We wish every park had their 4 individual restroom/shower combination. Nice, clean, large, good pressure, etc. Small, quiet, lovely park with great friendly staff. Between Cedar Rapids & Iowa City & lots to do. Hookups were good, roads & grass with trees. We would return. - 1yearusa
If you want a campground that is excellent this is it. It's not a resort with all the noise just a clean, friendly, quiet campground. - DUKE459
I have stayed here 2 - 3 weeks at a time in back-in sites the last 2 summers. The whole property is very neat and clean. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. - JA1800
This is a beautiful shady campground on Coralville Lake. There is a busy marina and a popular bar/restaurant on site. The campground has a playground, sand volleyball courts, and horseshoe courts. The sites that are on the lake have full hookups, but those sites are reserved for seasonal campers. We were on site W 13 which was water/electric and had a nice view of the lake. All sites are long and shaded. The bathhouse was clean and modern. However, there is only one, and it is not in the overnight camper section. Lots of campers have their own golf carts. We enjoyed drinks and lunch at Bobbers, the bar and restaurant on site. The seasonal campers were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. - shayerk
This park use to be called Jolly Rogers campground. The new owners have put $500,000 or more into the park. New roads, bar, restaurant, and small store. The view is the best I have seen in the 5 weeks since getting our first and only Motorhome 38 feet. You can make reservations with out leaving a credit card number. - Dr Peck
Reserve sites are premium sites first come sites are good but few. Water is located at the dump station and the dump is located on the right side before you get to the front gate. - Bob Woodall
Very nice campground (Army Corps), however, be aware that a day use shelter house is adjacent to the campground. The rangers allow low music, even bands, to play at the shelter. We have had two weekends ruined because of this, and will not return to this campground. - mbcamper
