We called before we came because I was wondering if the campground was still there since the last reviews were in 2011. It is, and it's nice. $15 cash a night; self-pay. Long, level, gravel pull throughs and back-ins. Next to Grundy County Lake on a dusty gravel road but not dusty at campground. Road in park is paved. Electric (30/50) and shared water. Make sure you have a water regulator because the pressure here is very strong! Clean restrooms. Walking path to the lake. Easy off Route 20. We camped at Grundy County Lake in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Really nice new campground with water and electric sites and a dump station. Mostly pull throughs. Level sites and gravel. Access is by gravel road with lots of dust. Road in park are paved. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Grundy County Lake in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Brand spanking new. Will only get better as the trees grow. Near Grundy Lake and bike trails. If you have time go south and stop at the Grundy County Museum in Morrison. Travel a bit further south to Gladbrook and stop at the Matchbook Museum. It is absolutely awesome and if you are there over the weekend see a $3.00 movie in their new theater. We camped at Grundy County Lake in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
