The park is easy to get to. There is a gas station/store that double as the office and a drive thru coffee stand in the same parking lot. Other than trash collection I never saw owners or maintenance crew. Other than the traffic noise, the park is more than adequate. I did not use the park WIFI. There is no cable, but plenty of OTA digital channels. Sprint and AT&T both provided LTE service. My lot was near the front and therefore close to route 95; which is well traveled and noisy. There is a train that runs along 95 and a nearby intersection so the train whistle blows VERY loudly throughout the day and at least a couple times between midnight and 6AM. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Past reviews are accurate, the park has a good design and pull thru sites are long enough for a large rig. Access is excellent and interior roads are wide but there are a few boulders on the corners to keep an eye on. The woman who checked us in was great. Our site was easy to find. It was partially shaded and had average spacing from other sites. Gravel base and level. Road noise was there, it's not a bother for us. The train however rolled through at 4am. The park was a good base for us. Close to Hayden with shopping, fuel etc. Costco is about 9 miles south and has diesel with good access for big rigs. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

A Small, but a Very Clean, Nice, shady park, with nice, wide, gravel roads. Everything was great here, but No One enforced pet owners to 'Pick Up' after their Pets, which decent people do, anyway. Piles of 'dog poo' everywhere, and we picked up all that we had bags for. I never saw any park personnel in the park at all, just in the Office. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

I might have given this park a higher ratings except for the constant, loud highway noise and the well used train tracks across the street. It was very hard to get any peace and quiet. For this price, they should have cable TV and a working Wifi. The WIFI here is terrible, lucky to get three bars and you get kicked out frequently. The laundry room is also a joke. ONE washer and dryer - really!! Also they have the picnic table chained next to the trash cans so they are unusable. I do not recommend this park. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Lovely park. Basic park with FHU however large parking spots, lots of trees and grass and nice layout. Parking/camping fees are high in this area. This was a little less than most. There was a little road noise but not bad, an occasional train, which was kind of nice. There were some type of ground squirrels that popped their heads out of their hole and squeeked a warning to their buddies when they saw you coming. They were absolutely adorable! Management was friendly and laid back. We didn't use the restrooms/showers but saw several campers who did. Nice aluminum picnic table and BBQ grills. Good location close to Coeur d'Alene. I would certainly stay here again. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tucked back off Highway 95, but easy in and easy out. RV Park is behind the gas station and mini mart. Fairly level sites, but tree branches hang down in some areas. The employees keep the park very clean, including emptying the trash on a daily basis. The train noise is loud and fairly frequent. The laundry room is small, but inexpensive and clean. We would stay here again. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The Hayden Lake area has lots to do. Great bicycling from the RV Park, through farmlands and country home neighborhoods. The Centennial Trail in Coeur d'Alene is wonderful - over 20 miles of designated bike path along Lake CDA and the Spokane River. The Farmers Market in Hayden is small, but interesting. The RV Park is an easy drive to Silverwood Theme Park.

We have stayed here many times in the past. Level gravel sites and ample grass & shade trees between all sites. Near the highway and occasional train noise. But neither have ever bothered us. Located at a Mobil gas station with Diesel and Propane. Service can be slow because of the Gas station, but they do try hard to process you quickly. No off-leash area for Coco, but good Pet Only walking area around perimeter of Park and a nice paved walking path along highway. Good Wi-Fi connectivity; nice variety of TV "Antenna" channels, including wife's favorite. "MeTV". We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent park, very clean. Grass is mowed, garbage is picked up each day. Extremely nice staff. Lots of shade and a place for our two small dogs to walk. We are here for 4 days. We have a 50-amp pull-through. We will definitely be back. There is also a nice store/station and coffee hut at the entrance. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The bathrooms in a concrete block building were kept at 60 degrees way to cold for comfort. Their thermostat which was locked stated winter setting 42 degrees and summer 60 degrees. Shower setup was on back wall and to turn it on you got sprayed. An absolutely horrible design. The people at the gas station who took the money had no interest in the camp ground facilities. The grounds were very nice. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a campground behind a convenience store/gas station. Register at the store. Must give a $10 deposit for the bathroom/shower/laundry key. Just off the highway so easy in and out. The place is nothing special. The laundry was a dismal with broken machines. In the evening the sprinklers came on right in front of the laundryroom door. Did not visit the bathrooms because I have my own. If passing through the area I would stay here again. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The spots with full hook ups in the middle of the park are the best because they actually maintain the lawn over there. We got stuck in one of the letter identified spots, had weeds waist high all around and generally unkempt appearance. The built in grill was falling over and there is no fire ring. There is a picnic table but it has weeds all around it. The propane at the store out front is only 2.29 a gallon, so there's that. Generally speaking the campground is not very well maintained and is next to both a busy highway and a railroad with a RR crossing, so train horns all hours. Not impressed with this park. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is difficult to rate. The spaces are large and shady. But that is it for the positive points. The bathrooms are in a very old building and although clean they could certainly be upgraded. The "laundry" consists of a closet-sized room with one old washer and one old dryer. There are no managers on site to handle anything. Check in is in a gas station/store. Although Wi-Fi is hardly ever good in RV parks this is the most frustrating I nave encountered. Have to continually log back in and it kicks you off after about 10 minutes. We camped at Alpine Country Store & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
