Close to so much, making it perfect for exploring. Downside is the idea someone had about using huge boulders at the corners of the roads. As the recreational vehicles continue to get larger, this Park will lose customers. Sites are pretty level, gravel, with adequate (not great) spacing between neighbors. Lots of road noise from the freeway, but RV parks are hard to come by in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Falls Park in Post Falls is great for family and pets. Coeur D'Alene has a city ordinance restricting pets from being on the grass in their parks...don't know many dogs that understand doing their business on asphalt.

This is a very well run, attractive park that is very accommodating. We had a mechanical problem which made our departure uncertain. They promised us no matter what our circumstance, they would take care of us. They did just that. There is so much to do in the area that it makes a great retreat location. The only reason I am not giving them a 10 is we had no shade although a nice concrete patio allowed for sitting out. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our first time here in 7 years. Little has changed but the park has been kept up. Sites are about 50/50 between pull-through and back-in. We had a level, cement, FHU, back in site that was not satellite friendly. Many sites have large trees nearby so you will want to stipulate if you want to use your satellite here. The cable TV is over 70 channels so the satellite issue isn't that big a problem. Their 802.11 network was OK for our purposes. There are bathrooms, showers, and a laundry in both the main building and another building on the west side of the park. All these facilities were clean. The main building also contains the indoor pool which is small and over-At least they have two separate hours scheduled as adults only for the pool. More parks should do this. There is a nice playground area plus tennis, volleyball, and horseshoe courts. A Super Walmart and several eateries are just a 10-15 minute walk. I saw no sign of any recycling. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Excellent value, paved roads, gravel sites with paved patios, very nice bathrooms. Highly recommend this place. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Checked into RV Resort(?) today. With GS discount charged over $46 for a back-in 30 amp site. Was told at check-in that prices had gone up from the listed Good Sam Guide. A couple hours later noticed a lower price posted on the office door. Told that there is a $3 per dog per night charge which they have had for 14 years- never told this at check-in and GS guide does not list this either. We were told they charge this to pay people to clean up. The spaces are narrow- not more than a foot wider than motor home. The grass where we walk our dogs is 6 inches high. When asked told that the grass grows fast this time of year. WiFi is unusable. The network access name does not always appear as available and then if it does the connection to the internet is slow and unreliable. Cannot imagine how this campground is rated as high as it is. We will not return. At the prices they charge for a small 30 amp site without a reliable wifi system, this is certainly NOT a RV resort. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Okay stop, no grass at the site, not overly friendly. It's about the only decent stop traveling from the west coast to Montana. The gravel site was level with a concrete patio. When we discovered the picnic table was unsafe they replaced it quickly. The grassy areas were off limits to dogs with one small narrow dog walk. We ended up taking our dog to Falls Park nearby for nice long walks! The water pressure is high, so much so our spigot had a pinprick in it with a spray. The long term residents weren't as friendly as we are accustomed to! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Falls Park is lovely with ponds for fishing and paved walking paths. The views of the Spokane River were very nice. The Riverstone Park in Coeur D'Alene is very pretty and good for dog walks.

It is a nicely maintained urban park. We had a 50 amp full hookup pull through space on the north side of the park. All hookups worked well, however wifi was pathetic!

Showers were adequate but needed to be cleaned more often. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Ask for a spot as far from the freeway as possible. Not only does it cut down on traffic noise, it also gets you away from the permanent residents who don't always keep their sites real clean.

Although an acceptable park, their web site was somewhat deceiving. Large number of permanent residents, although park is very clean and easy on and off Interstate 90. Would stay here again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Spokane is close and easy to get to.

This place didn't really strike me as a "resort." Staying here for two nights in early March and the place looks like it is 95% permanent residents. They have a nice clubhouse/office and we were greeted warmly and checked in quickly. The park is right next to Interstate 90 so there is lots of traffic noise. Many workers coming and going at all hours. Located right in town so it is close to everything. Walmart is right next door! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first stay here. We have had some trouble finding a good park in the Spokane / Coueur D' Alene area. This was a great find. The park was clean, the sites were level and roomy, and the facility was well organized. Some very minor recommendations would be to trim the trees slightly - they were manageable, but required some maneuvering. We did not check out the pool or other amenities in the main building (except the check-in office), but the restroom facilities were clean. Overall, it was a great stay. I would also comment that the park has easy access to I-90. We definitely plan to stay here again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting friends in Spokane and visiting Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. The park is fairly handy off I-90. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Sites were well laid-out and level. Dog walk areas were plentiful with one fenced-in run. A nice park area adjoins one side of the park. The indoor pool is very nice and has both family and adult swim times. The young manager was very friendly and helped with restaurant selection, area information, plus helped us when we realized we had left a couple of RV plumbing items at our site. We would stay here again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The rate shown is the daily portion of the weekly rate of $210. We enjoyed our stay here. Park is clean, sites are long and level. We had a clear shot of the sky for satellite. Utilities worked as they should. The staff is friendly and helpful, the area has every convenience you would need. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hello. This park had lots of shade. They had 1 nice grass enclosed area for our dogs. The other grass enclosed dog pen was littered with poop which we picked up at least 15 piles before letting our dogs in to play. It was a quiet park. The showers and restrooms were clean. Good water pressure and hot water in the showers. We did not use the laundry. The big downside to this park is that they allow very unsightly and unkept permanent trailers which make the place look very rundown. The location is close to I-90 and an easy drive to Lake Coeur d'Alene. We would probably not stay here again. Thank you. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We had a pull through, basically a concrete parking pad with gravel between sites. Electrical, water, cable, and sewer hookups in very good condition and conveniently located. Easy freeway access. Adequate for an overnight stay. Would stay here again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects a two-month stay including taxes and electricity. While I am not happy with their daily and weekly rates their monthly rate is perfect. We don't use the amenities as far as the pool and spa go but we do attend their monthly get-togethers, potlucks, bluegrass music, whatever they have come to the park for entertainment. This park is very convenient for our needs and although sometimes I think their landscape could use a little more care I do feel like the park is maintained satisfactory. The management is very helpful and friendly and we try to do our part while we are staying there. We will probably continue to use his park as long as rates stay in this range. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.
