We were literally the only ones there, so difficult to review. We absolutely loved it and had beautiful views, but if it were packed with other RVs, it would have been quite different. I would say one should try to get a space (maybe site 10?) on end or edge to have wonderful views. Attractive pond in center. The owner or operator, is super nice-makes one feel really welcome. Apparently the nearby drag strip and raceway can be very noisy but they were empty while we were there. One might want to ask about that. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Definitely visit the historic city part of Peducah. Whether or not you have any interest in quilts, be sure to visit the National Quilt Museum. The flood wall murals are a must see. Kirchhoff's is a great place for lunch.

This park is located about 4 miles off of I-24. The roads are narrow but manageable. It's in the middle of nowhere. Our pull through site was long and level but not much room between the sites. All the utilities worked well. Don't plan to get much use from the Wi-Fi because it took 30 minutes to update one app. Grass grows faster! Considering where it's located and no pool we believe it's over priced. It was okay for a one night stay but we're not sure we would stay here again because of the location. There were no car races on Sunday so we didn't have an issue with noise. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

At time of reservation I was made aware of the race track and again at check in. I should have understood what a problem the track is when you are warned twice. The track is only 1/4 mile away and they did not stop until 12:15 a.m. The staff are friendly and park very clean. The sewer connection did require hose extension to reach as it is in the front 1/4 of site with electric & water in back 1/3. Water spigot leaked causing large mud area. No picnic table. Is well off the interstate so very quite when track is closed. Route in on public roads has low hanging tree limbs that contacted MH. Would stay again but only Sunday - Thursday nights due to track. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

What a great find! Small park but well maintained. Park is located a few miles off i-24. The park is located on back roads, that can be narrow at times. However no issues for 40 ft MH with tow, just take it slow. There is a race track close by but we were there overnight during the week, therefore no noise. Check in was pleasant, site easy to locate. Inside roads easy to maneuver. Site was pull thru, gravel, close to level, full utilities. All worked well. No amenities at camp site but they have a pavilion with a few picnic tables. Bathrooms & laundry room very clean. Used laundry room, wash - $1.75, dry - $1.00. Small dog park but plenty of green space to walk dogs. We spent a wonderful quiet night at this park. Just check before you plan to stay if there will be races. We don't need all the fancy amenities, just a quiet, clean, safe place to stay overnight. We would stay here again if passing in the area. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a newer park that was done right. It was built with an eye toward mitigating the flooding hazards that come with being in the flood plain of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers and their tributaries. The area has been raised and gravel with nice grass between the site. The park has a small pond with the back in sites abutting the pond, unknown about fishing. The staff/owner was very nice and helpful. Roads: Gravel and easy to maneuver. Sites gravel and pretty close together but not right on top of one another. They have back in and drive through sites. All the sites have WES with 20,30,50 amp hook ups. Some sites have picnic tables but not all, there is a picnic shelter with a propane BBQ grill. Shade is not really in the picture. They have a few trees, but they don't effectively shade any sites. The showers and bath rooms were clean with good pressure and plenty of hot water in the showers. They have several washer and dryers that all seemed to work fine. The WIFI is a reasonable speed but not super-fast. Verizon phone and Mifi work well. The park is out in the country and nice and quiet. However, the Paducah International Raceway and Beacon Dragway are just down the street about a quarter to half mile away. The race track was closed last year but as of 2018 they reopened and have races every Friday night. The drag strip doesn't seem to have much scheduled, it would behoove you to check the race schedules for both tracks if you're looking for peace and quiet. Nothing was going on when we were there, but I imagine it gets pretty loud. This park is about 15 minutes outside of down town Paducah and about 5 miles off the Interstate. As was mentioned in a previous review, your GPS will have you do a left turn too early so just keep driving down Shemwell Lane until you come to the park. If you get to the race tracks you've gone too far. We would stay here again if we're in the area. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This campground is safe, clean and well maintained. Management is friendly and helpful. Level, roomy sites with full hook ups. Easy on & off highway. It had rained for days before and during our stay, so dog park was not accessible, but ample room to walk a dog. I would recommend this RV Park. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Arrived late, well after closing, in pouring rain, with no reservations. Victory RV park had a late check in option (would have given it 10 out of 10 if they had said that on their voicemail when I called after hours). It was an easy system to use, chose a site. Very quiet, no road noise, easy to find (though it's off the beaten path), and very pretty. Bullfrogs and birds were the only sounds we heard. Sites were gravel and pull thru, electric service was steady. We were on the road by 10 am so not much opportunity to enjoy it. But, next time I am on I-24 and need a place to stay, this is it. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Booked this as an overnight stay on trip south. Turns out we were the only people here. Place was clean and seemed in good repair. The campground office was closed so cannot speak to those amenities. No issues at all with water or power. Only issue was with GPS directions in getting here. If your GPS tells you to turn left after you are on Shemwell Lane, do not do that. The RV park is straight ahead. The sign is very small and easy to miss especially in the dark when raining. Racetrack was not in use while we were here. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice clean, well kept, no frills RV park. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed during the eclipse so the park was full. Only complaint was low voltage at the pedestal which often was below 110 volts and created some problems for our satellite receiver. It was very hot (90+), so this may not have been a problem with the parks electrical system. We had a corner site which did have one small willow tree that offered a little bit of shade in the morning. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park to view the total solar eclipse. They were totally booked, which probably explains the rate given. The staff were excellent hosts for the event, even cooking a lunch available for a small cost. Note that access from the major highways and travelling to town involve two lane country roads. The park is totally out in the country and surrounded by soybean fields. Also note that the park is near an auto race track & drag strip. It was somewhat noisy on Saturday night during the races, but it quieted down quickly a little after 10 pm. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a difficult park to review. You can tell that the owners are RVers and know what is important but they have to work with what they have. Pros- The owners are committed to a good clean park. Good power and water pressure. Level well maintained sites. Quiet while we were there (there is a racetrack very close). Cons - a bit of a drive from anything (interstate, restaurants, etc.), dusty gravel roads, not much space between sites, owner stated 50 amp could not handle 3 a/c running. This is a quiet, family owned park located just a few minutes from Paducah, KY. All sites are pull through, and all hook ups were easy to reach. All services worked well. The sites are sunny with newly trees planted, picnic tables and fire rings. It is not a resort by any means, but will provide a nice stopover for travelers, or pleasant family time for weekend campers. We had good reception our satellite dish and on ATT cellular. New ownership within last two years. Not a lot of "bells and whistles". Just a clean, friendly park. Long pull-through sites available. Big rig friendly. Hard packed gravel. 30/50 amp. Water is 65 PSI. About 4 miles off I24. Only drawback is "no cable". No overhead trees to block satellite. Stayed here one night in a 37' fifth wheel. Would stay here again. Good value for your money. We camped at Victory RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
