15 RV Parks near Bremen, Indiana
Sep 2016 - $30.00
,We stayed here before during and after Labor Day weekend.
Grounds were in Great condition.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of planned activities for young and older.
Our section was Open field without trees in sites but the area was surrounded by trees and crop field. Another section where sites were a bit smaller had plenty of shade.
Lots of extra activities, including a driving range, Mini-golf, swimming pond, fishing pond, play set for the little ones. Great place to camp and we will be back. Paid for 6 nights and got the 7th free and used PPA discount also. - Calibrateguy
Aug 2016 - $38.00
This park has a lot of kid's stuff as you drive into the front gate. The sites that I could see were close together and not very attractive. That being said, what I couldn't see was the 10 acres of property to the rear. These sites were semi level grass, very wide and long, and very attractive. The perimeter of this area is made up of large trees, flowers and corn fields. It felt like we were sitting on a football field by ourselves. The staff is friendly and there aren't many rules; common sense only. Satellite, water pressure, wi-first were all good. We would stay here again.. - ctjt1234
Jul 2016 - $32.00
This campground is amazing. The bathroom was the cleanest that I have ever seen. The lights were bright, the floor had colorful epoxy material through out the bathroom floor, Clean shower curtains. We had a long pull through site. We parked on a concrete slab. The slab had seen better days, but we were able to level just fine. The sites are large and spacious. They keep the grass cut and manicured. There are many permeant campers, but everyone of them were also immaculate. They have a lot to do from a well keep swimming pond, putt putt golf, driving range, 3 horseshoe set ups. The hosts were very pleasant to work with. We will remember this place if we are every back this way again. - Honeybear & Sugarbear
Aug 2015 - $28.00
Let me start off by saying these were very nice people but nice did outweigh the trashy park this was. Grass was not mowed which led to so many bugs that we couldn't even sit outside. The hookups were hidden behind tall tall grass. The bathrooms were atrocious. Just think of the worst bathroom you've ever been in and double that. We paid for 2 nights but stayed 1 & went back home next day. I'm not sure how they can possibly call this "resort" camping. Lake of the Woods was across the street so with a LOT of money this place could be nice. Would never come back. - Tami Strz
Aug 2013 - $28.00
Our kids and us camped here in a MH and 2 TT's. This is over 90% perm sites and most of what is on their website is not available. We booked FHU's and paid for them only to find all we had was EW and sewer service was available. There is a beach on a nice lake. Bathroom/showers were in a shed and was filthy. A toilet was missing, paper all over and garbage in the showers. No designated fire rings, so sites were a mess. Some tender loving care and this would be nice. - cfamrace49

Sep 2016 - $17.00
The grass was high and there were some muddy places. The lady stated that it had rained every day. When I came back from South Bend the 2nd day the grass had been cut. They had also filled and leveled some of the sites so they are working on the campground.
Quite a few workers that leave early in the AM.
Free wifi worked pretty good. - mrracechaser
Aug 2016 - $17.00
We stayed there both going to and coming from the Forest River Rally. It was one of the best stops we've been to. The owners were great. And they added more new picnic tables from our first stop. On our way home, however, the mosquitoes almost carried off our motorhome due to the rain they had. We will definitely stay again next year. - 1dinky
Aug 2016 - $18.00
New owners have really cleaned up this park. The E&W sites are all grass with some trees. The park is old and the sewer system is very limited. In talking with the owner, there are plans to expand it. Friday evenings there is a large campfire and sometimes s'mores. Owners are very friendly. The store is open a few hours each day. We will stay here again when in the area. - geode
Apr 2017 - $26.00
Only 2 of the 5 loops were open this early in the season, but most of the sites were taken on this beautiful weekend. Site 16 was large and mostly flat, with a level gravel pad and power close by, but no shade trees. Only a short walk 2 sites away from the shower house which was well maintained. Campground host was friendly. Camp store was cash only due to connectivity issues. Paved bike trail was great! - The Flying Dutchman
Sep 2016 - $28.00
Nightly rate does not include the $9 entry fee (one time fee) for out of state residents. The $9 fee applies only to motorhome if towed car is hooked up; otherwise you have to pay for both vehicles. Site 75 is spacious, gravel/grass mix and mostly level, but many sites have a slight grade. Verizon cell/MiFi reception was generally okay, but sometimes faded out. Good satellite television reception at our site. Trees may block reception at many sites. We stayed for twelve nights to visit family in South Bend and will stay again. Mosquitoes were heavy this year. There are low hanging branches along the entrance road and the campground road. The campground is popular on summer weekends and a reservation is probably needed. - Dave51
Aug 2016 - $29.00
Rate does not include $9 park entry fee for non residents Beautiful park. Sites well spaced in some loops, closer in others. Lots of places to explore in the park by a network of well marked walking and bicycling trails(both paved and mountain bike) A bit of a drive to get out of the campground to explore other attractions in the area. Mosquitoes were bad. - Darleen
Aug 2015 - $45.00
We reserved in advance and provided our trailer length. The spot they had reserved for us was a joke. We would never have gotten down the road let alone parked. Roads are narrow and lined with cars and golf carts. Over 3/4th of the campground sites are privately owned with trailers falling apart. The perm residents are not friendly and no one offered to move their cars or carts so we could get in easier. The weekdays were OK but school just started. The weekends were chaos with golf carts racing around and blaring stereos even at 3 am. The miniature golf is falling apart and is a shame as it wouldn't take much to bring it up to snuff. The pool was clean. The volleyball court was too gravelly. Restrooms we're cleanest in morning and on weekdays. I never saw a good scrubbing of floors and walls tho and the same hair was stuck to the shower wall all week. We will not visit this campground again. - D Leggett
Aug 2015 - $40.00
First of all, this is not a campground. This is a park. There is no camping experience here. The roads do not accommodate big campers and every campsite is surrounded by permanent trailers. The lot itself was big enough but with all the cars parked on the road, it took me an hour to get backed into the site (I am a truck driver so i know how to back it in) and get set up. Every single night we were woke in the middle of the night by either loud music, golf carts or people yelling/laughing. The constant parade of gold carts was very annoying in the daytime also. We were on a dirt road and the dust the carts kicked up was horrible, my camper is filthy. That doesn't even include the noise, there was not one moment of peace during this visit. The good things are there are plenty of very nice amenities and activities for the kids/adults. The showers and restrooms are also very clean and kept up.
I dont normally leave reviews but I am so upset with this visit that I had to. If I would have read the reviews from other people I would have known, but I will count that up to a life lesson. - Goody61865
Jul 2015 - $34.00
This is a massive park with well over a thousand faces. Many of them R annual lot holders. Then Hey now to park Well over So anxious. Many of them R And you will What folder. Where is a lot of golf cart activity
Massive discount with Passport America for an entire week. Lots of activities for young children through teens. - Nibot
Jul 2013 - $35.00
St. Joseph County Fairgrounds has approximately 30 RV sites available on their property for rent out when there is no large event scheduled at the fairgrounds. The sites are grass with a fair amount of spacing in between sites. The electric and water pressure were fine. My Verizon cell and MiFi worked fine. I could not get a satellite signal because of a tree. Some sites have some shade. The location is convenient to South Bend and Elkhart. With so few choices for campgrounds in the area this wasn't too bad. We would stay here again. - Tiffinatic
Sep 2015 - $30.00
The site we were on had a nice view of the lake. It was very quiet, but you can hear the traffic on the highway. We would stay there again. - geode
Aug 2012 - $32.00
Yes, the roads leading into it are narrow but we felt it was worth it. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it very much. The lake is beautiful, we found the full hookup site for coach with 2 slides ample. Met some great neighbors. We will go back if in the area. Negative is they don't offer a military discount. - Winchester
Aug 2009 - $25.00
Very nice campground, especially if you stay near the lake; which has only water and electric sites. Dump station located by the showers. There are a lot of "permanent" trailers and it is a bit crowded by the full hook-up sites. The roads around the park are quite narrow and this might be a concern for larger RV's. The only real negative was that there are 3 pig farms in the area and if the wind is in the wrong direction one cannot stand to be in the outside air. It was nice when we got there and in the morning, but incredibly "stinky" in the evening. The attendant told me that doesn't happen much. - Rick Lechner
Sep 2013 - $1.00
Made an appointment to have my RV worked on and was told that the campground is closed. The property owner has sold it off. They have a parking lot that can be used by people with an appointment but they no longer have a campground. - BobWW
Jul 2013 - $1.00
We stayed at their campground for 20 nights while they were doing repair work on the motorhome, at no cost. It was a great location to see Elkhart and the surrounding area. And if you are looking for motorhome repair work, they are very helpful and did a great job. The facility is just an asphalt lot, but it has everything you need to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. - Sally Chew
Jul 2012 - $25.00
We were looking for a site as close to I90 as possible and saw this place on RVReview. Because it was the day before the 4th of July there was no one in the office to pay, so I called their emergency number and was told welcome and just put a check under the door. Just a gravel parking lot with level pull throughs and good 50amp electric. Would say there again for a stop over. - rhianna
Sep 2016 - $30.00
We found EZ Kamp on Google Maps. We just needed a place to stop for the night with electric. We called ahead since we would probably be arriving after dark. The owner was helpful and friendly. He said just come on in and ring the bell as they live upstairs. It was after 9 pm by the time we got there. No problem getting to site. It was an all grass pull-thru with no trees to avoid. We didn't even unhook for the night. The location is very convenient to the highway. We've read reviews before about highway noise. If a park is near the highway you should expect that and we aren't bothered by that. We would stay here again if we're in the area. - Pphil
Jul 2016 - $30.00
Stayed 3 nights. Found that things have improved greatly since our stay 2 years ago. Electric and water were very good (we use a surge protector and a water pressure regulator). The new owners are working very hard to improve this Campground and their efforts are appreciated. Will stay here again. - loneranger
Jun 2014 - $30.00
New owners as of April 2014. By their own admission, they were unaware of how to run a campground but are open to suggestions. We stayed 3 nights to visit friends in nearby Culver so didn't use any facilities. From the road it looks like a lovely park but many of the sites haven't been used in months. No gravel or concrete pads, tables, etc. Pool was being redone so not usable. Roads not well marked and office is hard to find. Felt the $30 + tax very high for what we received. Will check out other options when next in the area. - KarenK
Oct 2016 - $35.00
We stayed here for a Thor Motorhome rally with about 235 other rigs. The facility was full, but it was clear this would be a good place to stay when out on your own as well. Might want to avoid it during a rally. It's a large park, with hundreds of sites, ranging from beautiful manicured sites, to full hook up in a field.
I don't recall our site number so put 1. Roads are paved and plenty of room to maneuver. Close to other areas if you like day trips. We visited Notre Dame for an excellent day trip. Also, Goshen is a pretty neat town with a main street with a 60's era, lots of small businesses and stores. - Mark and Lynne
Sep 2016 - $30.00
This is the type camping that you would expect at a fairground: just the basics. It is basically a large flat gravel parking lot with grass between the parking spaces. Connections were fine. Water connections are shared with other sites. Depending upon location, some of the spaces are extremely close together. The biggest detractor were dozens of trains that travel very nearby hourly day and night. I would suggest this campground only to people who are attending a rally or activity at the fairground. It is OK for an overnighter. Be sure and ask about the activities scheduled during the days you plan to stay at the fairground because this will greatly affect how crowded the camping spaces are. If you stay for 6 nights at the Fairground you get the 7th free. - lauraslytle
Aug 2016 - $32.00
Stayed here for the FROG rally (800 units this year). Enjoyed the campground and all of the people attending the rally. Lots to do in the area. We stayed in the infield so it was a bit crowded but they are all friends. Office staff was friendly and the fairgrounds was very clean and neat. - rockfarmer
