2 RV Parks near Atwood, Kansas
Jun 2018 - $25.00
Pleasant, basic RV park, on a nice lake in town. Price for water and electric is very reasonable. There is a nice 1+ mile walking trail around the lake. Service is very basic, it is essentially 'self-serve'. You pick a site and then walk to a nearby convenience store to get the key that unlocks the power. - johnp271

Nothing fancy. This park is operated by Lions' volunteers. You register at the convenience story at the major intersection in town. The sites are level and there are lots of old cottonwoods. All sites are back in. The water, electricity, and wifi work well. You back up to a lake and there is a one mile walking path around it. It's a good overnight stop. - hudsonguy

Nice Place for overnight stay when traveling. FULL Hook up with water, sewer, electric 20,30, 50 amp, Water pressure at 80PSI so use a regulator. There are only 9 spaces, 15 Off Air TV with ABC, NBC, CBS, We didnt try satellite but we had clear South unobstructed view and would think you could get around trees ok. Sites were level and long enough. It is just a parking lot but you back up to a pond or lake. Friendly community, lighted sidewalk around lake. Get the key to unlock electricity and pay for site at convenience store down the street and on the left across the highway. - Bob and Twyla

We camped in Spring Canyon Campground, the other campground in park was next to RR & Highway, it was very quiet. It's an older place, but everything clean, dirt/gravel sites, handicap is concrete pad. Water we found near Handicap sites. Electric on 110v worked, but 30am circuit did not. No one else in campground when we were there. Near boat ramp and docks you could fish on. I would stop here again, because it was so quiet and clean. Rte 34 across NE takes you through friendly towns & People, lots of roadside parks for lunch/rest stops. Dump was clean and functional easy access on exit, but not marked except on the way into campground. - DocColorado
