This park is tired and needs some added care. Electric pedestal is old. Site slopes to front and to passenger side pretty heavily. Right next to highway so is noisy. Showers cost money for what it is worth. Campers enter either going south or north so you share utilities with a neighbor but even more importantly you share a yard with your neighbor so there is no privacy if you are outside. Good enough for one night; would not stay here for extended period especially when it is during the busy season. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

During the labor day long weekend, we got a spot at the last minute, and were all by ourselves till friday afternoon when the RV park got full. We saw the owner only once when we registered. Good WiFi and great location. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Well kept campground. It was the week of July 4th so was full. Sites could have been mowed but the common areas had been mowed. The sites had gravel pads but not long enough to accommodate the larger rigs so we had to level our rig on the grass which was a little soft. Tent sites along the south side were shady with fire pits. However the parking for those sites made it difficult to negotiate our rig out. Luckily we were able to back up and get on the road out. Owners were very nice. While Bear Lake was beautiful, recreation was pretty much for those with boats/jet skis. We found no place to fish from the shore or have a picnic. We did drive around the lake to find more tourist activities at the south end. The road down the east side of the lake was under construction with pilot cars and surfaces down to the bedrock. There is a small string of souvenir shops where you turn to go to the lake. They also have a drive in and small store for basic supplies. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is a park with a lot of potential, but we felt it could use a bit of upgrading. There are two different sections to this park. The section where the office is located, along with a couple of cabins and several RV spaces, has a rutted asphalt road. The other section, which is across the street, has dirt roads. The park is big rig friendly, as long as you're willing to park on grass, or a combination of grass and dirt (which makes it really messy when it rains). Access is easy. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Park internet was so-so, maybe oversubscribed during early August when we were there. Verizon service was intermittent. There are some sites with 50 amp service and some with 30. There's a mix of pull-thrus and back-ins. There was a nice grassy area with a volleyball net, and the campers made good use of that. While we didn't use the restrooms/showers they appeared to be in okay condition. The showers looked a bit dated, but appeared to be functional, and there was a blow dryer in the women's shower (or maybe someone had left theirs there by mistake?). We would stay here again if passing through the area. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly staff, WIFI was excellent. Best part of park is on the south side of road as you turn off highway. Some traffic noise from highway during day, but just about zero at night. Bathrooms were acceptably clean, but slightly run down. Coin operated showers - $.50 for 6 minutes. Park was very quiet while we were there, but suspect it is very busy during the tourist season. We will certainly stay there again. We were in a teardrop trailer, but use full hookups (sink gray water) We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice campground. They no longer accept Good Sam discount. Escapees discount only. Decent wireless Internet. Nice, clean grounds. Books up early for the summer. Overall, nicer than expected. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice, clean park with great owners who are very helpful and friendly. We stopped here planning to stay only one night until we actually saw the place and wanted to stay much longer but they were booked up so we only got to stay 2 nights. I would seriously consider an extended stay at this park in the future. RV rate was $25.20 with Good Sam discount. Our site had a lake view (Bear Lake) but the park is not directly on the lake. Lake access is nearby and easily accessible through the state park. No cable TV but HD channels are available over the air. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

I mostly concur with the previous positive reviews. In spite a leash rule, the owners let their own dog run free. So, naturally our neighbor RVers let their dog off its leash. The RV park is located between the 45 MPH sign and the 55 MPH sign on US 89. But, the highway noise was not a problem. The interior roads are dirt/gravel and turn to mud in places with the rain we had on our departure day. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

Love this place and the owners. We stayed in a cabin during the winter and they were very friendly, clean and accommodating. Make reservations early for summer, we were told they are booked in advance. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Campground Cabin.

Overall, this is a nice RV park. The entrance is a bit sketchy but once you enter the park it's okay. BTW - you might want to park your RV on the side road until checked in because most sites are across the street from the office. The owner is very friendly and provided lots of information. The sites are basically dirt but are fairly level, long and wide. The Wi-Fi reception is almost perfect. The bathrooms are basic but clean. Convenient to lots of hiking, biking and scenic drives in the Wasatch National Forest as well as easy access to Bear Lake. Also about 50 miles from Logan, Utah. Due to staying here in the off season, we pretty much had the place to ourselves so it was quiet except for the road noise from Highway 89. We would stay again. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

This mom and pop RV park is about halfway between Yellowstone and Salt Lake City. Some sites have shade, but most trees are new. Owners are friendly and helpful. I object a little to pay showers, $.25 for 6 minutes so didn't use them. $26.24 included Good Sam discount. The location right on highway 89 is easy, and surprisingly quiet since the highway speed limit is 35 mph. I would return here. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

Management is friendly and frequently makes the rounds in the park. The number of sites includes 34 RV sites and 17 tent sites. There is a large playground with typical swings for small fry, a volleyball net for bigger kids or adults, and plenty of grassy lawn. There is no cable TV but plenty of TV channels are available off your antenna from nearby translator stations. Wi-Fi is free and works well. Price shown does not include 8% tax. Weekly rate is 135 and monthly is 390, plus tax. We would stay here again. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice place out of the peak season (June through August). We used CCUSA and in Sept. no crowds but the sights are tight and you could get dry campers behind you with Generator use etc.. If the park was full it could be noisy, I would stay here again. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Motorhome.

This small park is a work in progress. New bath/shower and laundry facility. New cabins. Office is currently undergoing a complete renovation. There is currently no cable TV although the sites have been wired for it. Over the air channels were virtually non-existent. The Wi-Fi worked at sites close to the office. Park was virtually empty when we were there, but some sites may seem close if all were full. We camped at Bear Lake North RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
