My family has stayed at this campground many, many times over the years. This year the campground opened up a brand new pool. Our grandkids loved it. Always meet nice people and never have had any bad experiences. Highly recommend this campground for families and retirees (like us).

This campground is nearby to Nappanee. It's interesting to be a part of the Amish culture. Great downtown area, restaurants, antique stores, etc. Dont forget to visit Coppes Commons. They have a restaurant, they sell food, antique shop and much more! We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Travel Trailer.

Very old bathrooms and showers, fairly clean, lots of cobwebs. Dirt roads making the campground very dusty. Some ruts in roads. Lots of children on bicycles having good times, not disruptive. Wifi patchy. Limited Verizon and TMobile service. We have 24 ft motorhome and no tow. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Motorhome.

We stayed for 4 nights to tour the area and visit the Newmar factory. We parked In the pull thru area on site 89P. Site was level and gravel and long, didn't have to unhook toad. WiFi was marginal and cable worked but limited stations. Verizon signal was only 1 bar. Interior roads were dirt so lots of dust. No restrooms or showers in the area we parked and lots of seasonal campers. Trains seem to run every couple hours so lots of train noise and horns at the crossings which were close. They have a pool and miniature golf. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Motorhome.

nice all grass areas. Spacious sites. At least 30 yds between sites, Propane refill on site. We came in after hours and not only did they give us our military discount but put the cash in an envelope for us {we'd paid by credit card before they saw e were military}. Very pleasant staff. Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is a big one with lots of leased sites plus plenty of room for travelers, rallies, etc. Most all the sites are on grass and many are "rally field" types of sites with full hookups. Most of the sites are level. Generally, with campers scattered around the place feels roomy. Over this mid-June weekend, though, the place filled up and we had people at close quarters all around us. The campground has pretty decent WiFi that worked fine for us until the weekend when it was overloaded. Even the local Verizon cell tower was impacted and I had a usable but slower data stream. The shower rooms/bathrooms in our area were usable but very dated. The property has a swimming pond that got lots of use by the kids. A new pool is being built and will be in use by next year or even sooner. The campground has a nice mini-golf and driving range available for an extra charge. This is not only Amish country, but is also RV country. The Numar factory and other RV industry related businesses are just a few minutes away in nearby Nappanee. We liked Pla-Mor and would return for a future visit. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Nearby Amish Acres is interesting - the DQ in Nappanee has great soft serve chocolate ice cream - Rentown Market is nearby, an interesting place to shop that is geared toward the Amish. Drive the back roads to see many Amish farms.

Overall Rating:

This is a very neat large park. Although the don't take any discounts, their rates are very reasonable. We had a FHU 30 amp site for $30 (50 amp is just a couple $$ more). There is a swimming pond, fishing pond, golf driving range, mini golf range & playground. Word is, that they are breaking ground for a new pool sometime during the week of June 4th & it should be completed in about 12 weeks. The office/store/rec room/snack bar are all in one building. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We had stayed 2 nights & were in the area for some RV repairs and needed to return to the park after learning that a major part needed to be painted first. When I went back to the office, there was no problem. Staff just said go back to our original spot and settle up after we find out when to return to the repair facility. That is real friendly customer orientated service. We usually try to stick to our discounted parks such as Coast to Coast, Thousand Trails, Passport America etc. but, would NOT hesitate returning to this park if/whenever we are in the area again. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here twice and it is always a great experience. We stay in the back section because of our rig size. There are a few concrete pads but most of the sites are on firm grass very large with oom for motorhomes and vehicles. There is no cable but adaquate over the air TV. No problem hitting satellite. One of the best features of the park is the restaraunt. Great burgers and ice cream at reasonable prices. The owners are as nice and friendly as you will find. ,We stayed here before during and after Labor Day weekend.
Grounds were in Great condition.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of planned activities for young and older.
Our section was Open field without trees in sites but the area was surrounded by trees and crop field. Another section where sites were a bit smaller had plenty of shade.
Lots of extra activities, including a driving range, Mini-golf, swimming pond, fishing pond, play set for the little ones. Great place to camp and we will be back. Paid for 6 nights and got the 7th free and used PPA discount also. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has a lot of kid's stuff as you drive into the front gate. The sites that I could see were close together and not very attractive. That being said, what I couldn't see was the 10 acres of property to the rear. These sites were semi level grass, very wide and long, and very attractive. The perimeter of this area is made up of large trees, flowers and corn fields. It felt like we were sitting on a football field by ourselves. The staff is friendly and there aren't many rules; common sense only. Satellite, water pressure, wi-first were all good. We would stay here again.. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Motorhome.

This campground is amazing. The bathroom was the cleanest that I have ever seen. The lights were bright, the floor had colorful epoxy material through out the bathroom floor, Clean shower curtains. We had a long pull through site. We parked on a concrete slab. The slab had seen better days, but we were able to level just fine. The sites are large and spacious. They keep the grass cut and manicured. There are many permeant campers, but everyone of them were also immaculate. They have a lot to do from a well keep swimming pond, putt putt golf, driving range, 3 horseshoe set ups. The hosts were very pleasant to work with. We will remember this place if we are every back this way again. We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Motorhome.

We used this as a stopover to visit Newmar and do their tour. Its a rally field but hookups were fine. Lots of seasonals in another park that had real sites and trees. This was OK for our purposes but did have mosquitos at night and grass is messy when cut and wet. I would not recommend for a vacation unless you could get a real site. Wi-Fi was fine and they have a snack bar at the office where I had a huge ice cream! We camped at Pla-Mor Campground, Inc. in a Motorhome.
