We overnighted here and found it to be just what we need for that stay: close to the highway, clean and uncluttered, easy to navigate, level and dry, and affordable. The office manager literally jogged out to meet us, pointed us to an open pull-thru site, invited us to get set up and then come back to register/pay. Now, it's not the sort of place I'd want to hang out for a vacation (it's a bit sparse) and they do have a number of signs regarding dogs that might make dog owners feel picked on (we're not dog owners, so no worry for us). We would stay here again for sure. - User3490

Stopped for an over night stay. Park is clean with close sites and all gravel. Nicely landscaped and strict rules on dogs which we had no problem with. I carried my small dogs to the dog walk area that is close and to rear of the short stay parking. No picnic table and the concrete patio was half on the site next to us. Water spigot is below ground so be prepared to get on your knees when hooking up. The elderly man taking our money was decidedly unfriendly and gruff. We'd stay here again for a night if passing through. - Phantom Camper

This is not a campground, just a gravel RV parking lot. Sites are all gravel with no amenities and closely spaced. Sites are barely long enough for a 40' motorhome and short toad. There is NO CABLE, weak WIFI, and good OTA TV reception. Beware of the grumpy old man owner in the green Susuki Samri, who tours through the place looking for an excuse to cause trouble. - lllkrob

I am not a KOA fan, but this park is convenient, clean, spacious (for a KOA), friendly, and has flat sites. The amenities are nice. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that we heard planes all night. I live within 7 miles of an airport and am on a flight path, so I'm used to the noise. The planes did not make this park a deal breaker but I want it to be known. I would stay here again. - Tammy7

This campground to us was MUCH better than portrayed by others on this site. Yes, the pool is still closed. We don't use pools anyway. They gave a substantial discount due to this fact. That said, I feel this is a beautiful campground, with plenty of sites with lots of space. We had a deluxe patio site and it was huge, scenic, and inviting to be in. I'm afraid that people's anger about pool closure prompted some of the negative vibes in previous reviews. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Park is clean, well maintained and in my opinion, has been unfairly maligned by others. We would be happy to return again. - User3081

The interior roads and camp sites are gravel. Sites are extremely close together. The roadways are confusing (not well marked) and very tight. They do not seem to enforce the park rules. They do NOT monitor sewer hook ups. A site two spaces away evidently had a sewer connection come loose, which allowed black water waste to spew toilet waste all over the site. I brought this to the staffs attention and they did get it cleaned up promptly.
The swimming pool was closed for some reason. So, they did provide a slight discount.
This would NOT be my first choice if in the area again. Not a good value for the rate. - Bigfoot MH32st
