If you're looking for a resort, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a nice, comfortable campground with friendly people, you'll be happy here. Brandon, in the office, is very nice and will go out of his way to help you if you need it. We stayed at this campground for two months, and left when the weather got colder than we like. It felt like a neighborhood. If you're sitting outside, someone is bound to stop by to chat. When you pull in, unhook your tow car near the office. The roads and sites are gravel and narrow, but they are well maintained. Each site has a picnic table. The WiFi was the best we've ever had at any campground. Cable is available, but you have to pay $50 a month for it. There were enough over-the-air channels for us. The laundry is clean. There are four washers ($1.75) and four dryers ($1.50 for 60 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay and plan on going back next fall. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:
The campground is not very far from Maize Rd. There are a lot of stores there: two very good Dillon's Supermarkets, a Neighborhood Walmart and a big Walmart, Target, Menards, etc.

This park worked well for a quick overnight stop. Resembles an old KOA, sites are a bit tight and short, gravel and fairly level. Many sites have your door facing your neighbor's door, so a lack of privacy. Water connection was below ground level with a piece of plywood covering it, wet with bugs. The 30 amp breaker tripped with a current draw over 14 amps, alternated between running the AC and microwave at dinner time. The park itself seems old but clean and the grounds fairly well maintained. Appears most of the residents are long term. The dog area was great, large enclosed area plus nice walking paths. A decent park but would like to see improvements on the water and repairs to the aging electrical connections before we would stay again. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park was well kept! New owners are very excited about taking over this park. Very cute young couple. Excellent laundry facalities. The wifi was super!!! Better than any rv park we've been to yet!!! Small play area for children. No pool. We will be staying here again on our travels from AZ across the country!! We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Motorhome.

Old campground in much disrepair. Tight crushed gravel with a little grass & weeds in between camp sites. Sites were situated where door of our camper faced the door of the camper next to us, so no real privacy - same throughout the park. Front couple of rows had lots of turnover; almost daily. Have also stayed at a campground on the east side of Wichita, which is not great, but much better than this campground. This was the first time we were charged separately for electricity when our stay was only 7 days. Feel this is pretty "cheap" of the owners. We also had to park our truck in separate area from the pad site. Would recommend stopping elsewhere. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a rustic RV park out in the country, but the owners love and care for the place. The sites are gravel and the day we came it had just rained or stormed, so the ground was muddy and wet outside and the RV did sink into it when we pulled in. The staff are really nice and helpful and friendly. There's a great DVD lending library with lots of great movies you haven't seen in awhile. There's a mini store with some basics like snacks. There are laundry facilities too. To the side of the park there's a playground with swings and a pasture and pond with cows that come into view every so often as well. At the back there's a grassy dog run that our dog went crazy sniffing, with lots of birds and butterflies too - monarchs even! The interior roads are a little tight but doable - we have a 40 foot motorhome with a tow and we had to unhook to get into our space, but the owner was really helpful about navigating us in, and there is parking nearby for the tow car. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Motorhome.

We arrived about 6 pm and were directed to our site and connected our unit without difficulty. We noticed about 90% of the RV units were occupied by residents who were there for work related in the surrounding areas. While most sites were clean it was apparent that many of the units had not been relocated in many months. Our next door neighbor was absent but left his HVAC unit running most of the night in the heating mode and it was less than 5 feet from our bedroom window. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As said before, the sites are 90 degree turns, which would have been difficult with our disabled toad attached if not for getting an end site.
The park is out in the country, so very quiet. Appears to be some long term campers, but sites are clean and quiet. Office staff was helpful and efficient. Side by side hookups make neighbors really close, like slide to slide. Wifi did not work in the back row where we were, but I did not try it multiple times as mentioned before. Traffic on the county road out front was pretty heavy when we checked in during rush hour and they don't even slow down for a big rig trying to turn in or out. Shade tree and clover grassy area with picnic table made for nice reading area in the evening, but my husband found two ticks on him in the morning. Beware! We

Gravel interior roads and sites. Lots of pull thrus but are straight in over angled. Cable TV is extra, didn't get it. Didn't try our TV antenna to see what channels it could get. Side by side hook ups with electric, water and sewer. Water connection is hard to connect hose. Nice shade trees. WiFi worked great, but trying to connect the first time using their user name and password took more times then really liked. Continued to say invalid user name and password. After the first time getting connected after that no problem. Very quiet for a Saturday night. Some what easy in and out with a 60 foot combo. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is o.k. for an overnight stop. We were parked next to a permanent trailer that had 1 large dog and a puppy tied together. Dog waste all over. Yet when checking in, this was stressed for us to pick up. Cable t.v. was extra and not very good. Probably not staying here again. We camped at All Seasons RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
