We were impressed by this unassuming park. Check in at the gas station was quick and easy. The "office" has food service and snack/sundry sales (they boast the "best burger in Iowa"...didn't have one but they sure smelled good. The Rv area was very pleasant and very well maintained. Half the sites are in an open area, the others in a treed section. All sites were long pull thru with easy in/out access. Utilities were all good but no wifi. Verizon was strong. Laundry was clean as were the restrooms/showers. The management seems to take a good amount of pride in their park. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park changed hands last March and we can see that the new owners are not keeping the park as clean as the previous owners. They need to do a better job mowing, picking up fallen tree branches and other debris. We stayed here last year and we can see the difference; it is just an average park. The hookups were as expected and performed just fine. The park is fine for a night or two. We would stay here again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed on our way out west. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store/gas station was well-stocked and convenient to gas up on our way out the following morning. As other reviewers have stated, this park is right on I-80; do not be surprised about the highway noise. The night we stayed there was a lot of traffic and a lot of wind so my husband and I did not sleep well but, of course the non-driving kids slept like rocks. Our camper is hard-sided but the beds pop out and are canvas so the highway noise was not dulled for us at all. I would not stay here again in our current camper but would if we had a fully hard-sided camper. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We DID have the hamburgers for dinner the night we stayed and they were quite good and reasonably-priced. I don't know if they're Iowa's best (since I don't think I've had another hamburger in Iowa) but they were pretty good.

This was an overnight stop for us. We had a pull through spot. The power is excellent. The water pressure was okay and the sewer connection was convenient.
The sites are close to I-80 but the road noise did not bother as we kept our windows closed.
We have stayed here multiple times for overnight stops. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is just off I-80 so there is a lot of road noise but with the windows closed we were not bother by it. The big rig sites are long gravel-dirt pull thrus in the open for great satellite reception but very close. With all the rain there were many mud ruts and standing water every where. New owner did not spread gravel or take any steps to fix the problem. We stayed a month and the 2 laundry rooms with one washer and dryer in each room were filthy. The trash container in the laundry was never emptied or the dead crickets swept off the floor the entire time we were there. WiFi only up at store. Great central location for going to races at Knoxville, Boone and Marshalltown. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Located near highway so it's noisy, but the area around campsites are well-maintained. Gravel campsites are level with a few trees. Water is heavily chlorinated. Picnic tables. No fire rings. Full hookups. Easy access. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Convenient stopover, immediately adjacent to I-80 exit at Kellogg. Graveled roads and level graveled sites separated by narrow grassed strips each with a picnic table. Campground was tidy but bathrooms badly needed cleaning. There are shaded sites but we asked for site 25, open and good for satellite reception. Verizon signal was excellent. We were happy we had the white sound of our A/C to muffle highway noise. We would stay here again for an overnight. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pleasantly surprised by this simple RV park. It is right off I80 and adjacent to a small Phillips 66. They have both shaded and open sites. The pull thru sites are level, in the open and satellite friendly. They are long but narrow. Price was reasonable. Some permanent rigs here but the place was clean and appeared well maintained. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Stop at the 66 station to check in before going into the RV park. The 66 station advertises as 'The best hamburger café in Iowa'. In fact they do have really good hamburgers which are cooked in a flame broiler and not on a flat top. They also have a good selection of hand dipped ice cream.

We would definitely stay again if traveling in this area.

This is a favorite of ours when we are coming or going west from our home. It is a good drive from home to here or vice versa. Because it is right along I-80 it makes it easy to get on and off and just stay for a night. This was our second stay. The first time we were up in the trees. Plenty of shade and level gravel/grass sites. This time we were in spot 24, easy pull thru and gravel/grass level fairly level site. Utilities worked great.

If you stop make sure you get one of Iowa's Best Burgers, they really are very good. The ice cream is also not to be missed.

The folks here are always friendly and it is a great place for an easy overnight stay. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Next to the interstate but not too noisy. Good place to stay for one night but don't know of anything in the area that would keep us there longer. No wifi at site, only in restaurant. Antenna TV was good. No shade in the pull-thru area so satellite should be fine. Pull-thru sites are easy to enter and exit. Would stay again if traveling through the area. Register in the C-store at the gas station. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is perhaps the worst RV park we have ever stayed in. First of all the price--unknown to us when we made our reservation there was a big NASCAR race nearby which jacked up the price to $50, which is outrageous. Then we had booked a site with full hookups to include 50 amp. All they would give us was a very short site on dirt with 30 amp. The sites are close to the interstate and there was quite a bit of road noise. Interior roads are narrow and very dusty. The restrooms looked like old shacks but since we didn't need them they may be OK. We will not be stopping in Kellogg again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great park for an overnight or while visiting the area. We stayed 2 nights on a long pull-thru with FHU (50 amp service). Lots of grass and well maintained. Quiet farming area with friendly service. Follow the "truck signs" behind the building when you pull in and you won't get caught in the middle of the gas station. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

We visited the town of Pella which is a Dutch community. The tulips and architecture were beautiful. The campground has a restaurant that advertises the "best burgers in Iowa" but we did not try it.

Good enough place to stop for the night. Well kept and right off the freeway. It's in conjunction with a Phillips gas station and food mart, so that's handy. They also have a burger bar and soft serve ice cream. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.
