says, say hello to Romeo... a four legged delight! Park is very pet friendly with nice grounds. cell service and WiFi. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

What a gem. This little park is clean, easy to get into even for a 40' motorhome towing, and friendly. The new owner was very helpful. Any review prior to November 2014 should be ignored as that is when the current owner took over. The buildings are all freshly painted and the grounds are clean and welcoming. It is quiet except for the occasional train in the distance. The freeway noise is practically nonexistent. We will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend Trail Break to friends. Be sure to say Hi to Romeo and give him a pat on the head. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

New owners Nov. 2014. Working hard to revitalize. Owners very nice and accommodating. Sites were long enough so didn't have to unhitch and only slight leveling. Good water pressure and LOTS of shade. That was appreciated since it was high 90's. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We were greeted by one of the owners as we pulled in, and he knew who we were! He helped guide us into our site and offered to assist us with hooking up. Check-in was quick and easy. This park is a gem. It's clean and beautiful with many large trees and a large, manicured lawn area. There is grass and mature trees between each of the level sites with plenty of room for slide outs for each RV. There's plenty of space to walk the dog. The owner stopped by later to advise us that fresh coffee is available at 6:00 a.m. Next to us were 2 sets of RVer's that are regular campers who come here several times per year. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and inviting. We loved, loved, loved this place. We will stop here every time we come through Idaho. If we didn't have reservations elsewhere, we would have stayed longer. GPS directions worked perfectly, and the park was easy to locate. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

Trail Break RV Park is great place to stay and rest. Far enough off the freeway to keep the noise down but close enough to be easy to find and get into to. We enjoyed the hospitality offered. Close to the town of Glenn Ferry and to Three Island Crossing State Park. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

The owners have put a ton of work into this park. It's away from the interstate, so no highway noise. They have a large grassy area to the rear of the park that is great for a lot of tents. Lots of shade trees. The sites are level. The rate above reflects the weekly rate divided out. We would definitely stay here again! We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

After reading the reviews, we very surprised to find that this park is in disrepair, grass needs cut, sprinklers run all day and night. No one available to assign a site. Very tight egress, had to disconnect and back out as the trees have low limbs. Slides are difficult because of narrow sites. Must have been girls night out the night before we left as a whole group of them sat around laughing and drinking. The owner got mad and came out to see what the devil we were doing at 7:30 am because our diesel engine woke her up. There are three other campgrounds in the area, any one of which would be a better choice. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

Had an excellent 6 night stay at this lovely RV park. The current owners have made tremendous improvements since their purchase. There is plenty of shade, a large grassy area available for recreational purposes or special events. This is the place to stay in Glenns Ferry. Owners are hospitable, restrooms and showers immaculate, grounds impeccable, lush and green. I much prefer the intimacy of this RV Park over the other 3 in the area. Close to town & friendly! Easy freeway access on and off. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The owners have dropped Passport America so no more $10 sites. The $20 rate is still a good value. This is a small, clean, quiet park with mature shade trees, excellent free Wi-Fi, and friendly managers. I have stayed here overnight on several trips through the area. Many nice small parks like this are struggling in the current economic environment, and these people appreciate your patronage. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a pleasant little older no frills park convenient to the freeway but far enough away to be quiet. The rate was cash SKP. I have stayed here three times while traveling through, and will again. There are large trees at the site for shade, but no satellite dish interference at my sites, and good free Wi-Fi. OK for overnight, $22 (+$1 cable) close to I-84, (exit 120, go L thru underpass, then L -1/2 block). Level, grass, shade (don't pull in too far, the 3-4 overnights are first spaces). One-lite town, quaint little farming community. Better, check out the State Park, 3 Island Crossing. State Park (W/E) and dump station for $21. ID State Parks honor Golden Age pass on weekdays--($10.50 M-R [Thursday]). We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Motorhome.
