This campground is a hidden gem. Our son-in-law is stationed at Fort Campbell and there aren't many campgrounds close by. We found this one and glad we did. It's right outside gate 10. With the right GPS directions, it's not hard to find. There are two levels to the campground, and upper level probably best suited to smaller rigs (although I did see a few Class As there) and a lower level which is all pull-through sites. We stayed on the lower level. Sites are paved, pull-through and many have shade. It's on the banks of a creek. There is a skeet shooting range nearby, but it was barely noticeable and obviously only operates during the day. The only thing that concerned me was the wooden bridge you have to cross to get to the campground. It's rated 9 tons, although I saw many big rigs in the campground that I know weigh over 9 tons (mine included). Hopefully, that sign is not correct, but just in case I drove over it really fast. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Motorhome.

We used Fletcher’s Fork campground to visit our son who is in Ft Campbell. Its a little hard to find but convenient to the base. Good utilities and mostly shaded sites, No TV or WiFi. Next to a shooting range that is active until dark with considerable noise. Not bad if you have a reason to visit someone on the base. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 6 weeks. Staff was very nice and the rate was not bad. There are 2 sites for this RV park. Upper site is the older one and has some pull throughs as well as back ins with good size lots. This is where we stayed. The lower site has all pull throughs and is newer, but its more crowded and the spaces are closes to each other. The showers and restrooms were clean and water pressure and hot water were good. I would stay here again. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Travel Trailer.

We stay here everytime we come to the area to visit our granddaughter. Noise from the skeet range is no worse than the military helicopters or the firing ranges. Cell phone and Air Card Internet connections have improved since we were here six months ago. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Motorhome.

The park is open to anyone, though located for those visiting the military base next door. It was very difficult to locate the park, even with maps and directions. We stayed at one of the two campgrounds there that was open, Fletcher’s Fork. Moved in after hours, and discovered the park was right next to the skeet shooting range, open from 10 am to dark. It wasn’t pleasant hearing shotguns go off until dark. Many mosquitoes are here because it’s next to a slow-moving creek. No laundry in area. Restrooms/showers were clean. We finally moved out the next day because there was no internet or cell phone service in the gully the park was located in. A snooty office clerk said if we had paid for more than a day before moving in, they would not have refunded any money at all. It was a beautiful site with the woods and grasslands and creek. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Motorhome.

Fort Campbell RV Park – Intended to support active military service members, dependents and associated personnel. Definitely one of the hardest parks to find that we have encountered. Located off base and accessed by one of the many gates that go seemingly nowhere or for such obscure purposes that are not discernible. There is lots construction and several roads were closed. Use US 374 to Lafayette Rod to get to Gate 10. Getting around is tough even with a base map (get @ visitors center - but gate is under construction closed and must be accessed from off base) The park is in two halves, with one we used, the Eagle Nest, having ONLY 50 + 20 amp service, no 30. It also has no baths or laundry. The other park (?) has these. The park is accessed over a narrow (one lane) bridge past Out Door Recreation (check in there). Sites are reasonably level with full hookups but have many puddles if it rains. Some sites have very low branches so be careful. The PX and Commissary are the largest I believe we have ever encountered and were well stocked. The base is not easy to navigate as most streets are curved or intersect. Being an airborne base (101st) there is lots of chopper traffic till about 10 pm. Not bad, but there. With a Golden Access pass we paid $15 per night. Water pressure is high so use a reducer. There is fishing for the kids which was nice. We camped at Destiny Parks and Pavillion (Military Camping Only) in a Fifth Wheel.
