The space we were in was extremely tight and much too close to the other units. Site is grasslike ground cover but fairly level. Power pedestal had no breaker, sewer connection was at rear of space, they temp install a hard pipe to your sewer connection and all sewer connections are vented right there so there is a perpetual sewer odor. Water pressure was good. Laundry had 4 washers and 4 dryers, but 2 washers were broke and the table they expect you to use for folding was filthy. There was no place for dogs to be leash free. The park was close to fishing, it was fairly quiet, the owners were nice, but no way would I pay 50 bucks a day. We camped at Yellow Cotton Bayside Cabins and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

If you are coming to Venice to fish this is closest park - 12 minutes to Venice Marina. This park is very clean and well managed. Cement pads to park on and gravel roads. There is a dock at the back of the property you can fish from to catch reds, black drum, and speckled trout. Warning - with a trailer, as you leave to head north you have to go south to cut across the road and you will hit back of trailer on ground.
