This park uses the term "resort" which it definitely is not! There are many "homesteaders" here with rigs that are at least 20+ years old and in terrible condition. Many are skirted with giant propane tanks, wooden stairs, etc. It looks much more like a modified trailer park or a work camp. Bathrooms have plenty of space with a private shower area(locking door); however, they are not maintained well and the shower stall and curtain were both dingy from lack of cleaning. Staff was friendly but very unprofessional(young receptionist with feet propped up on desk) at check in desk. Dumpster top was broken into as well. Just not an appealing park---much less an rv resort. Don't believe this is a resort, it is just an average rv park with many homesteaders and dumpy rigs. Overpriced for what you get. Not recommended. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here 25 years ago. Really enjoyed it then. But now mostly full-timers or seasonal people living there. Sites. very close to each other very tight turns for 40 ft motorhome. The entrance barely accommodated my motorhome with my satellite almost touching the beams. Cars and trucks were parked in all the other stalls not even rvers. Will never return to this park to stay again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice RV Park in a business district of Post Falls. Close to I-90 and Coeur D'Alene is just one exit east. Walmart is just 1/4 mile or less down the road. Nothing scenic about the park. Feels like camping in a subdivision. Some road noise from road along side park, but not horrible. Becomes less and less busy in evening hours. Clubhouse/office was spacious and had a nice lounge area and indoor pool. Sites are level and gravel with a spacious cement patio. One or two trees on each site provide shade. Bathhouse and laundry in office and another bathhouse/laundry on opposite end of park. (Washers and dryers each $2/load) Check in area had three pull-through parking spots with roof covering. Cable TV with 70 channels--everything but the Mayweather pay-for-view fight! We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed an overnight. Was able to get a pull through and didn't have to unhook if we didn't need to. Nice and clean park. All amenities worked well. Had 50 amp. Shopping was nearby. Very friendly residents. Clean sites. We would stay again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very clean park with paved roads and RV pads. This is a very large park with many full-timers. Everything worked well as far as the utilities. We would stay here again if it were an over night stop. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Reason for the low rating of a 1 on the site was that the site we were assigned which was # 138 backed up right on a main road. It was extremely noisy with cars constantly all day and into the late evening. It was hard to even carry on a conversation outside on the patio. Suggest you do not stay in sites 136 through 142 if you can avoid them . We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed for an overnight stay and it was in a back in that was so crowded you could barely get in. The sewer hook ups were right next to the neighbor's picnic table. Very over crowded in order to get more rigs in and get more revenue. We would not stay in this park again, let it stay for those full timers that take up all the nice spots. I am sure that many would love it, but... it wasn't our cup of tea. Nice park just way too crowded for us. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Easy access from the Interstate highway at exit 7. In town and convenient to Walmart and other stores. Hook ups were good, great water pressure and stable electric. Level lots, fairly close together and interior roads are narrow in places. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This presents itself as a TV "Resort". Check in was fast and easy. It has decent room between sites, plenty of shade. Our site was shorted a table. The laundry had broken machines. An employee summoned by another guest came in, pointed out several machines that he knew were broken, but didn't label them or provide any help, and just left. Sewer is at the back of the sites and difficult to reach even with a 20' hose. Internet was slow and dropped out a lot. There were a full-timers with ugly bags of stuff and ugly insulation panels around their rigs. Their is swimming available, a dirty tennis court and large field on the west. It is near a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. It's OK, but I was disappointed that it didn't seem to live up to its hype. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is kind of a RV subdivision. Lots of long term. That being said it's actually a nice place. Lots of amenities. We did an overnight there. Our spot had a concrete patio and a nice shade tree. For an extra $5.00 you can wash your rig, which came in handy after going through a lot of rain the previous days. A little road noise but quiets down later in the evening. Walmart close by if needing to restock. We would stay again if in the area. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I am giving this an 8 because it had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and convenient to the interstate. I am not sure it was an RV 'Resort' but it was a step above average with nice facilities. Access was easy in and out. We were there one night as we traveled through and they gave us a very convenient pull-thru site in the first row next to the office. This made it even easier to get in and out. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is NOT a RV resort, mostly local and permanent trailers. Small sites, no escort to site, trash pickup etc. Paid same amount at other parks and got spoiled. Won't go back again. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

When we arrived at the "resort" it was pouring rain and the covered driveway in front of registration was blocked by the employees that were parked under it. I had to walk in the rain to register. The streets were paved and narrow. The sites were gravel and mostly level. There was an indoor pool, recreation area and some basic RV supplies. The resort was very run down and lacking in maintenance. The tennis court had no nets and was used for landscaping debris. The full time residence had tires and old batteries stacked up, plus trailer skirting in various stages of falling off. Most of the full time residence lots were very trashy. Most of the site number lights did not work. Our electrical plug in box almost fell off when I plugged in. My wife did not feel safe and would not stay by herself when I made a quick run to the store. We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

First the positives: showers were clean with plenty of hot water, good paved roads, convenient location. Now the negatives: the wifi is an absolute joke! When we were here last fall they said they were installing a new system to address the problem. If they did get a new system they should get their money back! Very early in the morning you can get very slow internet and then nothing later in the day. When I asked staff about it they lamely responded that they were having temporary problems with the system. I was there 11 days, not my idea of temporary. When we first arrived there were two dryers and four washers that were not working, you guessed it, 11 days later still not working! My wife happened to notice that the dryer vents were all plugged up with lint, apparently routine maintenance is not a big issue here. We have been staying at this park for about four years, we won't be back. The overall condition has been on the decline for sometime. The park is currently about 65% full timers as evidenced by all the old refrigerators, furniture and other debris scattered around. There was a guy across from us who actually built a room addition onto his RV while we were there. In addition to all the junk, there is a big issue with full timers parking their numerous cars in the road making it very difficult to get by in a big rig. If you're going to the CDA area I would recommend staying elsewhere We camped at Coeur D'Alene RV Resort in a Motorhome.
