Rate shown is their "in after 3 and out before 10" rate. This park is one easy day's drive from our home and we almost always stay there when heading west. Staff is helpful and friendly although office is usually closed when we get there. Utilities work well and we are able to pull in quite a few TV stations from the antenna. Site could have used a little more gravel and could have been more level but it was the end of the season and we never have that problem in the spring/summer when we visit. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a wonderful family park. We have never stayed in a Yogi Bear Park before due to the huge number of kids that usually come. My hat is off to the staff for all the games and activities they plan. We rarely saw any kids, even on the rainy days. The pull through sites are grass or gravel and very level. They are set up as buddy sights. The staff went out of their way to help with anything you need. The owners were lovely people to meet. Yes I tasted iron in the water but we had a filter on so nothing got stained. There was some road noise but not enough to bother us. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Motorhome.

What a pleasant surprise. We stop here so my husband could visit the Hoosier Gym, after watching the movie. We had large pull through site, very clean campground and friendly staff. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Definitely visit the Hooiser Gym. The volunteers very knowledgeable not only about the movie, but also the gym and town. The Hooiser Home Court Cafe had great home cooked meals (try the hand pounded tenderloin sandwich). The Gas Grill, across highway 109, in Speedway Service Station was recommended by the staff and turned out to be a real gem. The daily specials are not only delicious, but more than you can eat!

Very dusty roads, rusty water. DO NOT stay in 25,26,27. This is the biggest kitty litter box I have seen. Park ranger has at least 3 cats and 2 dogs. Cats are always out, and we stepped in cat poop 4 times. Also neighbor stepped in poop also! Will NEVER return. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Travel Trailer.

For a family resort it was great clean fun friendly they offer swimming basketball volley ball hourse shoe and you can get all of the basket balls hourse shoes and valley balls up at office free. Down side if your a avid fisher the lake is not stocked well there small mouth bass and small blue gill but other then that fishing is a bust. This is a very nice place to take family all kinds of activities for kids. I would go back again with my family. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Tent.

I cannot speak more highly of this RV park and the owner/employees here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We came in late at night and it was raining very hard, the staff (who were already off for the night), came out to help us get our trailer set up in the pouring rain. The park is very well maintained and the beauty of nature surrounds this park! I give this park and the staff an A+. Thank you for making our stay a great one!! We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Travel Trailer.

Even though the one staff member I spoke with was courteous and helpful, this park is not worth the money. For two nights, it cost $107 for a pull-through campsite with water, electric, and sewer. Unfortunately, the water was very rusty and smelled. The rust was so bad, I had to spend a few hours trying to remove rust stains from our shower, sinks, toilet, and water heater. The park had not mowed the grass and it was extremely loud due to its location. They are located about a half mile from the highway. The worst thing about this park is the fact that 75% of the campers there are permanent residents. These residents do not do well with upkeep so it looks cluttered and trashy. The camp store was closed all weekend and the Wi-Fi did not work. My family and I will not visit this campground in the future. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Travel Trailer.

Rate shown is the Passport America rate. This is the second time we have stayed here and will probably stay again. The pull-thru sites are easy in and out and, whether grass or gravel, very level. They are plenty wide enough for slides and/or awnings. You couldn't find a nicer, more helpful staff anywhere. They do have somewhat limited office hours in the off season but a phone call will have everything waiting for your arrival. Now, the only downside; the showers. You have to push a button to turn the water on and then it lasts around 5 seconds each push - extremely inconvenient, not only for washing hair but for pretty much washing anything. We didn't use the showers on our last visit so didn't know about this until this time. We are self-contained and don't usually use campground showers and we surely won't use these again! We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good park for an overnight stay when on the road on I-70. The rate reflects the Passport America rate. The sites are easy to get in and to leave. we were in a drive-through site. the sites are level and all the hook-ups work. We would stay here again.

One caveat: When driving north on Rt 109, go slow. as there is only a small sign to show the entrance to the park on the right and it is easy to miss the turn, requiring one to unhook the toad, to turn around. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Motorhome.

The rate shown is Passport America. This is a nice, older park. There are many permanent sites but they seem to be well-maintained. The transient sites are mostly grass but fairly level. There are lots of trees but no problem moving our 40' rig around. They have quite a few pull-thrus that were easy in and out. The restrooms and showers are older but clean and in good condition. They have a small laundry with 4 each washers & dryers. There is also a large pavilion with a small game room. Weekday office hours are only 3 to 7 pm but you can self-register. It's only 1/2 mile off the interstate and we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Fifth Wheel.

I have to caution my review with one fact my kids loved staying here. As parents traveling across country we hated the lack of wi-fi consistently. The internet comes in from the owners house--the log cabin you see just at the entrance of the campground. There are no repeaters and none of the employees know anything about the internet access--which is highly doubtful. The owners are cheap and need to pony up so all campers can have good wifi. The cheap in ground pool is as cold as melted snow. and really tiny--like 12x17--just guessing. The power to our site is constantly going out--wreaking havoc with our air con and microwave--which are only used by us in the evenings. An employee says its a bad breaker that needs to be repaired. Again cheap! The hay ride had no hay--we got to sit aboard the buckboard wagon on the floor. Hay costs about $6 a bushel where we're from--so again cheap! The father's day dance with kids was ok--but the music was played until 11pm on the loudspeaker! The songs went from macarena--cool downgrading to shake it for me country girl--need to say wholly inappropriate for my daughters! Final caution, like a cheap cruise ship you will hear announcements on the loudspeaker all day from 8:50 til closing around 9? Nothing like waking at 8:50 to the announcement..kids come one over and bring your pots and pans so we can wake up Yogi. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Travel Trailer.

Not as great as they would like you to think by their advertisements. This place has a dirt lead in road (1/2 Mile) into the park after leaving the main road and is very, very dusty; our towed looked like a marsh mellow when we pulled into the park. We reserved a pull through with full hookups including 50 A. We got a narrow pull through with a big mud hole and only 30 A service. The workers were going by every 5 mins all day long dumping dust all over our rig. Stay away! We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Motorhome.

This is an "ok" place. We were in what I believe was their "deluxe" site, but that just meant it was a pull-through with full hook-up. There were only a few of these. The lake would have been nice if cleaner. There was quite a bit of highway noise from I-70. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Motorhome.

We just stayed here for 3 nights to attend Pioneer Days and the tractor show in neighboring Rushville. It was a clean campground with a lot of space between the sites. The staff was very friendly, and it was also the weekend for "Civil War Days" where they reenacted the Civil War, complete with cannon shots and actors in their period clothes and canvas tents. Make sure you have a water filter on your camper because their water is very yellow and has an odor to it due to corroded pipes. That is the only reason why I am giving it a 9 because it was a great place otherwise. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park - Knightstown in a Travel Trailer.
