Very basic place to park for the night. Easy on and off from I-80. Quiet considering right next to interstate. Very level site. Register at the gas station convenience store and cafe. Burger was the best we have had in Iowa. Service great and very friendly. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We would not choose to stay here again, unless it is an emergency (i.e, better than a rest stop or truck stop). Although well rated on RVParkReviews, this park is rundown (i.e., grass appears to not have been mowed in months), site are very unlevel side to side -- leveling took quite a while and required numerous pieces of wood under one rear bigfoot (the bigfoot leveling arm was not long enough) and under two of the three tires on one side of the RV to level. The trees over the exit road appear to have not been trimmed in years and only were trimmed high enough for our truck to pass under ... thankfully no RVs were in any sites on the left side of this exit road when we departed, so we drove across the back end of those sites when exiting, missing the many low tree limbs. It looks like numerous of the RVs in the park are parked here for the longer term. There is noticeable highway noise, but that was expected based upon reviews and looking at the proximity of the campground to the highway on google earth. The positives are it is convenient to the highway, we fit in the site, no tree issue at least within our site--however the feeling of security was not alarming but at the same time was not warm and fuzzy ... if we had not arrived close to sunset, we would have departed and stayed elsewhere. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a pleasant little campground for a stay over the labor day weekend. It's right near the interstate so there is some noise, but it didn't bother us at all. Most of the 30 amp sites are shaded and the 50 amps are in full sun. Power is strong and from solar panels. Check in is inside the gas station/store/restaurant. Walmart is down the interstate at the next exit. It's a very small Walmart though. All sites are pull thru. Would stay here again if passing through. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is right on top of I-80. The traffic noise is a steady hum. We ran the fan all night in order to sleep thru it. You check in at the gas station/convenience store. Staff is efficient and very helpful. Sites in the first row are open for good satellite TV, but they are wildly unlevel. Our wheels were off the ground in #33. There is wifi only at the office or if you have a wifi booster. The burgers at the little café behind the convenience store are good, but by no means the best in Iowa! The laundry is 2 separate rooms, each tiny, with one washer and one dryer in each, no place to hang anything up, and no trash cans. It was fine for a short stay. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is about 2 blocks off of the Interstate, so I new there would be road noise, some seem to not realize that 2 blocks off interstate There Will Be Road noise. Noise inside with the air on was not noticeable. Site was gravel, but very level. All hookups workedas they should. The grass need mowed. The dumpster was always running over needed more room for garbage. It is overall a nice place for short stays. I would stay again. The store says they serve Iowa's best burgers, that may be true, if they come to Oklahoma I could show them some Real burgers. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

If you're passing though, this is a nice overnight spot. There is freeway noise, but it is an easy on/off exit and you're back on your way. It is not fancy but definitely works after a long day on the road. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This nice little park is literally located out in the middle of nowhere. It right next to I-80 so access is very convenient . The camping area is bordered on two sides by thick crops. The office is located in the Plillup 66 gas station which also offers a limited dinner menu. WI-FI is also only in the gas station but is easily accessed of you have a WI-FI booster. TV was OTA but reception was excellent . Site was gravel but dead level. There seemed to be a lot of long termers in the park but we hardly knew anybody else was in the park. Utilities were all fine. There's not much in the area but this is still a nice place to spend a night or two. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice private park that is part of a Phillips 66 fuel / quick stop / diner. Close to the highway with some noise outside but not inside. Nice roomy spot with a welcomed shade tree. Good satellite signal. Good Verizon signal. Hookups were easy. We have paid a lot more more money for a lot less campsite. Really good hamburger joint at the gas station that you check in at. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Access to park was easy as was returning to Interstate. Staff at Gas Station/Store were friendly and helpful. There was some highway noise but not enough to keep us awake at night. Roads were gravel and sites were a mix of gravel and dirt. I will stay here again if we travel this route. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Access to park was easy and returning to Interstate was just as easy. Graveled roads and level graveled sites separated by narrow grassed strips each site had a picnic table. Check in at the gas station was quick and easy. This is a good over night park which is what we were seeking. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here for a month, and wouldn't come back. No amenities, the wifi is useless unless you're in the office and even then it's bad. The laundry has one washer and one dryer in a small brick building, and another washer and dryer on the other side of the building. The "Best Burger in Iowa". I feel sorry for Iowans. Some office staff is helpful, others are clueless. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were impressed by this unassuming park. Check in at the gas station was quick and easy. The "office" has food service and snack/sundry sales (they boast the "best burger in Iowa"...didn't have one but they sure smelled good. The Rv area was very pleasant and very well maintained. Half the sites are in an open area, the others in a treed section. All sites were long pull thru with easy in/out access. Utilities were all good but no wifi. Verizon was strong. Laundry was clean as were the restrooms/showers. The management seems to take a good amount of pride in their park. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park changed hands last March and we can see that the new owners are not keeping the park as clean as the previous owners. They need to do a better job mowing, picking up fallen tree branches and other debris. We stayed here last year and we can see the difference; it is just an average park. The hookups were as expected and performed just fine. The park is fine for a night or two. We would stay here again. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed on our way out west. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store/gas station was well-stocked and convenient to gas up on our way out the following morning. As other reviewers have stated, this park is right on I-80; do not be surprised about the highway noise. The night we stayed there was a lot of traffic and a lot of wind so my husband and I did not sleep well but, of course the non-driving kids slept like rocks. Our camper is hard-sided but the beds pop out and are canvas so the highway noise was not dulled for us at all. I would not stay here again in our current camper but would if we had a fully hard-sided camper. We camped at Kellogg RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We DID have the hamburgers for dinner the night we stayed and they were quite good and reasonably-priced. I don't know if they're Iowa's best (since I don't think I've had another hamburger in Iowa) but they were pretty good.
