Beautiful park and very well maintained campground. Sites were large with a picnic table and fire ring. Most sites had some shade. We stayed in a pull-through site (146). Plenty of room for both truck and trailer. We camped at Whitewater Memorial State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice campground and OK sites, but wow, the hillbillies are out in this park. I have never seen so many drunk people setting off fireworks in my life. The DNR workers would drive right by the people with their radio so loud at midnight and just wave at them??? It's pretty bad when the police are called on both nights that we were here and people left in an ambulance. I even yelled at one of workers (DNR), that were driving so fast through the CG it put the kids in danger. Not sure if it was drunk fest weekend or what, but beware if you visit here. We will not return. If this CG was better managed it would be a nice park. We camped at Whitewater Memorial State Park in a Motorhome.

Great Park. Nice mostly level, large, shady sites. Lots to do both in the park and in the nearby area. Wally's World right next to the park entrance and The Whitewater Scenic Railroad in nearby Connersville are two attractions we highly recommend. DW complained about the water in the showers not being hot enough for her, but she likes scalding hot showers, for most people it should be fine. We recommend it and will camp here again. We camped at Whitewater Memorial State Park in a Tent Trailer.

Just spent my first weekend here with the kids in a pop-up trailer. To start, I have to say the restrooms and showers exceed expectations. Very clean and the water was nice and hot. There were a lot of sites that were not level, so you need to make sure when you get one. The beach was nice and the kids loved Cowboy Dave at the saddle barn. It featured horse-drawn hayrides and music while you wait. There were other family activities and the campground host was very friendly. It seems Loop A is the most family oriented, loops B and C are a little rowdier. We would definitely go back again. We camped at Whitewater Memorial State Park in a Tent Trailer.

Nice camping experience with just the right mixture of sun and shade at most sites. Mostly
people camping in tents and tent trailers. Fire rings actually have a decent cooking grate which swings out of the way when not in use. Restrooms and showers cleaned at least once per day. Planned activities for kids and lots of other things to do close by. Although some back to back sites have recently been merged into pull-thru sites, I wouldn't consider this campground to be big rig friendly. The roads here are very narrow, with gravel parking pads at right angles to the road. Add a few trees and it can be tight getting even a mid-sized trailer into some sites. Dump station in rear of campground is also in a tight spot. We camped at Whitewater Memorial State Park in a Travel Trailer.
