We made arrangements to stay at this park because of ratings. The lady was very nice on the phone and in person. We arrived at 1:30 to find the office closed and even though we had made a reservation no note as to which space we were in. Finally made telephone contact and were given a space #, which we didn`t care for and suggested another vacant space which we were told we couldn`t have. The space would have required some very tight turns to get into, not good for our equipment. The spaces are very narrow as are the roads. The photos are deceiving. All in all we decided it wasn`t for us and left. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this park. We found it by mistake and thought we would give it a try. I have to admit when we were driving in, hubby said... "where the heck are we going" once getting into the park which has 12 spaces, we found it charming. The sites were paved with a grassy area in front, and it was perfect. The host and owner was very nice and gave us a great tip on how to get around twin falls to avoid the heavy traffic there. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay from one night to two nights. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We tend to stay at parks we have been satisfied with on prior stays and this park is no exception. Long pull through sites and convenient full hookups with good power as well as a good Verizon signal and a fairly good park wi-fi system. Owner was very accommodating to our length of stay and our price reflects a weekly rate. Very quiet secure place and we would return again. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

OK. I loved it. When we pulled in, the wife said, "it's a dive." Then she did all our laundry for 1$ wash/ $1 dry and took a long hot shower and I ribbed her all night long. Great WiFi, enough OAT TV, a little too much water pressure and friendly staff. The biggest let down was watching all the fish rising in the stream below only to be told it was private property -- no fishing :( I'd suggest lowering their rates based upon location, but they were sold out. That speaks for itself. Good job! We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This park is located about 3 miles west of Pocatello. It is far enough off of I-86 that we heard no road noise. We did hear distant train horns sometimes at night. All sites are gravel covered pull thrus that are long enough to park the tow vehicle or toad. The park DOES NOT have cable tv. We were able to get all network channels except Fox with our roof top antenna. WiFi was usually good, however, it would sometimes lose the signal. The office staff said the wind caused the problem. Bath house had one men's & one women's restroom. There was also one shower room. The laundry room contained one washer & one dryer. Fee was $1.00 to wash & $1.00 to dry. Staff was friendly & helpful. Office opens at 2 pm. We would stay again. Rate is based on a one week stay. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very small park that you have to make a 90° turn into the site. Sites are gravel and not level from front to back or side to side. Our stairs were 2' off the ground. The young lady who came out to meet us could use a lesson on how to make customers feel valued and welcomed. This place is across from a large Simplot plant in an industrial area and it smells weird. Train runs nearby too. I think we paid way to much for this place. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Our rate reflects a weekly stay. A convenient, slightly rural, small 12 space park just far enough from the freeway to be very quiet but easy to access and good signage. The gravel sites are very long and will handle any length rig. After checking for sprinkler heads, we did have to drive over some grass to access our site because of the park road layout. Very good park wi-fi, good Verizon signal, and all hookups worked well. We would stay again. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a small park - only 12 sites, all pull through. It's nestled between a lovely river & spring riparian area, and an industrial park. The industrial part is clean and safe. The park is nice and orderly, with high quality wifi. The hike down to the spring and river is nice, and there's plenty of grass for the dogs. Staff is professional and friendly. Stayed here two days, and enjoyed it. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is located just West of Pocotello. We pull a 43' Fifthwheel with an F350 extended cab and found in/out to be very easy. This is a very basic park. Lanes are gravel. Sites are long with gravel and about 15 feet width of nice grass on each site. Plenty of room for slides and awnings. Two rivers run along the side of the park. Utilities work well and are well located. WiFI is excellent. AT&T cell service very good. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park was a great find! It was the perfect spot to rest and relax before continuing on the road. The park was small, quiet, and had nice grass at each site. The man at the office was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. There was excellent signage to the park. Others have commented about the fertilizer plant nearby. This was not a problem at all. There was pretty greenery and a creek in the other direction, which made the park very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and would return anytime we are in the area. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a decent park for an overnight or two, although as some have mentioned, getting in and out can be somewhat of a challenge, especially for rigs longer than about 35'. We stayed two nights in a 40' (without a toad), but had no trouble maneuvering since we were the only campers in the park. And for that same reason, we found the park to be peaceful and quiet. Another big plus for us was the owner, who was very accommodating and friendly. We would probably stay here again if we found ourselves passing thru Pocatello at some point in the future. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Rate reflects monthly rate. A very recently built park with good signage from the Interstate, already showing some signs of neglect but suitable for our purposes. Some distant noise from a fertilizer plant and also a railroad crossing. Owners were friendly enough and there is a self registration and pick your own spot. Access and leaving may entail driving across grass between sites if in a larger rig. Wi-Fi was good as was power and water pressure. We would stay again. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a nice, little, no-frills, self-serve spot. We called ahead and they left a note taped to the door with instructions and Wi-Fi codes. We were able to park in any open spot. There is a self check-in at the office. The owner drove through later and said to call with any problems. There were none. All sites were well kept, pull-through with full hook-ups and 50 amp. You park on gravel with grass between the sites. The couple who came to water the grass made sure to alert us and actually worked around us so our rig would not get wet. The place is part of an RV/boat storage facility and bordered by a creek on one-side and farming on the other. We stayed 2 nights. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is ok for a one night stay where you are passing through. There are 15 sites that run in parallel lines making getting large rigs in and out difficult if they have high occupancy. Luckily they were not full when we stayed here. The sites are relatively level and have some newly planted trees. The park is in an industrial are with industrial plants close by. This is not a park for a long stay, but served us fine for one night on our way to Yellowstone. We camped at Batise Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.
