One of the nicest parks that we have stayed in. The sites are truly big rig friendly, long and wide. Hook ups were great and convenient, two sewer hook ups so no long hose needed. Large trees with shade but are trimmed high. Grass between sites with room between sites. The staff were very helpful and did not park RV's next to each other if they could. Bathrooms were spotless and laundry room was very clean. Several places to eat near by and two gas stations near by. Only stayed one night but would stop here again. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here during the rainy period in June. The roads and sites had gravel on them years ago, but now it's mostly dirt. After the heavy rains, the park was a mud pit. That being said, the park is lined with very old cottonwood trees. The area is very quiet and sites were level and long. The satellite and cell phone signal was good, WiFi was bad, and the staff was friendly. There is very little entertainment here. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Only planned on staying one night, but park was well maintained and the park owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome, so we stayed a week! This is a big-rig friendly park with no tight turns. Most sites are super long pull-throughs that are well graveled. There are lots of shade trees, but the trees are well maintained with no low branches. Park has a small dog park where you can let your dog off lease. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

There are many RV parks that are high in value, but also high in price. I like this one because the owners are wonderful people and go the extra mile for you, and at a reasonable price. Their price structure reflects the amount of electricity you are likely to use. Thus I did not have to pay for huge amounts of electricity that I wasn't going to use. That is wonderfully fair, since all I use electricity for is my small refrigerator and five to ten minutes of microwave time. I don't have air conditioning and appreciate not having to subsidize those who do.

I have stayed here three times, and will continue to do so as long as my route takes me in this direction. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Price reflects nine day stay. Super nice owners. Gravel interior roads and sites. Shade on some sites others not. 100 foot angled pull thru sites. Could hear interstate noise. Got plenty of channels on the TV antenna. Internet was slow. Easy in and out with a 60 foot combo RV. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Narrow roads, short sites, untrimmed trees, no gravel nor grass. Overnight stay, would not return. Cat on freezer in office and owner's dog roaming at large, definite negatives. New owners, hopefully things will improve. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The name says it all. On Ur Wa....... Good place to spend a night On Ur Wa to where ever you are going. I spent two nights here because I was desperate and really needed some down time. Wouldn't recommend two nights here unless you were like me, just needed the down time. There were some high end and middle RV's here. Only saw one "older" RV. Sites are gravel, and pretty long. Spacing between RV's is adequate. Good trees for shade. Check in was good, they accept Good Sam. The check in person said, "One night?" and was surprised when I said, "Well, I'd like two nights....." Wi-Fi worked great, but park was only 1/3 full when I was here. Restrooms are unisex at one end of park and pretty clean. There are separate men/women restrooms near office, but I didn't get to check those. Laundry Room was clean except deep sink looked kind of yucky. Laundry is $1.75 to wash, $1.75 to dry. Kind of "medium" price-wise. Park is within walking distance of a Mexican restaurant and several other fast food restaurants. No cable, but will pick up multiple copies of all major network stations over the air (including PBS). (multiple as in, some Nebraska, some Iowa, take your pick which state you want to hear news from). Since I spent two days here, I had a great time deciding which PBS was better between Iowa and Nebraska. The Good Sam price is reasonable for what you get. Price I'm showing is the Good Sam rate before taxes. Easy on, easy off freeway. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were originally going to stay here for 2 weeks, but within two days we signed up for 3 more weeks. The owners are true RV'ers, and understand just what we need. They don't crowd campers together if they don't need to, and they don't have a lot of ridiculous rules (just common sense). The owners are the friendliest we've run into. The park is situated conveniently off I-29, but there's no road noise. It's also half way between Omaha/Council Bluffs and Sioux City, making day trips a breeze. All of the utilities we look for (Wifi, water, power) worked great. The area (the heart of the Loess Hills) was great for motorcycling. The sites are gravel, with tall shade trees. We usually don't care for trees (due to our satellite dish and tall RV), but the owners trim all of the branches way up, so there's never a problem, but there is shade. They also have propane on site. We would have given them a 10 if the sites and road were paved. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Excellent+ RV park and management. Very clean facilities to include, restrooms, showers and park cleanliness. Owner pride is evident. The owners were professional, customer focused, very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Location to I-29 near by, without highway noise. Close to dining options to include DQ for your ice cream niche. Strongly recommend short term or long term when in the area. We will stop by again if passing through. We only stayed one night due to our schedule. Not much going on in this part of the state, but the RV park should be a consideration next time you're in the area. Very well run... My compliments to the owners! We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small, friendly, well-maintained campground. It is convenient to I-29 and we discovered it by accident in 2013. We have since stayed here 3 times. It may have the nicest bathrooms we have seen. The owners are very cordial and take time to get to know their guests. We have a 45' coach and the sites are very long and well-spaced. There aren't a lot of "frills", but the rate is fair and the peace and quiet are nice after a long day on the road. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful, friendly park. We were greeted by the young couple running the park, checked in, and guided to our site. The young lady even provided boards to go under our jacks, since it had been raining, and even placed the boards under our jacks for us!!! Very friendly, wonderful huge cottonwood trees for shade, and a very well kept park. The only reason I didn't rate it a ten was for a very minor drainage issue, BUT, the area has had a LOT of rain for the last few days. We will definitely use the park again when in the area. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park was a nice find for being off I-29. The owners were great and very attentive. The grounds were very well kept and each site had flowers planted. The restrooms and showers were immaculate. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good Sam rate including taxes. You can't get a better "overnight" stop. There is fresh gravel on roads and pads. Sites are level; utilities excellent. Most sites are pull-through. Beautiful shade trees. The owners go out of their way to work with you and help you. They don't have cable (over the air works great), but they did pick a site for us where our satellite would work. They are continuously working on the grounds. If there were a pool and cable, the rating would be higher. We would stay here again. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a perfect campground for an overnight stay or maybe longer if you are in the area. For us it was for overnight. It is very easy to find off the interstate and we did not notice any interstate traffic noise. The sites are shaded with cottonwood trees but we were able to use our satellite. The bathrooms were a bit dated but clean. The sites were nicely graveled and well maintained. The Internet signal was strong and appreciated. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the campground. The owner was very friendly and we felt welcome. They have very few rules but we encountered no problems while there. We would stay here again. We camped at On-Ur-Wa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
