We arrived late and left early but the attendant was very nice and accommodating. Property was very clean, small pull-through spots perfect for overnight. No picnic table or fire rings but nice grounds, and hookups. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

The park was very well manicured and neat. The sites were very good sized pull-throughs. GPS does not agree with the way in. Exit 23 was the smartest choice. Would stay again if ever in the St Louis area again. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

Easy to get to and from the interstate. Interior roads are gravel and in good condition. Sites are fairly level and just wide enough for the RV. Very nicely groomed RV Park. Owners on site and work very hard to keep this place nice. No patios, very few fire rings, have to ask for picnic table, no patios and no carpets on the grass. Wi-Fi iffy at times. Cash only, no credit cards. We would stay here again. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

We were told one rate on the phone and when we got there, we were charged a higher rate. The guy, I guess the owner, said the lady we talked to on the phone did not know what she was talking about, I assume it was his wife. Park was small and clean, WiFi was basically non existent, terrible internet access. Right on interstate, a little noisy. Nothing around this park but corn fields. Customer service was not good. Would not stay here again We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Travel Trailer.

This park is very clean and the grounds are extremely attractive. The sites are level with plenty of room for your trailer and car. The owners are friendly and helpful. It is very quiet even though it is right off the highway. We will go back again. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Fifth Wheel.

If you find yourself in the St. Louis area, stay here, you will not be disappointed. Very well maintained private campground with great curb appeal. Minimal highway noise did not create an issue. Entry and exit roads easy to navigate. Large and level pull through sites are packed gravel with neatly trimmed grass. Utilities worked well and were conveniently placed. Beautiful landscaping throughout the park. We will stay here again. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a wonderful campground. It is clean with full amenities and meticulously maintained by the owners. Although just off the Interstate, it was amazingly quite, even at night. Clearly in the top-10 campgrounds we've stayed in over the past four years. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

We ended up here after leaving another campground that was awful. They answered the phone after 6:00 pm, waited for us to get here and were very friendly! The sites are large and plenty long for a big rig. Nice grassy areas and fire pits at the sites. No pet run, just an honor system that you'll clean up after your dog. Very clean, a little hard to find. There were few other rigs there when we stayed so it was very quiet. Large shade trees interfered with our satellite signal, but we were just there for the night, so it wasn't too important. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Fifth Wheel.

Extremely well-maintained RV park with easy on/off I-55 just north of I-70. Great location for seeing St. Louis area while staying out in the country. Edwardsville is a quaint little village with a nice downtown, plus all the necessary chain shopping. The park sits next to farmland making it quiet and peaceful. The sites are gravel, angled, level. The restrooms, showers, and laundry are spotless. They only take cash or checks, which I love. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Travel Trailer.

The park itself is very nice. There is clearly a lot of pride taken in the park, and much time spent in keeping the landscaping looking wonderful. There are a few reasons I didn't rate higher: the roads are very narrow, and -- taking into account that we're bigger than what a "big rig" is considered, some of the curves are a little tight. The site driveways could be wider at the entrance/exit. We could not pull thru our pull-thru site because of the narrow exit, rosebush on one side, & sign right next to the narrow road in front -- we had to back out, with little room to spare. We hooked up our toad in the road after exiting the park because the exit turn is tight, partially due to the fence the Highway Dept put right next to the frontage road. We have stayed at this park before, and we knew all these quirks coming in. I would caution campers to be aware that the owner can be rude if he thinks you have done something wrong. We were very careful of his landscaping, to the extent that we did not park our truck on the grass -- where he told us to -- because we would have caused ruts when pulling out. The owner thought i drove across his grass during a rainstorm, which I did not and would not do, and it was not a pleasant interaction. The owner's wife is quite friendly and nice to work with. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent little family run campground conveniently located a few minutes from the I-55 and I-70 intersection. Great stopover campground or place to stay while touring the St. Louis area. Only 20 minutes from downtown St Louis and a few miles from the quaint town of Edwardsville. Well maintained and extremely clean. A little tight for big rigs as others have mentioned but OK. Not really a destination campground because of it's proximity to the highway. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park for one night only, but would have stayed longer if time had permitted. Although close to the interstate, the noise was not noticeable, but our air conditioners were in use. We had no problem maneuvering our 40' motor home once we entered the park, but the entrance is a little tight. The park is very well maintained and someone has done an excellent job with the landscaping. All services were good and the WiFi worked fine. We felt the exit was a bit tight in certain areas due to signage posts and other whimsical things on the grounds. We went slowly and had no problems. We would stay here again if passing through the area. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

I agree with previous reviews in that it is a very well kept park and the owner we met when checking in was very helpful in giving us directions to the attractions in St. Louis we wanted to see. The mentioned noise from the expressway was really negligible from site 20 where we were located at and we enjoyed the sound of the corn rustling in the wind at night. Only shortcoming for some would be the absence of a pool but not an issue for us. Would recommend this location to any needing a safe, friendly location with nice site layout. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Travel Trailer.

If you do not need a pool, this is a great place to stay when visiting the St. Louis area. Some sites are very close together. The office is normally closed. If you need to talk to the someone, you need to call them. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.

If they had a pool they would have gotten a 10. The owners are very nice and helpful and maintain a well manicured park. It is their home and it shows, very homey feeling. We travel in a 45' rig and the owners assigned us a great site - so easy in and out. The only thing that we thought he should remove is the piece of wood fencing at the entrance area - the mirrors came very close to the wood. We will for sure use this park every time we are in the area. We camped at The Red Barn Rendezvous in a Motorhome.
