The staff told us how to get to the park. The road was quite narrow and tree-lined. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our site. There was mud but there had been a lot of rain. We were on the first pull thru site across from the playground which had a nice "front yard". Garbage service was curbside pickup. The utilities were placed ok but the sewer ran uphill. We didn't use any facilities and won't comment on them. The antenna picked up some channels but we couldn't get NBC or CBS at all. The wifi was decent. The grass was mowed while we were here. Two days after arrival a fifth wheel was placed beside us. This left about six to eight feet of space between us. The sites are difficult to get into because the sites are perpendicular to the street. The sign at the entrance asks RVers to take the windy narrow road when you leave, but Skyview Drive is a MUCH better way to enter and exit the park. I don't know if the community requests that RVers take the windy road, but we scraped against tree branches entering the park and it was unnecessary when there was a simpler, quicker, and potentially less costly way to enter the park. The park itself is ok. We might look elsewhere first, but would return if we couldn't find another park. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lovely park a couple of miles off I-69 with outstanding staff. I called ahead to let them know I would arrive late - when we rolled in at 10pm, my package was on the door, an escort showed us to the site, and a couple other staff helped us get backed in. Bathrooms/showers are nice, and well placed in the park. There is no pool, but a large pond with designated swimming area and catch & release fishing. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here before and returned. Spacious with nice size sites. Staff is wonderful. All the utilities worked great and they pick up the trash. Had a huge rain storm but drainage was super. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is nice looking, and seemingly popular, campground. There is a lake/pond with a small beach, an inflatable jumping pad, playground, and roads safe enough for kids to ride bikes. One evening, they had a band that played a variety of different music that was entertaining. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. There are mature trees that are pretty, and in our site, did not interfere with our satellite. Water is treated, and it is very soft. Electric iffy - if we ran all 3 A/Cs eventually the breaker would trip. We haven't had any problem before or after running all 3. The sites are a mixed bag - long, short, level or not, concrete, or gravel and grass. Roads are narrow for maneuvering into certain sites, and there are many speed bumps. Verizon is all over the place anywhere from 1X to 3g to 4g with 1 bar. The WII FI never worked, ever. There are trains! They have rules, which are appreciated, but they are over the top. Let's just say that you better keep the pass they issue in the rear view mirror or the gestapo will find you. No matter that said pass may have been torn and was lying in the front dash until we had time to tape it. The biggest gripe was our site. It was in a low area and had a wooden deck on the passenger side. We could only open the bay doors about 1/3 of the way before hitting the deck. You had to sit down to get to any of the doors. We arrived on a Friday and asked immediately to be moved. The site they offered was very unlevel - the motorhome in the site had both front tires off the ground so we declined. On Monday when it cleared out, we tried again. Asked for a new site and said we didn't mind moving more than once. Even if we ended up back in the original site. No can do they said. But, they could do! We were there for 12 days and watched which sites were empty, and there was more than one for several days in a row. We don't get it. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice and obviously committed ownership. Everything is ship shape and well cared for even now that their main season has ended. We were escorted to our site, a long, gravel-covered, 30-amp, full hook-up pull through. A nice touch was that our assigned site was not right next to others; the sites are pretty close together so if full, it could feel confined. All on-site services worked well and the wifi was great (unusual for a campground) and we had good Verizon cell service. The gravel landing area for our site was narrow and not level side-to-side so we were glad we had leveling blocks. Interior roads are paved with some gravel, the latter were quite narrow. This campground apparently has some happy seasonal users as many of the sites had camper-created improvements like patios and stairwells; I'm betting there is big fun here during the camping season. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A combination "Seasonal" Park with plenty of 'deck attached' RV's and Weekend Getaway Destination, this family owned park provides everything an RV Enthusiast might need. Featuring the cheapest Propane refill station in the county, Timberline Valley RV Resort provides the perfect stop for an overnight guest, Ball State Tailgater or season long visitor. For those with the desire to cast a line, the park boasts a well stocked fishing pond: complete with trophy sized large mouth bass. The spacious sites leave acres of landscaped grass between you and the neighbors, and the on-site staff frequently check in to ensure every moment of your stay meets or exceeds expectations. We certainly plan to revisit this park the next time we visit Muncie, Indiana! We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is very nice. There are 80 acres to walk and two lakes for the kids. The site we had was semi level gravel, which was about 20 'wide on the entry side. The power, water, and wi-fi was good. If you have dogs, there are walking trails and acreage to explore. The staff is A+ and there were no trees on our site. We will return.. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a privately owned park so they have you sign a liability waiver as you check in. That being said, it is a well maintained and absolutely beautifully maintained. Lots of grass areas, large children's play area. The lake was closed when we were there but looked nice. This park is a little hard to find but well worth it. A little pricy but they are a Good Sam park so there is a discount available. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We passed the road to the campground, but able to get there from the next turn, although it was tight coming through (where the tuxedo shop is). It looks like you're going through a neighborhood and the signage isn't great until you're on top of the campground. The owner was super nice and escorted us to our site. Seemed to be lots to do there during warm season, but we didn't do anything in our brief overnight stay. Everyone decorated for Halloween! We'd come back if ever in the area again. Overnight stay. We were led to site, FHU, pull thru. Had a picnic table and fire ring. Friendly staff. Looks like there were plenty of family activities from large fields for games to a pond with sandy beach. We didn't partake in the activities, but saw plenty of people out there. Access to park and site is good. Would stop here again. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Timberline Valley RV Resort is a very well maintained RV park with friendly employees and great customer service. They even pick up your trash in the mornings if you put a bag out by the lanes. We'd have given them a "10" if it weren't for the bath and shower rooms. Small shower stalls with fair water pressure and cold water in the men's shower. One of the bathroom/shower buildings has showers that shut off about every 30 seconds. No benches in the shower stalls. The only benches are in front of the bathroom stalls - so if you are a senior and need to sit during or after a shower, you have no privacy options. And in hot temperatures, there were no fans or A/C in the shower building at the back of the park. The other one by the lake had one fan running in that one, but a park employee told us that people usually use the other one because its showers don't shut off every 30 seconds. For an otherwise great RV Park, this is a big deficiency. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again due exclusively to the shower issues. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Lovely well maintained park. Directions to this park are very confusing, as my 3 GPS's all gave different directions and the park's web site has the easiest route. It is so simple: exit 234 off 69, go west 2.8 miles on 32 to Anderson Municipal Airport on the south side of street. Turn north off 32, across the street from the entrance to the airport on N CR 300 E to Timberline Valletta RV Resort. Narrow winding road to park. Huge pond, gravel streets, beautifully maintained sites, grass, gravel, some concrete pads, some very spacious sites and some look very tight. Good wifi, no trees blocking satellite, no cable, no TV reception. Price is for pull thru, full hookups, strong 50 amps, wifi. Did not use park bath, showers or rec room? With Good Sam discount and they charge TAX. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sites are in a field. Gravel and fairly level. No shade. Very easy check-in and shown to you site by a person in a golf cart. Large lake can be used for swimming and catch and release fishing. GPS could not lead us to the park but the directions by the host were very specific so we had no problems finding the park. We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway and really enjoyed it. Plenty of wonderful amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. I especially liked the fishing/swimming lake - saw tons of large bass, carp, and other fish - couldn't get any to bite though :( Also enjoyed the huge field that our RV faced - saw occasional deer in the evening. WiFi was pretty decent. We were parked in one of the pull-through sites which was fairly level, although kind of humped in the middle. It would be great if they could just grade those a bit to level them out then it would be perfect. The pull-through sites are arranged so that you park so "patio sides" face each other - there is plenty of space in between so that is not a big deal- I guess that depends too on your neighbors, which we had nice folks next to us. The RV on the other side is parked a little on the close side but not bothersome to us. This campground has all the makings to be our new (relatively short drive) weekend getaway location. We really liked this place! We camped at Timberline Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.
