Nice county park with lots to do around the area. We stayed here in 43 ft RV. This is the only 50 amp full service campground in the park. Other campground is 30 amp electric and gravel sites. This is first come -no reservations -so probably full in the summer. We came in on Thursday and several spots available. Lots more came on Friday. Can stay 14 days. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Fire rings have two grills so can use for cooking. Can visit parts of River Road-Mississippi River Visitor Center in Rock Island Il. Davenport has great baseball stadium on riverfront. John Deere harvester works factory tours available-usually need 48 hour notice.

Great park. Was given senior discount. Very nice and quiet. Seems to be a newer campground since trees are very young so there wasn't shade available. Very surprised that a county would have such a beautiful campground at such a low price for full hook up. We will stay here again if needed. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Campground is north of Davenport with easy access to the Quad Cities. Only difference in normal operations is you go to the campground, find a site, then come back and register. There are at least 3 campgrounds in this park, so you have lots of choices based on age of campground, trees, and amount of hookups you want. Our stay at Bald Eagle was great (only one night). We used Wi-Fi, had good over the air TV, and appreciated the large shower stalls. There is a lot to see and do in the area and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Perfectly shaded level gravel pull-through sites greeted us at the Incahias Campground. We met a group of friends on Thursday and were able to camp in a couple rows all together. The pull through sites were generous in length, allowing our extra car to park behind our trailer. With room between trailers we enjoyed a nice few nights of campfires with room for all of us to sit together and out of the smoke caused by a cool breeze. When asked, the nice ranger would not stop to join us. Between a couple other trailers, we set up a good sized dining tent for meals together: nice room! Close to Davenport for Saturday's Farmers Market. And a 20 minute drive to LeClaire for a visit to American Pickers' store and a stop at Iowa's Mississippi River Distilling Company. We will be back. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Bald Eagle Campground. Paved roads, long, paved sites, full hook ups, with parking space for xtra vehicle, patio, picnic table, fire ring. No shade. Young trees planted. Satellite, Verizon air card and cell great. Clean rest rooms and showers. Park Rangers very helpful. Quiet country setting but near enough to shopping. Rate reflects $1 discount for Sr. An awesome place for the price. We will return. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed in Bald Eagle CG, jack pads required. $19 reflects $1 senior discount. Sites will handle any sized RV, some have a slight grade but most are very level. Sites are really big in this section. No reservations taken, the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend had people coming in parking their rigs and just leaving them. It was pretty much filled by the Monday before the long weekend. There are also a couple of other campgrounds in this park. One is somewhat dated, but suitable for motorhomes and larger rigs, the others are for smaller units and tents. Verizon broadband and cell were excellent, TV via batwing was also very good. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed in Bald Eagle campground in a 40' motorhome. The other campgrounds in park are older treed parks with poor quality roads, gravel sites & 30 amp power. Our campground had few mature trees as it was opened in 2004. Interior roads & sites are blacktop. Each site has concrete pad with table & fire ring/BBQ. Lots of room between sites. Very clean with dumpsters conveniently placed. Sites are long enough for any size coach with any number of slides. Most sites had an attached area for tow vehicle. Utilities are modern and placed toward rear of sites. Playground & plenty of room for children. Since park is close to cities several sites were taken by unoccupied rigs parked for the upcoming weekend. One of the biggest bargains we have found. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Motorhome.

Scott County Park is about eight miles north of I-80 just off US-61. The park has five different campgrounds with the newest being Bald Eagle. Bald Eagle opened in May of 2004 and has large sites (75x100 approx) with full hookups. Has asphalt pads with attached concrete pads for the picnic table. Most sites have no shade and a sign stated no tents on grass (I think because of new grass). The other campgrounds in the park range from modern to primitive. We enjoyed the park and would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for $16.00. firewood for sale and each campground has a camp host. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Nice quiet park about ten miles north of Davenport. Thirty(30) amp is strong and sites are
large. Great place for kids (we take our grandchildren) with all the playgrounds and pool. Will go back many times. We camped at Scott County Park, Bald Eagle Campground in a Motorhome.
