This is a perfect spot for an overnight stop or two. They offer 30 and 50 amp full hook-up sites. The sites were level and we did not have to unhook. To me, this is not a destination campground as there are no other amenities available, but as mentioned previously a nice over night stop. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We picked this park needing an overnight stay in our 40' MH. RVPR gives it a 7.5 but I think that is generous. Basically felt like we were staying in someone's backyard. Site was really long so that was nice, but other than that there was really nothing else. Entrance is quite tight for big rigs. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Glad to have found this place but if you are looking for all kinds of amenities this place is not for you but it works just fine for us to chill for a few days after doing some one nighters. Long, level, full hookup sites with great power and water pressure. 40 foot long concrete patio beside your RV which is parked on level gravel. Room to park tow vehicle also. This is an old mobile home park that they have converted to an RV park and added 5 pull through sites which are at least 100 feet long. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Do not follow your GPS, as you head north on Highway 7, turn left on C W Stevens/1947 which is a much better road than your GPS will take you on as it is straighter and wider. Plenty of fuel and eating places close by. Closest Walmart is about 25 miles away.

This is a very small RV park with no amenities. It was a great spot for a night or two. Owners were very friendly and the grounds were well maintained. We stayed on a pull through site which was very long and maybe the most level site we've stayed on. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Since this was just an over night stay we did not go out for dinner. There was a Pilot on the road to the campground so easy to fill up before getting back on the interstate.

Stayed one day while visiting someone in a nearby hospital. Lady checking me in was very nice and helpful. Sites are very well taken care of and level. Other than sewer, water and electricity there are no other amenities. While it's not a destination, it's a perfect shop off place. Easy on and off I 64. If I'm in the area again I would not hesitate to spend time there again. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Truck Camper.

Both a Pilot and a Love's nearby for fueling up before hitting the highway again. Easy access on and off I-64.

This is a small Mom and Pop park that is ideally priced for an over nighter. The park is in the rear of a home and is level with gravel sites that are huge. The pull thru's are 80 to 100' and are easy to access. Area is clean and well maintained. They are not on Good Sam due to cost. Park is right of interstate and many restaurants and gas stations are nearby and you have very little road noise.

Owners of the RV park are very nice people. We would stay there again. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

We just needed a place to pull off for the night and this fit the bill. Has maybe 6 or 7 pull-throughs in the center with back-ins around three edges. Full hookups all satisfactory. Very nice lady checked us in and said she was running to town and if we needed anything she would pick it up! Very quiet campground. Great place to stop for the night. Pull-throughs a gravel and extremely level.

Only complaint was that there was no place to walk and stretch your legs. The park is only a couple hundred yards around. We tried to walk down an adjacent country road but after a few cars and loose farm dogs, gave up. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice quiet little park conveniently off of I-64. There is some road noise outside (for thosed bugged by any road noise what so ever) but heard none of it in the RV. Close to 4 gas stations, 6 restaurants, and 2 grocery stores and all less than 1 mile away. Sites are gravel, but are well maintained and level. I had a nice long pull through that was perfectly level 50 amp with water and sewer perfectly placed. Perfect spot for a night stay over or a couple of days if your in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you like amenities, this is not the park for you. There is no bathhouse, cable, pool, or wifi. I had a strong ATT LTE signal the whole time and air TV channels came in good. I would definitely stay here again for the friendly staff, level easy hookup sites, and peaceful surroundings. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

They have about a dozen sites or so and the owners were very friendly. It's very convenient to I-64 and they have both a Pilot, Love's, and several other well known brands and a grocery store close by. It's not fancy and the owners live on the property. I think it would be difficult for coaches over 40ft to navigate some of the sites because they are somewhat narrow. Electricity was good and so was the water. If we were passing through the area in the future, we'd stay there again. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This was a nice little campground for an overnight stay, with no amenities but at a reasonable price. We stayed at site #15, which was a pull through with trees on both sides - very helpful with the sun blazing down on us. Sites were gravel with easy access, fairly level and spaced decently apart. The full hookups featured strong 50-amp power, good water pressure and sewer. The Verizon signal to our phones and Hotspot was good. No picnic table, no fire pit, no bathrooms and no laundry facility. There was some road noise, but not bad. Easy access to I-64. The owner was very friendly and even came out to say goodbye. There was a grocery store and laundromat about 2.5 miles down the road in Grayson. Our rate is based on a pull through, back-ins were $3.00 less per day. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park. A dozen or so sites, some pull through and some back-in sites, all very level. Some of the back-ins have concrete patios. Utilities (water, electric, sewer) work well. No cable but another camper was able to get several stations on the antenna but I couldn't. I'll admit, I'm a TV addict and missed it here but we listened to the radio and played board games. Maybe he has a better booster. I saw a WIFI signal but couldn't crack the code. Surprisingly quiet being close to the highway. I think the buildings out front dampen the sound. A great overnight spot with friendly owners. If you are into geocaching, there is one across the road. I would stay again. I rated 7/10 only because of the lack of amenities. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Good for over night stop. No facilities, so you must be self contained. Interior roads are wide and pull-through sites are long with utilities easy to reach. Located close to a fuel stop and restaurants are within a mile. Owner is very nice and accommodating. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Motorhome.

If you are looking for a safe, convenient place for an overnight stop, this is it. Easy on/ off I-64. This is a small campground located behind the owner's house. We were in a long, level pull thru site that was gravel. Water was not turned on and our rate reflected that, which is unusual. Owner would have provided water if we had needed it. We called ahead and knew the water was still shut down and we planned accordingly. Last year, we stopped at a franchise campground near Huntington that also had the water turned off and they charged three times as much. Must be self contained as there is no bath house. We had good cell service and had no trouble with our roof top satellite dish. Fuel and restaurants are nearby. We will stay here in the future when passing through the area. We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We needed a place to stay midway between our destination. This is a great spot to safely stop for the night. No frills, I do not think there is a bath house but the park was clean with manicured lawn, level sites, good power and while just off the road it was amazingly quiet. I would stay here again the next time we head west! We camped at Valley Breeze RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
