Wow, clean, clean, clean. probably the cleanest campground we have ever seen. Bath house and individual toilet rooms were clean and well kept. The staff is easy going and its a very quiet campground (which is what we like). The sites are easy for leveling and sufficient for 2 vehicles. The only downside is the distance from Yatesville lake (the main marina). Their dump station is accessible from either side which is nice and the sites are positioned for a decent amount of privacy. We will be back for longer visits. We camped at Yatesville Lake State Park in a Tent Trailer.Undo

This is a nice and clean campground with wide sites that offer privacy. We did find it not to be real child friendly. There are no activities for children except one playground, which is okay. The problem we have is that with small children we like to be close to the playground and there are NO sites even within sight of it. The bathhouses are clean but the showers are very aggravating. The way they operate is by pushing the knob and the water runs for 2 minutes or so and then goes off and needs pushed again. By the time the water is beginning to get warm it goes off again. I like to froze to death in there. For that, we will never camp there again. We keep our pontoon boat at the marina there and have found it to be closer to stay at The Falls Campground. The state park campground is quite a distance from the marina. We camped at Yatesville Lake State Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Very new campground with paved interior roads. The bathrooms are very big and clean. The sites are big and scenic. They have a big man made lake with fishing and a marina. Tent sites are either boat in or walk in. The RV sites are paved with a gravel patio. A few sites are double sites so they can fit 2 campers on one site. All the campsites back up to the woods. The park owned golf course is amazing. Brand new! In this golf course it takes 45 minutes to drive around it. Basically you are playing golf in the mountains. The price is very good for a professional course. Would come back again! We camped at Yatesville Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo
