This is our second year staying at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzeria. I didn't think it was possible but the place is even cleaner than last year. All sites are along the river, well manicured and full hook-up (both 30 and 50 amp at each site). The owners are great and the food is awesome. They are going to start serving breakfast in September and we can't wait to try it. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Motorhome.

This is a great park to ride ATVs. We were able to get to 100's of miles of trails right from the park.

This was our first time at this park. Pleasantly surprised. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Some of the campers were here for the season, but most were 1 or 2 nites.

The campground is small and all sites are back-in with adequate room. The river is close to the back of each site.

All were very friendly. We will stop here again if we are in the area. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Rate reflects weekly with military discount. This park is very nice and worth a visit. First, it looks just like the pictures on the internet, authentic. Second, the owners are on property and very active, involved and it shows. They work hard to keep it clean and neat. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. There is a restaurant on the property, open Thur-Sun. Food was very good, the pizza great! There is an outdoor eating area as well. They have an extensive video lending library. Campsites are gravel, each with full hook ups and a picnic table. All the sites back up to the North Fork of the Salmon River. Although you are close to Hwy 93, the road noise is not bad and quiets considerably at night. Electric is steady, water pressure good at 48psi. Hook ups are convenient, at back of site. There is no Verizon signal here at all. Not sure about ATT but would doubt it. The parks wifi does work; it works better on a phone than a laptop. It is fine for checking news, email, general and light internet surfing. The surrounding scenery is hillsides, trees. We saw antelope across the road from the park, others have seen elk. Bring what you need or prepare to take a drive. Nearest grocery store is 26 miles in Salmon. There is a small general store in North Fork, but it's very pricey. There are no laundry facilities here. We would stay here again. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Museum and visitor information center in Salmon worth a visit. Big Hole Battlefield Monument is very interesting. The Saveway store is Salmon is very nice for groceries, be aware they are closed on Sundays. The Village at North Fork grill has good food but they are very pricey. Gas there was reasonable. If you're able, drive the Forest service road 30 up to Cow Creek, lots of wildlife, beautiful scenery, easy enough for most vehicles.

The is one of the cleanest and best maintained parks that we have stayed. All of the sites are level and back up to the river. The views are spectacular, you can see both deer and elk across the river or fish right off the back of your site. The restaurant serves great Pizza as well as other menu items and the owners are wonderful hosts. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

I would rate this campground higher than a 10 if I could. Spotless clean, beautifully landscaped, level sites right on the river, spectacular views, and at a price you can't beat. Owner couple are like 'Ever-Ready' bunnies working non stop every day keeping this place looking great. They go way out of their way to be helpful. Bathrooms and showers are spotless clean, and hookups are all all like new. Newer reliable electric hookups. Good voltage with no drops or surges. Water and sewer hookups look new also.

Fishing right out your door on the river or just get your feet wet. The sounds of the river is very relaxing. Lots of hiking nearby as well as more fishing, and scenic drives. You won't find a nicer, more relaxing place anywhere! The restaurant/pizzaria has great food. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

The restaurant/pizzaria serves excellent food Thursday thru Sunday 5pm-9pm. Like the campground itself, spotless clean and pleasant surroundings. Servers are clean cut, attentive and nice. I rate the pizza and other menu items a 10. Prices are reasonable and the beverages are cold! Also tables outside on the deck over looking the river.

What a beautiful and clean RV Park on the banks of the North Fork of the Salmon River. The restaurant is a huge supersize serving fabulous pizza. The park changed hands last summer and the new owners are fantastic hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay. I think this is a great little park. Has only 9 sites but all are clean and easy to back into. I believe the park has changed hands and is now called Waters Edge RV and Pizzeria. They have daily, weekly and monthly rates. You can catch a fish out your back door or hike the many trails in the area. We camped at Waters Edge RV Park & Pizzaria (formerly Josephine's RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great little park. Only 9 back in spaces but adjacent to the north fork of the Salmon River. Wonderful owners. If they have enough demand, they make a great pizza which you can eat on a deck over the river. Traffic noise is the only reason I didn't give it a 10. Overall Rating:

I just LOVE this little RV Park. It is located right on the North Fork of the Salmon River! There is 12 to 15 feet of grass separating you from the river. So close and simply gorgeous! Easy access off Hwy 93. Big Rig friendly. The sites are wide and quite long. The park is well maintained and extremely clean. This park is a treasure!!! In the morning we enjoyed sitting in our favorite camp chairs with a hot cup of coffee, watching the river.

We stayed here for over a month because we could not bring ourselves to leave! While here we checked out the other RV parks in the area. This one has them all beat and you can not beat the price. $20 night, $120 week and $360 month (Aug-Sept 2015) Thurs - Sun the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. serving the best thin crust pizza ever! They serve beer and wine & offer free WiFi. No cell service. The owners are very friendly and take great pride in their park. Would normally not give a park a "9" without cement pads, asphalt drive ways and no pool. But this small park is of such great value and beauty that it deserves the higher rating. All sites are located on the North Fork of the Salmon river about 15 feet from the stream. The owner was eager to please and took great pride in his park. Very easy access and the sites are wide and long. All of the utilities are well located. The only downside is there is no cell service but the wife was excellent. We would stay here again. A small campground on a babbling stream that offers very clean bathrooms and showers, wonderful hospitality, large level sites with full hookups, internet, tent sites and a bunkhouse. The hospitality was first rate and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. There is also food and music in the restaurant on weekends. The rates are extremely reasonable.
