This is a wonderful park off the freeway quite a ways, so there is no noise from passing vechicles. The staff was excellent and she guided me to my spot and made sure I was ok with it. The only draw back to the place is that it is on a very narrow road. A person has to travel about 3 or 4 miles off the freeway on tar road that have no shoulders to speak of and are very narrow. The water pressure was good, and the electric was in the green all of the time. The sites are fairly large. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Before checking in, you may want to check out the Beacon Drag Strip website schedule of racing. It's across the street and we arrived on a Saturday before a big event. The noise was enormous and the RV park owner told us it would stop about 6 pm. Yet, at 9:45 pm, hundreds of cars were still lined up to get inside. The drag racing went on until an astonishing 2 am and we had ear plugs trying to sleep. The park itself is nice and open and we liked that and the owners try and leave a space around you as the park fills up. Despite the noise, we were assured that the next day the races would be over by 4 pm. So we stayed another day. At 5 pm, the sounds of motors roaring and tires screeching continued, so this time we called the Paducah Police who said they would have the sheriff go out and check for unauthorized activity. It was quiet that evening and I'd say it was one of the quietest parks we've ever stayed at. One sour note, when leaving the next day, we were 50 minutes late in pulling out of our site, and the park was almost empty on that row, and the owner, who was very irate and agitated, knocked on our door and said he was charging us $5 extra for each hour we were there after check out time. He seemed very angry as he stalked away telling me "you're still using my utilities" He had a good point, although he needs to learn to be more tactful. We are the customers. He needs us, we don't need him. So we paid the $5. Under the circumstances, having us put up with the enormous dragster noise and not ask for a refund, we thought he was out of line. These are new owners and need to realize they are in the service business. Beware of faulty GPS turn instructions. This park is several miles from the freeway on small roads, and you might get a wrong turn instruction, to the left, right before getting to the park. This is a small dead end road. Usually, you can see the park straight ahead at this time, and just keep going down the main road. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

nearby Paducah has the National Quilt Museum, a nice arts and crafts district and restored waterfront with large murals that are fun to see.

We cannot recommend this park, but do read other evaluations. The drag strip and dirt track racing unexpectedly started up on a Thursday evening at 6pm and lasted well into the night. Very loud! The "grassy" areas are mowed "swamp grass". Obviously this area is subject to flooding as all the electrical is well elevated (4'+ off ground). It did rain during our visit, and water was standing everywhere for two days afterward. The park is approximately 5 miles from I-24 on narrow asphalt roads, one of which crosses a steep railroad embankment (similar to a levee). I was concerned I might damage my hitch and/or pin box driving across it. There are two tight turns that require no oncoming traffic to utilize the whole of both roads to negotiate. There is only one women's and one men's toilet/shower rooms for the whole park. One better hope that it is not busy as one walks across the gravel lot. There are two washers and three dryers; however, the dryers have only one heat setting - "high". One might choose "Delicate" or "Low" heat, no matter because the dryer (50 minutes for $1.75) gets hot enough that one cannot touch the inside drum. This park is under new owners, but beware the husband. He is very OCD about late checkouts and driving through unoccupied spaces! He will literally run across the park to confront someone with anger. Though not the park's fault, the electrical line voltage ran over 131 VAC for several hours several times a day. Our SurgeGuard ATS safely disconnected the RV, but then we were basically boondocking. One needs to be careful leaving the RV door open as the gnats will invade the RV. One reviewer stated the owners space RVs out for privacy; however, this is totally untrue. There are three RVs on the south loop, and we are all parked next to each other with empty spaces down the way. On the positive side, this appears to be a clean park. Even the permanent residents and rental RVs are not that junky. We will not return. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Paducah has the National Quilt Museum which is surprisingly interesting! Across the Ohio River is Metropolis, home of Superman with a large statue and a campy museum/gift shop. Definitely worth a visit! The Purple Toad Winery tasting room is well worth a visit. The "Land Between The Lakes" to the southeast is beautiful. The old downtown area and William Clark (of Lewis and Clark) Museum is well worth a visit.

We stop off for 1 night. Very Clean campground that is 4 miles off the main interstate. Very quiet with a nice little lake in the middle. Rental trailers are kept clean and orderly. WIFI is hotspot by office but if you get close enough it is available in camper. The owners are very helpful and extremely friendly. We highly recommend this campground. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Campground is located a few miles off I 24, so no road noise. It is located near a drag strip, which runs on Friday nights and Saturday, noisy but ok. We were there to visit the Quilt Museum. The city wad having a BarBQ festival while we were there which was great and very well attended.
Sites are gravel and level, all utilities worked fine, water pressure is 65 psi. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We were just here for one night. The owners were friendly and led us to out site. There are two home style bathrooms, each with shower, toilet and sink. These, and the laundry were clean and neat. The sites are around a small pond with a fountain. Looked like several permanent or seasonal residents but all was clean and neat and the sites were level. There is no shade. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great park. I have stayed here several times. Generally very quiet, in the middle of a wildlife refuge/conservation area. Once the trees get a little bigger it will be perfect. There is a racetrack a mile down the road. Sometimes on the weekend it can get loud, but the noise stops by 9 p.m. and I really wasn't bothered much by it. They have a fenced dog run, which is kept very clean. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Met friends here for a few days and found a fantastic RV park! Easy access to I-24. Very quiet and clean. Grounds are very well groomed and sites were a very nice size. Long enough for rig and vehicle and wide enough to enjoy being outside. Park also has a very nice dog park. The new owners are very proud of their park and the customer service and grounds show their hard work. They also have campers for rent. We will definitely return! We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We came in for a one night stay. The park is easy to get to from I-24. No trees. Nice level gravel sites with plenty of room. Bathrooms are the best we have encountered in an RV park. Only two but they are large and fantastic for showering with lots of room to move around. It was like being at home for a shower. The Paducah International Speedway and Dragstrip is right next door. Since we were staying on Friday night, (race night), we decided to go and watch the excitement. This was a fun an unexpected treat. If you don't like loud noise, you may not want to come to the campground on a Friday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park for an overnight stay or to spend a few days to visit Paducah sites. very clean and well kept campground. Sites are gravel and level. We had a long pull-thru. Good power and Water. We have stayed here once before and spent a couple of day to visit Paducah. Park is a ways off I-24 and very quite. Several seasonal sites but they are very well kept. We will stay here again when passing through. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Put us in a nice long pull through directly adjacent to the fenced dog park which was greatly appreciated by us and our dogs. About 4 miles from the freeway so very quiet. Wi-Fi, electric, water, and sewer worked great although water hose was left off due to 10 degree temps. Cable TV required a separate converter box ahead of TV @ $5 per day so used over-the-air. Only could receive one main network channel. The two unisex

bathrooms were spotless. Site had nice picnic table. It was covered with snow but still used it for the portable barbecue. Rate was average of one day at Passport America and two days at regular $27. Good base location for touring Civil War and Quilt Museum. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bill was a phenomenal tour guide at the Lloyd Tighman and Civil War Museum. There is good signage to the RV park from the exit. The GPS in the coach took us directly to the park. The GPS in the car wanted us to twice the distance.

This is a no-frills park that is great for a couple of night stay to see the Quilt Museum. The owner is very friendly and gave us all sorts of information about other things to see in the area. The basic rate for a pull-through is $27; rate shown is an average of one night at the PA rate. It's worthwhile calling for reservations; the park was quite full with long term residents and there was an event at the track the next weekend which was going to fill it completely. We noticed that they are expanding by another whole row of sites. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Price reflects one night at Passport America rate of $13 and one night at regular rate, $27 for pull-thru site. Gravel sites, long and fairly level. Good 30 amp power, high water pressure. A few over the air TV channels. Great Wi-Fi as previously reported. Two very clean, uni-sex bathroom / showers. We came to visit the National Quilt Museum and found that the "Barbeque on the River & Market Days" was going on in downtown Paducah. Very helpful staff. Very clean and quiet park. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Nice new, clean park being built to support the adjacent race car track. It took us a moment to determine that the smell of burning tires was coming from the track, not our coach. Level, graded, pull-through lots are long enough for Class A with toad attached. New FHU equipment with 50 Amp. About 5 miles on good road from the I-24 exit. When you see the RV's and white fence on your left, that's it; not 0.3 miles farther down the road as the GPS claims. Friendly staff. PA rate. We will definitely stay here again when passing this way. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Very quiet park out by a racetrack, which didn't have anything going on the 2 nights I was there. Restrooms and laundry very clean. It would be nice if there was more shade. WiFi signal was excellent and I was able to get some TV channels over the air. Access to downtown Paducah was easy and I enjoyed looking around the waterfront there. I also wondered if I wasn't lost on the way there, but directions on the website are very accurate. BTW, if you were to go left at the stop sign on 450, it takes you right to Paducah. Of course, turn right to the RV park. Gravel sites, level. Seemed to be many permanent residents. Camp hosts were very friendly. I would return if in the area. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.
